what's up guys Matt toys you're here leads for locals and in this video I want to show you one results are getting from our business alone lead generation campaigns but also give you kind of a 30,000 foot overview of how we do it and what the structure looks like and how maybe you can implement this into your business and start crushing it now this this type of system is really good for service based businesses it's not really designed for ecommerce or sales or things like that is for you know if you're trying to book appointments or prequalify people you get people on the phone and you know you ask some questions you close the deal we're not this is a really good system we're using it for business alone lead generation specifically in this case but you can basically apply this to any surface type of business this is the exact system i would use over and over again for clients that are some type of service based business and they're closing deals over the phone so we are crushing it right now let me walk you through the entire funnel and then I've got a little mind map I'm gonna I'm gonna walk you through but just to show you the results here so far these are the three campaigns we're running super excited to we're gonna be testing messenger campaigns with this exact kind of stuff to I'm really excited to see how that does that's kind of the next phase so make sure you subscribe join the Facebook group all that stuff to stay up to date so let's take a look specifically at the results so far we're at a hundred and nineteen leads and I want to show you guys let's see we want we launched the campaign Monday the 7th so in less than two weeks we've generated almost a hundred twenty leads like that's crazy dude we've spent almost 800 bucks we're at six dollars and 61 cents per lead right now we're just doing name and email at the moment I'm likely going to add the phone number as well we're we don't so basically what we're doing here is let me pull up the my Matt let me know what you guys think of this mind map too so it's a free free one it's a Chrome extension if you guys ever need to do a mind map I thought it was pretty cool I don't like all the lines and like that but whatever is still pretty cool so overall so here's our legit campaign and I always break it down into three phases traffic the funnel and the automation that's kind of what you need for your foundation okay those are the three kind of what we call prongs I don't know what to call them whatever you want traffic we're using facebook lead ads and YouTube ads while we're testing YouTube right now all of our leads have come from Facebook right now but very soon we're going to be having some leads come in from YouTube as well so you want to make sure that you're on multiple platforms because trust me I learned the hard way that if you're on one platform and they do some kind of updates or whatever that you're not prepared for and it like it can really set your business back it set me back at least two weeks when Facebook did their special ads update but where we conquered it we're crushing it now so we have our traffic sources here and what we're doing with the lead AB is just name and email sometimes we'll just call a name email phone number now we're not necessarily calling these leads as soon as they come in because somebody who just provides name email phone number isn't I mean I have had clients close deals on those types of leads but we you know especially at this volume you want to make sure that you're talking to higher quality leads like especially when you have your system in place and you're cranking in like a hundred and twenty leads you know what a to are filling out the next part of our system which is the you know within the funnel those are the people that you want to be calling because they've expressed a lot more interest in your service now you can call these over here but this is just to get them in your pipeline so that they know who you are they're on your list and now we can send them email and text follow-up campaigns so let's move over to the next part of the foundation is setting up a funnel and basically what we have here is the pre-qualification survey so if somebody comes in from the facebook lead ad form they fill out name email and phone number and immediately we want to try to direct them to our survey page which right now we're at a little over 1 out of 2 but conservatively so we generate a one hundred twenty two leads on facebook or 120 leads on facebook we've had sixty-five opt-ins for the survey so it's doing really well so one out of two upfront or very shortly after filling out the lead add are filling out this survey from here once they fill out the survey they get taken to a thank you and appointment page so this is something new that we added to our funnel and it is working really well I mean I would say right now so I have a client right now I would say like one out of five leads that fill out the survey are booking an appointment so not only do they come in through Facebook fill out the pre-qualification survey now they have selected a time a day and time to speak with somebody about this service like that is crazy powerful dude and it really that basically what we're doing is we're creating different tiers of like lead quality or lead intent maybe I guess you could say with Facebook leads you know being okay they're interested survey a lot more interested appointment that's about as interested as people get right so really really powerful and then from there what we're gonna be adding next I haven't done it yet but once they booked an appointment we can now upsell something else so if you guys followed me for a while I've always preached doing some type of you know depending on your industry that you're targeting credit card processing some type of software management program website design it could be reputation management could be whatever whatever else the client needs in that industry so for example restaurants could need a new website reputation management they could need a new POS system credit card processing trucking that could be some type of inventory management system you know you do your research but basically we're upselling us another so we can be upselling another service once they've filled out the appointment page and this is all automated through click funnels which brings us to the next part so this is if we basically use zapier for everything xate beer is absolutely fantastic this is what I use to create all of the automation in my system and this is typically what it looks like we could date we have a Google sheet that we send them to we get we have them set to active campaign which is our autoresponder I recommend this over everything else even though I'm wearing a mail chip shirt right now I just like the shirt I actually hate MailChimp but I like their shirt so it some clients want to get an email and typically so what we do with the Google sheet is I'll have two separate sheets and it'll be I should actually put this in the mind map but basically we'd have one for the facebook lead add one sheet for the the lead ad and then one worksheet for the surveys that come in okay and a same thing here in active campaign we'd have two separate lists for each industry we'd have facebook lead add one the survey one and actually we're gonna be adding one for the appointment as well because we can do really customized follow-up once you have all of your leads segmented properly so you have your facebook lead you have your survey leads that you have your appointment leads and you can create follow-up email and text campaigns right here depending on what lists they're wrong okay so I'm clients like to get the email right now I have a client that whenever somebody fills out the survey that's when they get the email and that's when they start calling the lead or some clients have their own CRM which can kind of be a pain sometimes I always use active campaign anyways but if you know they have their own CRM you would use a peer for that and then some clients like to get a text so like to send a text to like their sales team or whatever like hey just so you know lead came in that way they can contact the lead right away and then within active campaign I love active campaign map because not only are they an email follow-up server a provider but they also do you can do follow-up text campaigns as well pretty cheap you have to get the plus what is it the the the the plus option so it's 15 bucks a month if you want to do just email but if you want to add text reminders and text follow-up campaigns which I I recommend it's 70 bucks a month and then you you but you only get 25 texts a month so you'd have to purchase two what you purchase 250 I think it's like six boxes nothing so worth it because now you have you have two avenues really of communication you have the email and which we're getting really good open rates right now and then text reminders so then obvious I mean it goes without saying everybody looks at their phone all the time so they're going to get the text so but this is this is it right here this is the system obviously there's a lot more detail that goes into each part that's inside the lending lead-gen Academy so if you want to get this specifically for the as well which you would have access to to to set up a lot of your so start with the targeting for your campaign but because setting up the targeting for your Facebook campaign is a little tedious after the update but so worth it as you can see you know hunter and I mean could you guys use another one hundred and twenty leads in your pipeline you know 65 of them filling out a survey maybe 20 of
