foreign hey today we're going to be looking at sales funnels and how you can utilize the entice lead conversion system to generate more leads from your digital marketing and create a transition into your experiences at your dealership showroom and it's the idea of creating these uh these interconnected sales funnels that's going to allow you to be able to do that so let me go ahead and share my screen with you real quick here and this is what I mean by this so the sales funnel and what we're trying to do with these sales funnels so first of all from a digital marketing standpoint what we want to be able to do is use specific calls to action to engage customers with the marketing so we think about how can we Market to Consumers today specifically digital marketing yes we could look at what's happening with broadcast or even like Ott to be able to over the top a cable TV but really when we look at it from a digital marketing standpoint going out there and finding customers that you could potentially engage with advertising and do it with very strong calls to action to get them to to be compelled to take a next step and that's what we're talking about so from a CTA standpoint we can use things like shop by payment we can use things like schedule test drive another very strong call to action is getting a real offer for your vehicle we've talked about that extensively with the express cash offer system where you can provide a real offer to customers you can also build your deal you can create compelling marketing messages for Facebook for Instagram for YouTube for Twitter so these are great avenues that we can use to be able to find consumers and we can put in their Google Display Network so we've also I think just recently uh had a video that we were talking about how we CR how you can create audiences uh with YouTube of course those are also going to be utilized for Google Display Network we can do also very similar type of targeting inside of Facebook inside of Instagram along with uh uh YouTube Google Display Network Twitter is coming along with the ability to be able to create these audiences but these are all different places where we can present ads to customers with these calls to action to get them to enter into our sales funnel now typically what you're going to find in most Marketing Solutions or companies that they're just going to take that customer and they're going to drop them right onto your home page or maybe they're going to drop them onto a search results page or a VDP if you're if I mean if they're if they're good right but what about the customer and how are we going to tie the experience from the ad into the experience that a customer can take right on your dealerships uh website and really close the loop on that and that's what we're talking about with the sales funnels is and how they're different than a traditional website click funnels a great company out there that does business with thousands of clients not necessarily inside of Automotive outside of Automotive um but what the the way that they kind of explain it and I think it resonates with me is your website typically is like a brochure right it's providing all this great information it's shiny it's pretty right you can read a little blurb here read a little blurb here and you can kind of page through it and then you can that can be used to kind of help a customer decide hey is this a company I want to do business with where a sales funnel is really designed to be kind of connected to digital marketing calls to action and then to be able to deliver upon those messages with specific activities with the goal ultimately to be able to meet the customer's expectation provide them the information that they're looking for so we can get the customer to complete that lead and then enhance that whole lead experience into what's going to happen next right when that lead hits your dealerships CRM so we can look at sales funnels in the exact same way where instead of just dropping the customer into a brochure let's put them into some specific Solutions where the customer can take that next step who does this extremely well is carvana they Market the heck out of will buy your car whether you buy one from us or not there's they've spent millions of dollars advertising that message and almost everybody knows hey if you're thinking about selling your car go to carvana and enter in your your plate number or your VIN number and you can get an offer in a matter of a minute or two and then once you get to the the carvana website boom it's right there and they can take those next steps very frictionless to be able to get the information and then they do a fantastic job of continuing to reach out to follow up to get that opportunity to buy that car from that customer they need to because they don't have any other place to get these vehicles but we can do the exact same thing with our conversion site with these types of tools shop by payment scheduling a test ride get your real offer build your deal all of these can be sales funnels for your dealership's website so we move from getting customers into that sales funnel and then getting them to take these next steps and these might be shot by payment schedule a test drive get a real offer build deal get pre-qualified um these are all great engagements that a customer can take and then that's when your lead is going to go right into your CRM and from that CRM then the goal is to get that customer to schedule an appointment confirm that appointment get that follow-up and then once the customer comes into the dealership showroom we want the experience to be able to be tied to this entire process right wouldn't it be magical if we can make that happen well I'm telling you that we can make that happen so with the entice lead conversion system with especially if you opted in for the entice 360 package where we handle all of your digital marketing tying all of that digital marketing to the calls to action to the top part of the sales funnel and then connect that sales funnel into specific landing page experiences to be able to deliver on the expectations that scheduling appointment to confirming the appointment and then what happens when the customer visits the dealership's showroom so for example what I'm going to do now is let's talk about let's look at how we're able to provide this type of experience with one call to action that we have and that is to shop by payment and I can even share let me share this with you over here this is kind of cool I'm going to show my phone here and I can go to so I'm going to expressdealer.com you can see right there and I'm just going to go in and I'm I'm going to go into a a search results page landing page and try to get that so you can see it a little bit better there we go how about that there we go okay so now this becomes the landing page of that shot by payment so we have an advertisement that we put out on Facebook we put it on Google and on Twitter customer sees that hey I want a shop by payment I want to get pre-qualified I want to get my free credit score all great ctas all great ways to get customers to enter into these sales funnels they click that ad and we drop them right onto here so here what you can see is that we have the ability for a customer to select the type of vehicle that they're interested in there we go how about that uh so I'm thinking in SUV I want my payment to be somewhere in that 360 to 414 range and then I'm going to hit uh get pre-qualified and Shop by payment so I click that right there what's going to happen is it's an open right into our loanmaker technology so this is how this is one of the ways that we're able to move that customer right into the type of engagements that they're looking for because they're clicking on specific ads so if you're just using a generic ad and then you land somebody on this shop by payment it's not going to make that connection and the same thing is if we have a CTA of shop by payment and you drop them on your dealership's home page and hope they find their way to get pre-qualified and Shop by payment I mean it's just not going to be nearly as successful as the way that we're able to do it right here so we have that right here now a customer doesn't want to get pre-qualified and they just want to shop by payment of course they can do that just by selecting that button right here and then we're going to pull up any vehicle that's going to qualify in that payment range and this is the other ways that we can engage the customer in that next step so they got pre-qualified we put them into uh or they we first put them into the pre-qualification which if they click that that's going to open up our loanmaker technology right here and then they can go right through this process you even do it right here in a modern UI to be able to get that information right from an apple pencil or in with the the keyboard like you normally would right suck my dress I can put my name here or my email address phone number pretty cool right and I can go ahead and get started of course they're not going to find me because that's not my uh that's not my uh that's not my address so they did not find my credit score but I can continue if I want to or I can go ahead and hit cancel and I can provide more information or Skip and go right into a pending status I can close that and to bring me brings me right back to my results of where I want to be from a shop by payment and then I can engage further if I want so my goal with all of this is to really be able to provide these sales funnels again it's all about creating the sales funnel opportunity to get the customer to engage further starting with that CTA and you can do multiple ctas too you know one of the things I see a lot of advertisers right now maybe they're going to do one or two or three different ads you know you really need to be able to generate multiple different starting points that's going to resonate with consumers whether it is around their trade their trade value getting a new vehicle shopping by payment scheduling a test drive even incentivizing them with a Visa test drive offer getting their free credit score to get pre-qualified these are all great ctas and that's how we're going to get customers to enter into the the funnel bring them all the way down get to the point where we can schedule an appointment get them into the dealership and then once they come into the dealership making sure that you have an experience that's going to match uh that customer's desire for when they visit the dealership showroom that's one of the reasons that we use our deal sheets or our certificates from the lead generation technology so they can either bring that in on a mobile device they can print it out and hand it over to the sales people now we know that a big challenge with customers today is when they visit a dealership showroom many times what they're going to say as you know as being fearful or just want to kind of acclimate to the uh the the new environment is to say hey I'm not looking at buying today I'm just here to look allow me to look I'll come get you if I need you I mean it's something we've been dealing with the automotive industry forever right I mean it's nothing new the way to modify that is we know customers are going to be engaging with your dealership website they we know that we're going to have digital marketing that's going to hit these customers we can put them through these funnels we get them to generate leads get that lead into your dealership CRM provide them that handoff and to be able to provide that much better faster experience that's going to add value to the sales person the sales manager the dealership the customer everybody's going to be a winner all the way around that's what we're talking about today generating and creating sales funnels
