whether that's via cold email by building a list of leads or via Facebook ads meta ads whatever you want to call them these days Tick Tock ads making those and getting people to respond whatever you're doing that's lead generation you're generating leads you're finding people that would buy a product or service to reach more customers with your agency or your software as a service generally it works best to have both inbound and outbound campaigns inbound are things like publishing content on your social media or making YouTube videos like this one or writing blog posts and making them SEO optimized so they rank higher on Google outbound are things like what we specialize in cold email sending emails to people that do not know you in order to pitch your product or service it could might start talking to each other about it and you can increase your value that way so what is the lead generation process well it starts by finding potential leads my favorite tool for doing that is called lead shark so all I do here if I want to generate leads is sign into lead shark and then I can pick whatever industry I want we can do do food production and whatever job title I want let's instead of job title specific we can just pick operations here and the lead location will be in the United States number of employees will do golden geese like we talked about before so 51 to 5 000 employees and we'll start searching and from here we've generated hundreds of leads within our Target criteria and we can just download these right away into our lead gen tool or just unlock them manually for one credit I also like lead shark because as I download these leads you'll see it you see how this says just born Inc right here if I sent a cold email to this guy it would say just born Inc inside the email campaign that would be kind of annoying probably would lower my conversions but leadshark processes the data for us and so just born Inc becomes just born and it's ready to be sent via cold email like magic cold email ready leads wow great once you find potential leads you can reach out using the cold email processes that we talk about a ton on this channel in fact we'll link our cold email 101 video or a video that you can use to get interested in cold email get those scripts ready etc for free you can watch that down below and then from there you convert them into prospects and then turn them into customers here are some strategies and tips that you can use to increase your conversions even further personalize all your marketing and communication based on your target audience so we're able to talk about things that our audience is engaged with and talking about and that further personalizes and builds a relationship with the customer another good thing you can do is take advantage of lead generation tools things like lead shark exist there are lead generation databases that you can use for SEO things like Moz things like ahrefs all of these databases help you create a list of people there are even tools like upfluence that will show you a list of influencers to reach out to so that you can start building campaigns that way or if you really want to
