Facebook Campaign Audit All right, everybody, big papa leads here. Good morning, everybody, we are going to be looking over and AD account today. As you can see this ad account, it's not really telling us but got several 1000 leads generated, it's actually quite a bit more than that. It's not recording all them. We've got at least 2000 leads in this account. And I want to show you how we're using a single funnel, one funnel in this entire account to generate all those leads. And then we're distributed, distributing them to our buyers. Because as I've said, recently, a lot of you guys are, yeah, you're not really understanding our model and how it works. A lot of you guys are going into your own client accounts and trying to run their ads for them. But we have our own brand insurance in that we use to generate all these leads and run them through one funnel. So today we're going to be looking at in live campaign I'm actually delivering leads to a client. I'm not even in life insurance anymore, because it just wasn't as lucrative for us as other niches. But I'm going to show you how to make money in life insurance with lead gen. So we've got this campaign here, it's for a client that's buying leads in Alberta, in British Columbia, this decline I worked with before and they came back wanting leads and I thought, hey, I'll run some leads for them to show Lee base, the YouTube channel how to do it. So really simple, really straightforward. they've purchased 50 leads off me for $35 each. So in this case, I was selling leads, I think for $39. Before I said, if you buy 50 leads or more, you know you can you can get them for 35 bucks. So we're making about $20 per lead. In this so far, that's going to put us at about $1,000 profit, when this is all said and done. As long as I can obviously maintain this lead costs can make even more if I get that lead cost down. That's about what I would go for like a 60% margin on the leads that I'm running. That being said, you know, especially with first time orders with this client that I know, well, I'm likely going to be over delivering some of these leads. So just make sure that replace any, you know, bad info leads, or just leads that kind of didn't understand the assignment of becoming a lead. We our techs verifying these leads, though, so most of them should be legit. You know, we see about 95% plus of our leads are legit, because they have to have their cell phone in their hand when they become a lead. So let's go through and take a look at this. So I'm not doing anything crazy with these life insurance ads. You've probably seen my videos before, if you haven't welcome. But really all we're doing here is calling out a target audience, which is parents, I like to call out parents when I'm running life insurance ads. Because parents have dependents, they are more likely to own a home, they're more likely to have savings goals, all these things and life insurance fits into that. So we've got a bunch of different ads here that we're focusing on. And really, I'm not doing anything too crazy. I've got a map of Alberta. I've called people out with these ugly canned ads. If you've ever seen my other videos, I love to run ugly ads that just look terrible because people stop scrolling and they're like, What is this garbage on my feet, I better read it. And it just tends to work really well. So this set right here is getting $14.54 cent leads, I'm using dynamic creative, I like to just chat out and just run as much as I can. In terms of creative and copy. All combined. Let's actually take a look at what's working the best here so far. So we've got 18 leads for 13 bucks on this guy, new Alberta family benefit is here a little click Beatty, but that's okay, because we're sending them to a pretty extensive quiz and landing page and they understand they're gonna be speaking to a life insurance adviser. We're not sending him to a lead form. And they're thinking they're getting some benefit thing. We're we're getting the click and then further qualifying that lead. Another one that's working, you can be paid up to that amount for your family. If you were to pass away, your family will be protected. So pretty simple ads here. I've definitely ran a lot more kind of extensive ads in this account before but I wanted to show you guys how you know you don't need to do anything too crazy. You can use Canva you really just want to get the click off of Facebook. That is what our philosophy is with ads. Everything we do even if we're running video ads, it's under 45 seconds. We're really trying to entice the click to get them to to a quiz and have a really strong just hook and headline that converts these people so that they become leads. So let's take a look at the actual funnel here. Oh chars are nice. So here's the ad. Parents in Alberta need to know this. Let's take a look at that. What's up everybody big papa leads here and I'm interrupting this video of a life insurance for a very special announcement from one of our sponsors the lead based boot camp. That's right. We're sponsoring ourselves baby. Right now you can get x As to the bass Bootcamp for a very special price $50 off per month gets you access to not only the course, which includes live sales calls with me closing clients, like the one you're seeing in this video, how to optimise your ads, how to build your creatives, how to build your landing pages, all that stuff. But you also get access to all of these templates and all these funnels that we use in our own agency for Unbounce. And go high level, some of them are coming soon. But by the time you see this video, they're gonna be up there. We also have AD templates, video scripts, and much more. So if you're looking to join the bootcamp, get access today by clicking the link in this description. And we'd love to see you there, we have a private discord where me and my team are active Monday to Friday, and there's also weekly office hours where you can ask me questions directly on how to run your campaigns better. So for the price that this is, it's really a no brainer, guys, I would love to see you in there. And let's continue on with the video. So we've got our landing page here, this is one of our lenders. Let me open another one here. Alright, so this is some of the variants of our lenders here. So this is our main variant right now. Or I should say this is 50% of our traffic is going to this quiz page, we have the quiz at the top, the conversion is gonna be a bit higher on this page. Because we have the quiz right here, we have just a few headlines, and then we start to ask our questions. So you can go through this, yourself, if you check out the URL, just please don't fill it out completely, because it'll go to my client. So appreciate if you didn't go through the whole thing. But again, it's kind of for testing purposes. That's okay. So what's your gender? What are you looking for, we got all these questions. And at the end of this, we text verify the lead. So this is the most kind of the highest converting quiz that we have. But we are asking them tonnes of questions and verifying their phone number. And then we also have a variant. That's an advertorial that's actually only converting, you know, half a percent lower. So I'm probably going to continue to mix these leads into things for my client. So this is an advertorial, there's a little bit more for the lead to go through to become a lead actually would say, you know, the point 6% drop off in conversions, which maybe results in, you know, what is that a 20% drop off. So maybe it's a couple bucks more per lead, I think this is pretty good, considering we are click baiting a little bit on our ads, but then we're sending them to, you know, a page on, you know, what are the reasons for life insurance, we're dropping things that are dropped in the hands. And as we mentioned, 636 per week, we mentioned 360 $5,000, we talked about children debt, all these things. And then hey, here's a check if you're eligible for these plans that are, you know, only available right now, for example, that doesn't say that here, but that's something I might put in my ads. And then we have the quiz at the bottom, which is this quiz here. So you can see why this sorry, this would produce a higher quality lead. So a lot of you guys are using Lead forms. I don't recommend using Lead forms in the long term. Some people can make it work, I get it. And some people like, oh, it's work, it's working for me, what are you talking about, but then a month later, they come crawling back, and they're like, hey, guess what those leads for can sucked, because lead forms suck. And I'll frickin die on that hill, if I have two guys. But the next thing to move to would be something like this where you don't need to have, you know, you don't even need to do to do everything we've done down here. Although if you saw the ad on this video, you'll know that you'll get this template included in the bootcamp. So you could always just join that and get all the templates and all the ads that I'm using in this video. Because that's what the bootcamp has, literally everything I just showed you is in there. So you could have a quiz like this, that's a little bit more simple. Or you could go, you know, maybe you really want to focus on telling your clients, it's like, hey, you've been burned before you bought crappy leads, I'm gonna get you leads that actually convert. And these types of leads do convert, I've seen clients convert anywhere from 10 to 20% of them. So they're paying $35 per lead, and they're closing, if they can close one in five, that's 100. And what are the 80 bucks 180 bucks per client is going to make sense for them. Even if they're paying 360 bucks for client, it's going to make sense for them. Because their average clients probably going to be worth around $1,000 at the minimum. So this type of funnel just works, especially compared to lead forms, obviously. But yeah, what am I doing next with that campaign? That's the question. Right now, I'm not really going to do anything. So a common question I get is, what would I What would you change here? Because all the spends going to one ad. I'm not gonna change anything to be honest. I'm, I'm happy with what Facebook's giving me. I don't always I don't even usually trust Facebook. But in this case, I'm getting $13 per lead. I'm happy with that because I'm selling them for $35. So far, the client feedbacks good. There's no reason for me to change this. But what I might do is create another ad set variant of this by duplicating it and then either potentially giving some ad spend to these other ads here, although I don't even think I will do that. Oh Speaker 1 10:03 yeah, I mean, the click through is just so high on this benefit. One 1.5. Yeah, like this is a pretty good click through rate, I might try these out on their own with some other variations and another ad set, I might also go and create some more variants of this just to see if I can get a lower cost per lead and another ad set. So I'm always trying to trying to beat my best cost per lead. Like if I can get this to nine bucks. Well, I just made another What is that $200 on the order. And then once I start selling more leads, you know, that that really adds up quickly if you can bring your lead cost down. So that would probably be the next step with this campaign because it is working well right now. You could also try you know, I tried different types of creative, you know, UGC videos, or you can download your Canva cards as videos and just try those. Instead, I've actually done that in the past. See, see if I have an example. I don't know if I have one. Terrio. A lot going on here, guys. This is my Chad naming conventions don't work very well, and you're trying to look back on them. But anyways, I would have videos versus photos, I would try all these different things. Maybe it would be time for me to try and move this campaign to Google and you know, take my winning headline and try it on demand gen. That'd be another thing that I would be doing and I will be doing in the bootcamp. So another frickin shameless plug for the bootcamp here, guys. Yeah, wanted to take a quick look at this account for you. For you guys. And just hopefully that helps you understand our business model. You know, we have this one funnel going, I could take on 10 more clients in Alberta and I would just run their traffic through this funnel, sell them the leads, I own all of the website and everything. It's all in my IP rights. So they're not walking away with all my ads and stuff once they fire me and I'm on their their account, and I've lost everything I did. So that's how we do things. Hopefully that video was helpful. Hopefully it gives you some ideas for types of ads, you can run and funnels that you can utilise their quiz funnels definitely are going to be your best bet advertorial funnels, like the one I showed you here are a really great way to get high quality leads. And, you know, maybe the my main piece of advice in this video would be, don't, don't just think that hey, I can get a $5 lead form, leave lead, I'm gonna go sell those for $30 and make, you know, $10,000 a month, I would focus on getting the best possible quality lead that you can and then marking that up and selling that because your clients gonna be a lot more happy, they're gonna stick with you a lot longer. And you're gonna have clients like I do, in this case coming back to me after a year because, you know, they change businesses or something like that and they want more leads. So that's it for the video. Again, please check out the bootcamp and the link in the description. It should be $50 off still at the making of this video. So it's kind of a no brainer in my opinion, like I said, so we'll see you guys in the next one.
