I love that I can complete signatures and documents from the phone app in addition to using my desktop. As a busy administrator, this speeds up productivity . I find the interface very easy and clear, a big win for our office. We have improved engagement with our families , and increased dramatically the amount of crucial signatures needed for our program. How to create outlook signature

one of the most difficult things about continuing to run and maintain your agency is to continue to generate demand the continue generating leads and ultimately closing them and turning them into customers for your agency so you might have heard of the term funnels uh here and there while reading about digital marketing while learning about starting your agency today I want to show you a quick example of a lead generation funnel for your agency so check it out [Music] hey guys welcome back to my channel my name is June K Lee I talk about different ways to grow your agency and also look at a lot of different SAS tools that might help make your workflow more efficient I am a struggling entrepreneur and a digital marketing agency owner like many of you I've been able to grow my agency over the years to seven figures and so I've been wanting to share some of the insights and experience I've had over the years with a lot of other people who are like I was if that makes sense uh when I first started my agency as well so I'm not going to go into a lot of detail on what funnels are because I'm going to show an example of a live funnel that we have at my agency but just a quick run through so nobody's lost is uh think about well a funnel a funnel so white at the top narrow at the bottom so there are generic generally uh they break it into three parts we have the tofu top of the funnel the mofu middle of the funnel and the bowfu the bottom of the funnel and what that is referring to is at the top of the funnel this is generally more about awareness you're getting to introduce your brand your business to potential com customers for example they might get to your site through some of your valuable blog posts or through YouTube videos and um yeah it's just getting to know each other right and so in the middle of the funnel this is more about the consideration phase of uh your leads your audience the people that you got to know at the top and some examples to help push those people down the funnel or your funnel would be things like ebooks um case studies uh and so this is the time where you're being where you're building that relationship where you're quote unquote nurturing the lead to ultimately convert them into your customer or clients and at the bottom of the funnel this is where um they are making they are actively making purchasing decisions and this is where you really need to close the deal or this is where you would close the deal uh some examples to push them through that last phase would be things like uh email um they're already in your email list so you're sending out an email for example there's a discount uh going on um maybe add some pressure on time there and say it's only lasting for another week or there's only X number of spots left uh so discounts consultations free consultations Etc so that's basically what a lead generation funnel is and today what I want to do is I want to share something that we have going and I've had going on for quite a bit and I think uh it's a great way to start out if you're just building or just starting out your agency everyone knows it's very difficult to close clients especially if you don't have a portfolio you don't have the case studies Etc et cetera so before I share my screen I'm gonna run through really quickly or maybe I'll throw a quick infographic or a diagram up to hide my face to show you what I'm talking about funnel I'm about to talk about will probably fall around mofu middle of the funnel what I'm what I think would work great so outside of the you know valuable blog post or the SEO work that you're working on trying to generate leads or the great social media content you're putting out to try to generate leads or build awareness at the middle of the funnel if you're just starting out there's obviously I mean you obviously have an expertise right which is I mean I hope you do it's okay if you don't we'll talk about that in another video but obviously you have an expertise so you built a service providing agency revolving around that right and so you'll you're very knowledgeable about the topic and what you can do is kind of answer some of the questions or pain points that your target market or buyer's Persona has uh what what does your potential customer or Target Market what kind of pain points are they're facing what kind of questions do they have and you are knowledgeable on that topic so you can build or write out a very valuable resource that answers those questions and people want them and then you would lock that behind the form right so you'll have a landing page all about this ebook this valuable resource that you're providing to your you know target market and uh the landing page you know it'll show a hint about it but really it's enticing them to download it and so when they go to download it there's going to be a form I'm sure you've come across this quite often and you need to put in usually just your name and email and once you fill that form out you're able to now access that resource and I you know just yesterday I downloaded uh something from I think marketer milk about Google analytics right so I had to put my information in there which I'm fine with because I think they provide a lot of value and a lot of information that I want too so that is what you're trying to do and once they fill out that form for you uh you had you now have that contact in your email marketing list so you'd have to integrate that form with your email marketing tool and um and so what that means is now you're able to build a relationship you're you're able to nurture this lead uh give them more information and ultimately close them later at the bofu right we talked about some discounts and and so on and so to get this done um you're gonna need obviously a website or just you know a single page landing page if you're if you're not there yet uh so for me I'm using Wordpress you'll need a form there's plenty of forums out there I am using WP fluent form and for email marketing uh we are using in charge in charge of that I O we're going to look at all these tools by the way and for the ebook um I mean we designed it in-house through my designers but if I was just starting out I would use canva there's Beacon there's there's a lot of different tools out there so if you're not a designer you can go into canva get an ebook template or or some kind of template and um get your your copy your text that you written for that ebook and put it into those templates right and then mix match different illustrations make it pretty and so on but where do you put this ebook so you would have to put it on the cloud obviously uh the easiest way if you're on Google workspace just use G drive and so once it's done with the form or once they've submitted the form you can send out an autoresponder or an email that has the Google Drive Link in it right for me in this example we currently are you I mean we use Google workspace and G drive as well but G drive we generally use internally and what where I have the ebook is on the cloud using pube video I don't even know if I'm pronouncing correctly anyway for me I just wanted to say uh one of our USPS or the way I started or where the kind of services that we provide as an agency so I started out in South Korea although we have more branches overseas I am currently in Thailand very very sunny and very very nice and building a branch here as well but uh because we were specialized in the Korean market and I realized that there's not a lot of information about Korean marketing um you know the digital landscape the different tools or platforms and and whatnot because it is very different from other countries and most of Asia is actually even China Japan Korea Vietnam ever they're all so different in terms of the search engines they use or the different social media anyway I found out there's not a lot of information out there and so we I built um you know I got some help from the team and we built this ebook which which I think is a great resource for a lot of people out there there that can't find that information right so we do get a lot of leads this way uh side note when I first started so in the very beginning I was all alone and I realized also in the Korean market there wasn't a lot of information about automation tools and social media Automation and things like that so I provide a lot of information on those to the Korean market and that's how I got my first clients my first client was uh five dollars so I've come a long way anyway I'm gonna share my screen all right here we go uh where I'm gonna show first all right so this is the landing page uh where visitors land uh most of our visitors on this one is inbound I don't think we're running any PPC game campaigns on this one um because I think we rank pretty well I think one to three on most uh relative keywords here anyway you'll see um pretty simple page I have the form at the very top obviously uh well not obvious but sometimes it's not obvious or sometimes you don't want to do it that way but uh maybe they're they're really antsy for this and I know they might be because there's not a lot of info out there and they will just fill out the form so I have the form at the top I generally have it in multiple spots or at least a button or an anchor link to uh to the form in multiple spots on landing pages and um this cop oh this is a old copy uh the new one hasn't been published yet but this copy what we're trying to do here is kind of entice them talk a little bit about the Korean market show off and and show how much we know about it and all the different things that are you know out there for the Korean market in particular and we we go through all that and so what we tried oh we also have a video um we also have a short video on a few things and and uh and yeah we have the form as well and this form is where our visitors would come through the middle of the funnel and download our ebook a very valuable resource and for us we know this lead this visitor is interested in the Korean market they want to know about digital marketing digital strategies in the Korean market um and so that is very valuable I would consider that a very very warm lead and so with the right nurturing the right timing the right messaging and the right relationship that's being built through our email marketing we'd be able to close uh this lead or hopefully we'd be able to close this lead so once they fill out the form I want to show you uh where they get to I mentioned you could do it in G Drive um for us we have it on publicio the reason why oh sorry the reason why I have it on publidio is I got a great deal on on their subscription I have a lifetime deal on it but also not just that uh it's been it's been very useful for us and I've always mentioned as an agency I like to make sure that we have custom branding on a lot of things and we put video or with G Drive everybody knows you're linking a G Drive Link you know it's a very subtle detail but still I I think it makes a difference and for publicio we have it on our own subdomain media.myagencyname.com and I just feel that it gives off a better appearance to leads um so what we just looked through is just the front end of that funnel so what that what I mean by that is what uh the visitors what the leads they see right so they sell the landing page they read the copy they filled out the form um they got the email notification uh that they can get the ebook here clicked it and they saw the ebook using uh publicio and users are able to download that ebook as well right I'm not trying to we're not trying to you know hold anything back there um so on the back end of those things so on the back end of all of that we have the website so our website is on WordPress we have moved around a lot on webflow and a few other things but we're on WordPress and as I mentioned earlier we are using fluent forms and in fluent forms I am showing so the fluent forms plugin we have the pro subscription and in that plugin we have multiple forms but I am in the Korean ebook opt-in form or Korean ebook page form and in that form uh so all forms whatever form you're using even contact form 7 and and all the many great forms that are out there for WordPress uh you'll have options of what you can do so what I said earlier is that I I mentioned that you need to integrate it with your email marketing platform I mean you don't need to you can manually transcribe stuff but uh once it's you know it's nobody wants to do that so um with fluent form there's there's a few ways to go about it uh or any form you have there's going to be native Integrations so most forms will integrate with something like MailChimp uh uh what else is send grid there's a lot of big name clavio there's a lot of great tools out there like I said we're using in charge So within charge what we're doing and so in charge is the email marketing platform within charge and fluid forms what we're doing is we're simply connecting it through web hooks um the way to do that would be go into your Tool uh your email marketing tool get the webhook URL put it in and set it up right so within charge we have that option with um with the integration or the web hooks sorry anyway so that form I've set up the web hook so that when somebody fills out a form they get sent it triggers a flow in in charge so within charge in charge in charge in charge in charge in charge however you pronounce it so here uh we see the Korean ebook flow a pretty simple flow uh where we receive the web hook so with the web hook this is referring to um the what we had set into fluent form right uh and then basically what we have here is a very simple sequence we check the field to make sure that the email validation result is valid so we have a email validation within this flow because you know there's a lot of um you know Bots and and spam emails that come in what if it is we'll send a notification uh internally that there's a new lead if it's invalid we will mark it as invalid and we'll have a separate thing going on for those tags we wait a minute oh sorry we made a minute add a tag so depending on what tools you're using tags segments lists Etc there's different ways to kind of categorize or segment everything uh so without with this tag we have the ebook users we know they're coming in through the Korean ebook and of course we send out the email right we'll send out the email uh with the ebook link that's available and afterwards I don't think we so we're setting this one up or we're cleaning this one up so afterwards uh what would happen is we'd most likely either send another email uh to check on the open rates see if it's a valuable lead or they're interested in our brand and if so we will probably tag them or move them into a different flow or a different list or segment or audience um yeah so there you have it uh super simple funnel funnel sometimes uh might seem intimidating to people oh well I'm not gonna speak for everyone it was intimidating for me because I didn't know a lot about anything when first starting out so I feel it's really important to understand uh kind of inbound marketing uh customer psychology and and basic things like uh buyer's Journey buyers Persona your target market all of these things uh once you learn the basics of it and you understand what these what what all this means and then you start putting into action for your own business things start to kind of fall in place and so I just wanted to give a quick example about a funnel that we have that's live that anybody can do because if you start a business revolving around uh the service you're providing most likely you're an expert in that service and even if you're not or even if there's thousands of experts in that service around you or around the world there's an aspect to to you or to your service that you provide that others don't and if there's not make one um and yeah so you would answer those questions like we have for the Korean market and a few other things moving forward so this was one funnel one example for lead generation within the three parts of the funnel um and so even what I want to say is that's one funnel and you can have many many many many you should have many many many many and they many many many many many within the three different parts of the funnel as well so over time things start to get complicated but what happens is if you take it piece by piece you you start scoring your leads and you start to know exactly how they're flowing down your funnel or what's been working or not working uh you're able to fill that demand pipeline or in other words the pipeline of leads and Prospects that you want to close as clients to make money and maintain sustain or grow hopefully grow your agency so I hope that was helpful the tools I use I mentioned if you're interested in them I'll leave links in the description but it doesn't matter what tool you use most of the time as long as they fit and fulfill the function that they're built for SAS tools and at its core they're they are similar and when you're starting out the minor differences between all the different tools like the big dog or the startup they're not really going to matter to you and you can always move over down the road and for me and I hope many others you should be moving or even if you're not moving you should be testing out new tools because Tech is so fast there's so many great SAS startups out there it'd be a shame to stick only to one unless you've found the Holy Grail so anyway thanks for watching and I'll see you on the next video
