how much more weight does google put on conversion actions under purchases versus qualified lead i have a software client who has installs as qualified lead and purchases under primary goal they do not weight them any differently the categories the reason why the categories exist is usually to pre-determine the categories that need to be chosen for a specific goal when you set up a campaign so if you ever look at like a trueview for action it's not going to go after like other conversions it's like no no you're driving conversions and these are the conversions that you're going to be going after which is like purchases so the categories were made so that google can understand what you're trying to go after and do it on its own but none of them wait differently than the other one and that's why sometimes you can actually take a non-purchase conversion action and change it into a purchase category by going into the conversion action just changing the label so i don't believe and i haven't seen and i have no reason to believe that they wait a minute differently because i a lot of times will use custom conversion actions and then use a campaign rather than targeting the account conversion to the custom converged actions that i stuck on there for a very specific campaign
