absolutely so pretty much when it comes to a Facebook advertisement where a lot of people that I have seen all make mistakes in terms of running that is the one a lot of people they just run what we call page post engagement at writing in to you miss Joyce right even to you writing it to you so where a lot of people mess up is they attempt to hop into Facebook advertisement just running what we call page post engagement acts so those are ads pretty much to get people to like comment and potentially even share your post so for instance a lot of times people will create like a Facebook ad and they may be say hey if you're struggling with credit repair you want to know how to better your credit score over the next 30 days or less comment info below this post or something like that I'm just throwing it out there right well if you want to know how you could travel the world for insiders price Prices and potentially get paid for just comment info below this post and what a lot of people will do is they will go and they will boost that particular post through Facebook to some random audiences and they believe that by doing that they're gonna get the best results out of Facebook and that's not really the proper way to do it now I will tell you this that it is good to start off by running what we call page post engagement to get people to absolutely like your page who may have an interest in what you're doing that's part of a strategy that we've actually been using and it's been working pretty well but even if you use that particular strategy you still need to have some type of funneling system that you can take these people through that will build up no light and that trust factor amongst your particular audience to generate what we call qualified leads on the Internet okay so first off you don't want to run any type of Facebook ads online without a sales fund that's the first thing okay because a sales funnel is designed on the Internet to actually create what we call like I say goodwill or my show audience build-up Authority build up credibility build up that know like trust factor amongst your particular audience to have them reach out to you and not just have people reaching out to you they actually have qualified people reaching out to you instead of tire kickers okay so that's the first thing when the flight comes to Facebook advertisement and another mistake that a lot of people make when it comes to Facebook Ads is even if they don't run a page post engagement ad they will go immediately for website conversions okay so it's three parts of creating a Facebook ad if y'all don't necessarily know this one you have to set up your ad campaign objective okay so what is your objective what is your goal for your ads are you looking to get traffic are you looking to generate leads are you looking to get page post engagement are you looking to create brand awareness are you looking to get video views are you looking to get leads are you looking to get website conversions are you looking to get people to purchase something from a store again people to download it out so you have to choose your objective the second part of Craner ad is actually creating your asset so that setup you're targeting in terms of the demo in the psychographics of your particular audience that you want to market to via social right where are these people located at what's the age range what's their gender all right what's their interests what is some of their behaviors okay of course you set up your budgeting as well at the asset level and you also set up an answer at level where do you want your ass and shoulder you want me show on Facebook and Instagram do you want to run what we call audience network type of ads do you want to run Facebook Messenger ads so you have to choose all that into a set level and then you have a third part of frame your ad with Facebook is the actual act itself okay what's good at Hollywood I'm in your a so a lot of times when people choose that campaign a jet of their go straight for website conversions okay meaning they want people to take some time specific action on their website or people that opt into a marketing funnel they have that information whatever case may be but well we've been seeing that's been working on Facebook curly for us and even our clients is creating brand awareness on the front end creating what we call that know like trust by basically having content that explains who you are what you do how you do what you do and then giving your audience the steps that they need to take to find out more about what you do and how you can potentially serve right that's actually the strategy that we've been using and so instead of going straight for the conversion on the website we create what we call a page post engagement at on the front end and then we create a couple video view ads and we actually retarget people who view certain percentages of those couple of get a view video view ads and then they see another video that actually leads them over to our offer right for the conversion in terms of opting in to a sales funnel and appreciate the love by the way okay and what this has been doing is for one this has been building up with audience for us and even our clients of people that actually have a serious interest and what we're doing what our clients are doing not only that like I say is actually as well building up rapport amongst a particular audience versus going straight for the website conversion right going straight for the opt-in or going straight for the sale because here's the thing I'm pretty sure many of you are when ask someone on the first date to marry right you want to ask someone on the first day to marry you so you have two future advertisement online the same way that you have to build a relationship you have to build a rapport even through Facebook Ads even through sponsored ads you have to build what we call relationship and rapport okay and you can do that through a series of videos okay online okay in today's time you cannot be afraid to do video to be successful on the Internet okay you have to get over those fears images and text is not as effective as they used to be so we are actually seeing more engagement we're seeing more leads being generated more sales being made through video now online and even many of our clients businesses over just text and images okay so how you build that relationship like I saying that rapport is through a series of videos one of those videos consistent well the videos consist of who you are what you do how do you do what you do and then the steps that a person would need to take to find out even more about what you do and that's what you lead them over to a site over to a landing page to opt-in take a look at what else you have to offer and get more information on what you have to offer and then from there you can lead them into a sale right so I hope that's making sense to you all and what you will see is by you using this strategy versus sending people straight over to a website over to a landing page for the conversion is your cost actually goes down with Facebook so I'm actually gonna show you all something real quick all right we actually just launched this particular ad campaign so it's not a whole lot of leads being generated as of yet as you oughta see okay for a travel agency right but as you oughta see there's not a whole lot of people even seen this particular ad as of yet okay and I'm gonna tell you why a lot of people have not seen this particular ad as of yet because we've had them view several other videos before they even got to this stage okay of us actually generating the lead so with that being said though as you can see we're generating leads right now for this travel agency for 36 cents to leave right now okay on Facebook right 36 cents a lead okay 36 cent a lead okay so for many of you all that have businesses right now what would that do for you if you was able to invest 36 cents to get an inquiry of and I just to inquiry a qualified lead of someone who actually had an interest in your product or service he was actually able to do this consistently get at least for 36 cents and let's say out of every four to five leads converted over to herself or you ever took a business what would that do you do the math okay and we just started that ad campaign by the way okay so that's why you don't see a large amount of leads as of yet I'm opposed to results over the next week and so as we continue running that ad campaign okay we actually that is a fresh ad campaign but you can see how low the cost is okay because what happened is the reason why the cost is so low is because instead of us going straight for a website conversion or going straight for generating a lead we have a series of video content on the front end that these people are seeing that builds up more but know like trust build up more of a relationship and rapport with them before they even get to this particular stage of opting into a funnel okay so these are highly qualified leads all right meaning these people have serious interest which drives your lead costs down and drives your ad comes down in terms of acquiring a customer or client okay so that's pretty much what's going on there and so what I want to share
