so what is going on guys welcome to the channel in today's video I'm going to be sharing with you and breaking down with you guys the exact Facebook ads the copies the images and the text that I use that helps me self-generate Facebook leads for the final expense industry now if you're an insurance agent or if you're just trying to find a way to start generating leads on Facebook I hope this is the best video that you will find on YouTube and most most importantly I'm going to share with you the exact images scripts texts that I use as as you can see here that has generated me over 698 leads on Facebook at an average cost around 6.54 cents and has allowed me to close hundreds and hundreds of policies we've not yet met my name is Peter Roberts and I am an insurance agent that have sold hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of life insurance and I want to share with you how I wanted to figure out how to basically learn how to Market on Facebook I realized that I needed control in my business that I struggled with the leads and most agents struggle with finding ways to get clients by generating leads and their spending all this money on Outsourcing leads vendors going to nectar Smart Financial and if leads are one of your biggest problems I want to share with you step by step on how you can build out campaigns and start basically generating your own Facebook leads hopefully change your business again I have nothing to sell you I just want to share with you and this is probably hurting me but I want to show you everything that is been working for me and how you can go step by step this is a you know free tutorial or walk through courses will make you spend six seven eight hundred dollars that you're not going to get in this video so this brought you any value make want access to that as well it's going to be in the bottom link below so let's jump into it we're going to jump into um you know basically building out this campaign on everything that you need to do so first thing is you need an ad account you need a Facebook profile I'm not going to walk you through those um basically beginner steps they're super simple look up how to create a Facebook page how to create an ad account I want to share with you actually you know the real bones with the stuff that you're going to struggle with when you're figuring out how to generate leads on Facebook so what we're going to do here is we're going to go into my ad account and we're going to scroll up here and we're going to hit create a new campaign so what we're going to do here is we're going to jump into basically how we're going to start generating leads so we're going to go in here into this create new campaign and we're going to hit leads so we're going to do is we're going to hit this option our goal on Facebook is to generate leads that's our objective so we're going to hit continue here and then there's two options there's a tailored leads campaign I would not do that you're going to jump directly into doing a manual lead campaign this is allowing you to basically control your metrics and set up your own campaigns as needed so here is the Facebook interface of setting up your campaign so for today we're going to label this senior leads so we're going to click in here we're going to do senior leads whatever you want to call it okay the most important thing is to make sure that you put the date on there so this is the 13th 2022 and then not there are special categories we're going to keep this at buying its auction campaign objection is leads and then we're going to do turn on the advance campaign budget so do that there for you allows Facebook to spend your budget as needed and your daily budget is that typically if you're in this is a new ad account then it won't let you spend more than 50 bucks in the first few weeks just to make sure you're verified but let's start out with fifty dollars it's a really good start for anyone and then you're going to go ahead and hit next now what you're going to do next here is you're going to name your ad set this is kind of your targeting this is some of your details that you're going to do so you can just name it anything you can do like leads and then put your date 12. 13 20 22. whatever it is um and then you're going to hit continue um I feel dumb because it actually is the 14th so let's just hit change or hit 12 14 2022 and we're going to go ahead and hit instant form so this is the conversion place this is where they're going to capture your data you can either go into a messenger form it can go to you know in in live inbound calls but what you're going to do to collect data like get their first name their last name you're going to hit instant forms super important here and then what you're going to do next here in this Facebook page shut up is you're going to click the drop down menu and you're going to click basically the page that you've built now to build a Facebook page it is super simple you go to Facebook create pages and you want to name something you know I wouldn't go with Maryland or state that you select I would do like Senior Life Care or affordable life insurance programs or um you know senior burial affordable plans something like that where it gives a message as basically you're this company this page that you're building out is going to be something where you're going to be representing a company um a simple like logo with you can design is something just like this you can go directly on canva and you can hit you know hit add page you're going to go to like let's say you want like a simple logo we'll just do this we'll hit like a logo like this and you can go in there and just edit it so I use canva this is where you can build out the page details and allow you to get started so super simple you can just look up logo templates and kind of design it it doesn't have to be any sex anything sexy just simple and easy so once you get your page selected you then are going to accept the The Meta lead term ads for this page which is super simple to drop down hit accept and then you're going to go into you're going to leave the dynamic creative creative off so this is how you can test multiple ads this is how you can have you know metrics to track but this is basically you're going to be doing individual ads that Facebook are going to push dollars behind a dynamic campaign will take multiple ad images multiple headlines and Facebook can basically can control which one they're going to put out to the users or Facebook users and try to help you get a lower lead cost at a cheaper rate so just something to be mindful of there for you you're going to start this campaign so once the ads get approved from Facebook this is when your ads are going to start running and your leads are going to start coming in so you can set it up for where I would do tomorrow at 12 o'clock in the morning so hit 12 A.M and it's always good to start your your leads right in the morning and allows you to just get a fresh start and Facebook can use your budget throughout the whole day and then also set in the end date um it's just something within like 30 days you know push it out to a month whatever it is make sure it just helps you know you generate a lower lead cost because Facebook wants to get results because they think that your campaign is going to end and they want you to come back so they're going to try to get your leads super simple there and this is what you're going to do you're gonna build the custom art audience leave this separate here and then the location so what you're going to put in your locations here is you want to hit exit out of the United States and you're going to type in the states that you're running so you're going to hit people that are living in this location and if let's say you're licensed in Ohio you're going to put Ohio and you're gonna let's say you're licensed in Arkansas okay so put all your state licenses in there the states that you want to run these ads to so when these people fill out the form that you have the license to sell them the policies so that's super important typically when it comes to teleseals You'll at least have five states that you can run it helps us keep your costs down in Facebook so put all your States in there it's super simple and then what you're going to do into the demographics is change the aim since you're you're selling final expense insurance or you're selling any insurance depends on what your demographic is I like to sell people who are in their 50s who are looking for final expense so you're going to hit 50 and you're gonna go 50 to 65. it's a simple way for you to find that demographic sometimes it means speaking to people who are in their 80s but at least have a minimum minimum age of of age 50 okay and then genders I leave at as all and then Advanced targeting make sure you keep that on so super simple there and then you're gonna go into placement so Facebook has to decide where they're going to put your your ads so just keep it as advanced placement and just keeps things really simple and Facebook is just really smart their algorithm is absolutely amazing so they're gonna basically place your ads where they need to be to get the highest click-through rates as well as to get people to actually see your ads and hopefully convert again Facebook only makes money when you make money using their platforms they're going to try to help you get there so we're going to jump into now is actually building out the ads this is going to be your first ad that you can build out that I've used that has worked for me so one thing I want to share with you is that you might have to test new images you might have to try a new copy but this is a really good starting point for you this is basically something that is the spare bones that you can throw on there and start generating some leads as long as you um you know implement or build this out right so what you're gonna do is put your ad name we're gonna do like burial lead number one so we're gonna do out we're gonna build out one ad together here I typically like to run three ads I can use the same images I can use the same sorry I like to do different images uh but leave the copy the same so we're gonna just build out ad number one for you and also put the date here for you so 12 14 20 22. and then you can see my page has been selected and you're gonna hit basically create add and then you're gonna hit single images we're gonna be doing a simple image where we're going to um build this ad out so how we're going to build the image is super simple I'm going to show you kind of what we've built in here so this is the image that we're going to rock with I'm going to teach you how to build it right now so we're in canva um this is you know something that just catches the audience the casket you're selling burial insurance so it's going to be something that's been tested for me that works very well and then you're going to be calling out your demographic attention and then you're gonna have something that's eye catchy so what you're gonna do let's build this out together here so let's just go enter enter so what you're going to do in Campbell is you're gonna go in the top left here and you're going to look up in elements let's suck up um burial okay here and then you're gonna see the graphics here you're going to pull up all your graphics you can use any of these images uh whatever it is there for you I like to use either people or some some type of image where it replicates a funeral or you can do like a funeral let's do that let's put funeral on here for you I'm trying to find the exact image that I found we're going to hit all okay and then you could do photos okay and you hit photos and then you're gonna scroll down and you're gonna start seeing images of caskets you can see this casket here will come up you can see a lady of an elderly lady um so just go through there I had to scroll through and figure out how to find that so find something that's attractive for you but inside of canva you will find this here this ad okay image and then you're gonna basically blow it up here so what you're going to do is you're going to extend both sides create this image this is the image where you want something where people are going to be like okay they're gonna be scrolling and see something they're gonna make them stop so simple simple just a casket picture it's going to be a connected to a page that talks about funerals so it all kind of makes sense and what you can do next you're going to hit lines and shapes and you're going to click on this graphic here and you're going to create a headline so how you do that is you just scroll this up through here you extend it out right there right there and then you're going to hit the color and then you're going to pick a color that really stands out or Pops to the audience you're gonna be calling out your audience here so you want them to see and then you're going to hit text so you're going to hit add text here's the text that I like to use and you're going to say something like attention seniors okay and then you're gonna go in here instead of canva Sands you're going to hit like a Monster Rock I like if that's how I pronounce it extra bold or semi-bold whatever it is and you're going to extend it here and you're going to lower the image there for you the text okay and you want to make sure it all fits inside of this headline here so attention seniors and then you're going to change this to bold and then you're also going to make it white okay and then here's a little side note for you just to make it pop a little bit you're going to hit lift and you're going to lift it all the way up so it kind of stands out for you so next what we're going to do is we're going to you know download this image here so here is your first ad this is the ad that you've just built out congratulations um and we're going to go ahead and save this image here cut here we're going to hit continue and we're going to hit download so you're going to download this image and we're going to go back to our Facebook campaign and kind of build all the next portions so let's pull this up here we're going to hit next and save that okay so we're gonna hit edit image edit media add images and you're going to hit and then you're going to hit upload and then what you're going to do is you're going to pull up all your recent images I'm going to click on this one this is the ad that we just built out and then when you click on the image it's gonna it's gonna load in here and you're gonna kind of see a quick preview of what the ad looks like okay so on the Main feed they're going to see something like this attention seniors and it's going to have the picture of the casket super cool attractive it works and you're going to get results there you're going to hit done now the next thing you want to do is you're going to scroll down here and you're going to do your primary text this is kind of like you know what's going to uh I guess lure them into the ad here so let's I kind of show you where it pops up as here so this is the text that you're going to see now I already have some ads some text that's already been built out so I'm going to share with you what I'm going to use here this is the exact text that I'm going to be using so number one you can see it says nothing but free it says nothing about affordable it says nothing about you know State regulated this is people that are going to be clicking for life insurance and this is going to help you generate a higher quality lead okay so this is the text I've used um why do why do you see why don't seniors more seniors know about this 50 and older us residents can get up to 35 000 life insurance coverage um rates start as as low as ten dollars per month per three thousand coverage um so that's a simple simple way to you know explain what people are gonna be you know clicking and learning about something where it draws people into it calls out the audience and then allows them to get educated so that's the exact primary text that I use and then you can hit something like a call to action you know click you know learn more to see if you qualify okay and then you can pull up an image here and I would typically throw it on like an emoji like a little thumb down emoji um whatever that would be there for us here some type of emoji you can just leave it like that and allows people to understand what they're going to be you know going for so and then you're gonna go into your headlines now what we have built out next is just a simple headline you'll see it's going to pop up we're going to look up local residents 2023 benefits update something like that something super simple where they're thinking um you know this is a benefit program or this is something that you know we should look into 2023 okay I'll hit new I like to put that in there for you new benefits or update or program updates or program whatever you want to put in there doesn't really matter this allows them to understand as you can see right here this is what's going to show local residents you know in 2023 new benefits program okay descriptions you don't need anything I never really had anything but this is basically you got the ad copy and you have your call to action you have the image and then you have a place for them to actually click now instead of changing having it at sign up you're going to hit learn more so when they hit learn more this is where the form is going to now be built up so right there guys congratulations you have your first ad basically built out now what you need to do now is a place to capture that information so you're going to hit click on like create a new form and then your form is going to be like burial form okay you can always put the date there always do it just to keep track of what I'm doing here and then you're going to hit more volume and then you're going to hit info okay this is a background image now this is the image that's going to show up here in the back so I like to just put you can just use the same image that you use you can use something like that simple simple whatever it is just give them an idea what they're clicking on and then the headline is very important here so take a let's do this first here um so for the headline text you could say get approved for your affordable burial program or or you can change that that's that's one way to do it or you can do it C if you qualify here I gotta change this down okay so see if you qualify for your affordable burial program and then what you're going to do is kind of describe right under what it's going to be take the short quiz below dot dot so it allows them to basically proceed they're going to hit next so we're going to hit continue keep going down here we're going to some of the questions now here's kind of the questions that you're going to ask them to capture their data here you got their contact information their email their full name um all that there for you but before that you want to see this is the question or this is the questions where you're going to get more of their information you can ask the one question that I asked get their beneficiary is this simple question this is all the questions you want to know is who will be your beneficiary so when the lead comes in now they have to also select who their beneficiary fee so the good thing is before you call the people you know who their beneficiary is going to be this is a multiple multiple choice questions they answer you can do your children child slash children you can deal with spouse you're gonna hit um let's see here for you go back here you're gonna hit Plus you're gonna do a friend and then you can do other so just simple questions where when they fill this out they're going to click on this answer below and then it's gonna go to the next page so not only do I have a lead but you also know who their beneficiary is which is also very important and then what you can do next is you're going to fill out um some of the pre-form pre-form questions or qualifications you're going to hit continue we're not going to continue you're the pre-filled questions so this is we're going to basically say leave your correct info below so what this means is that you want to make sure that they're filling out the right information so that's what I put there leave your correct info below this is going to be what they're seeing when they fill this out so when they click on it they're going to then have a pre-fill form pop up and this is where the client will click on it and then it's going to Auto generate their number and how they become a lead so you're going to capture their email you're going to get their phone number you're going to hit add category you're going to get their cell phone number here next and you're going to hit also get their City and their state okay wasn't it working okay there you are and I'm gonna get their state so now you know where the lead's coming in at and lastly you want to get their personal information so let's do this for you here their date of birth so now you have all this information that's going to be filled out so now you know what the leads from their email all their contact information so they're actually being a qualified lead now it comes in the Pro when it comes into the privacy policy it's super important okay so when it comes down to the privacy policy it's important you could just do kind of your own research look up like free Facebook privacy policies for your page um that's kind of in-depth as well but just go into like the Facebook privacy policy generator you can get the link you can get the text it just helps you become compliant legally I just want to make sure that you know you have to be compliant with you know what's being submitted and you want to make sure that people understand what they're opting into when they're completing their privacy policy and then lastly here you're going to put your terms and conditions um for affordable for your company so put your company name company name whatever your company name terms and conditions for your company name and then a disclaimer um you don't have to add that one in you can look up disclaimers on Google super simple or common disclaimers is something where by opting in you agree to receive texts and automations from company something like that but I would definitely do your own research make sure you're compliant and make sure that you have the right you know information on there when it comes down to the compliance through the customer disclaimers and the privacy policy let's go to this the legality stuff I don't jump much into that but that's kind of all you need to know there and then lastly here's how you can get people to book on your calendar something that's really cool for you thanks you're all set um it's not you're going to also have your calendar link to get people to book directly for you here a little bit of gold as well for you so um you know basically what you're gonna do is get pre-approved for your burial program so you're gonna hit this you're gonna hit get pre-approved for your Barrel program today okay so this is basically good news even pre get pre-approved for your Barrel program or you can say something where it says congratulations you are pre -approved for your burial program today to some of that you can use there's three different spin-offs whatever they all work and then basically I would say click the link below to to speak with your assigned specialist um and then you put Peter Roberts it's like Roberts I had this all in text you can keep it in text or not but that's kind of what I would say is click the link below to speak to your sinus specialist right now you can add these filler words in or anything like that you can do right now or or later but this is all you need to do basically what you're doing is setting up that they can get pre-approved and then click the link you're going to basically book up time or appointment on my calendar um so what you can do next is you're going to hit visit website you're going to add your link to your calendly so whatever your calendar link calendar link is if you don't have a calendly link go ahead and get one and add it in there for you and then and then you're gonna hit your call to action book your appointment now so just click that so basically as you can see here this is the exact form that's been built out so let's go ahead and see what you've now just completed so basically someone has seen your ad which you know exactly what headline copy and images use um you know what targeting to do and you kind of know who's gonna be clicking it they're going to see that they can now see if you qualify for your affordable burial programs and they're going to click on who they want to be their beneficiary and then they're going to go to the next page so the next page is then going to take them to they're gonna have this pre-forward contact form they're gonna fill this out for you this is how they become your lead and then that's you're going to go ahead and read the terms and conditions and also the Privacy policies which is legally built in and then last they're going to hit congrats you were pre-approved let's go ahead and Link you know get a Time on my calendar to book this appointment so and then you're gonna go ahead and hit publish and you will simply be on your way to start generating leads with this exact setup so you could do you know one or two more of these same ads the form will stay uploaded you can change the image you can change the headline you can use different images to test different things that's all Facebook works but this is exactly how anyone can start generating leads directly on Facebook for final expense I wish I knew this when I first got started but this is how I done it and most importantly I've been able to write thousands of
