How to create outlook signature
At our Ortner´s Resort in Bavaria in Germany our guests experience delightful moments that engage all their senses. We have one of the largest in-house thermal Spa in Bavaria with a total of six thermal pools and an organic swimming pool in the garden. I'm Betina Ortner-Zwicklbauer and I´m the host and owner here at Ortner's Resort. We offer our guests a unique combination of our own thermal Spring Water, Sports and culinary Delights. My name is Christian Schauberger and I am the hotel manager of the Ortner's resort. As a hotel resort it is essential for us to achieve optimal occupancy. Our commitment however goes beyond just filling up our rooms, we're dedicated to winning over new guests. To accomplish this we rely on lead generation in online marketing and ADDITIVE was the first to introduce us to this important topic. Lead generation describes the process of collecting contact information from potential guests, known as leads, through targeted marketing activities. Our ultimate goal is to convert these potential guests into actual guests at our Resort. We know how important it is to engage with our guests before, during and after the booking process, that's how we build long-term relationships. And one of the most effective ways to do so is through newsletter and e-mail marketing. ADDITIVE's marketing strategy provides us with a steady stream of new guests for our hotel resort, and together we even made it to the official Facebook online conference, as an example of great online marketing. Together with Meta ADDITIVE has carried out a test project for lead generation using our Ortner's Resort as subject. During the testing period ADDITIVE collected 2, 600 leads for us, that's over 2,000 people showing interest in our Ortner's Resort that we could reach out to. We've already received many bookings and inquiries as a result of these marketing efforts, the major benefit though is that we can keep following up with these potential guests and convert them into future bookings. The project was also presented at Meta's earnings call as best practice for lead generation and meta's board of directors was very impressed with the results. This success is even more exciting when you consider that lead generation is still a mostly untouched concept in the hotel industry. ADDITIVE proved that they have the skills to impress even big players like Meta and showed us what innovative hotel marketing really looks like. Working with ADDITIVE is great in itself but making it to Silicon Valley together was an incredible highlight of our collaboration.
