hey what is up guys it's Brennan here and today we're gonna be taking a look at 10 of the best HR management software of course it's no surprise that human resource software and HR management software is super important and key in any business that you can best manage your employees whether it be for onboarding or even payroll with some of these different HR management softwares a lot of them do bundle together we will be breaking down all different types of HR software again whether you just want to be managing employees setting up those onboarding processes or if you do also want to bundle things together and pair your HR with payroll or other different types of people management software so that's screen breaking down here in today's video and before we dive into things I do want to mention of course you can feel free to check out all of the links to the software will be mentioned Down Below in the video description of course some of which are affiliate links it's a great way to help out and support the channel without further Ado let's go ahead and dive into things so of course that is is really not in any particular order but at that top spot we have Monday so monday.com is a overall project management software so in addition to project management they do also have specific workflows built around HR and what an HR team would actually need of course when it comes to a recruitment pipeline as you can see here onboarding processes like I mentioned employee well-being and development and learning so you can really build out an entire HR platform within Monday so again you can also use Monday as a project management software but they do have the HR specific needs for onboarding hiring and managing just that overall task and process so you can have those workflows already built out so you know exactly what you need to do and to make sure that you're up to date with compliance as well so this really is more of a project management side of things in terms of an HR software that's really what Monday is built around but really I would say that Monday is just a great platform and is definitely one of the best overall HR platforms just because it's very diverse very customizable you can really set it up exactly how you want it because again it is built off of their project management software so it is very flexible in the way that you want to build out your HR management side of things when you know taking a look at employees or building out different events or things like that so you do have a lot more again flexibility in terms of how you want to build out your HR software with Monday so as you can see here they have a wide variety of different dashboards automations as well as different insights really everything that most people would need in terms of managing the project side of things when it comes to HR management and just building out your overall employee management system that tracks things as they come in with your pipeline and engaging employees as well maybe little reminders or different tasks to do as you can see here on their sales page so again Monday is a great platform form as well they do have a free version which is pretty nice too so you can get started for free although as you have more employees it will of course they do have paid plans again a lot all the different software mentioned in today's video a lot of them do have free plans or at least free trials and then after that they do have different paid plans so you know of course not gonna be diving into specific on pricing with all the different HR software mentioned in today's video be sure to check out these pricing pages so you get the most accurate and up-to-date pricing you know as the time to make in this video just go ahead you know check out the links check out the softwares to make sure uh you know you get the most up-to-date side of things when it comes to pricing and with that but again a lot of them do have at least free versions that you could test out give a try and then either they're a free trial or they just have a free version a lot of times the free versions are somewhat limited maybe even a three seat minimum things like that so just bear that in mind as well if you're trying to keep costs associated with this uh in mind as well again generally the project manager software is a little bit cheaper than you know the project management HR type side of software is a little cheaper than maybe the more like HR plus payroll type software so that's just something to keep in mind uh but yeah so that's Monday at that top spot moving in at number two we have deals so deal is one of those bundle type softwares you have payroll HR compliance overall and the nice thing about deal is they are built for the global Workforce so they are they do work globally as well so if you need more of those type of global specific things when it comes to hiring in different countries and things like that then you could sort of bundle that here together with deal that is what they specialize in uh so as you can see here that you know you can manage your employees set up your your people profiles things like that again you can also manage the payroll side of things Beyond just your typical HR management so you can sort of bundle things together in terms of what they offer so deal is a you know another great HR platform uh definitely worth mentioning uh they are very easy to use a lot of people do like to use them as well they do have a free version you can like request a demo with them or get started with them uh in terms of the overall platform again as you can see here uh they do have more of just a team management side of things in terms of uh their deal HR but again they do also have uh Global payroll uh peo if you do want that you know process and people management type side of things if you want that a little bit more outsourced uh you can also do that with them as well in terms of overall engagement and even hiring and paying as well so you sort of get the best of both worlds again a lot of the different software mentions these video uh do have uh bundling options across like hiring Team Management which is more specific to HR itself as well as the payroll or even Global payroll uh as well but again with deal in terms of their HR specifically taking a look at that here uh as you can see you know you can manage your overall you know your team here stay compliant as well well a lot of people in terms of bundling is a good way to save money in general when you're bundling these different types of softwares if you're you know taking a look at you know beyond even just HR software itself is something to keep in mind so if you do want something maybe a little bit more advanced uh you could go with deal again just because of the bundling options if you don't necessarily need all of that then you may want to opt for one of the other project management type softwares uh which may be better suited to your needs but again you know definitely another one worth checking out moving on next in this list at number three we have Rippling so Rippling very similar to deal in terms of how it is built out in terms of having that bundling option for you again it is a HR specific software but they do also offer Beyond just the HR products they also have of course payroll um uh as well as sort of as well as recruiting uh Global payroll as well time and attendance benefits peo services so if you do need that they do offer that here with Rippling but they are really great uh HR System in terms of all the different apps that they have built out especially when it comes to compliance uh whether it be domestic compliance or International compliance uh they do have that built out really nicely as you can see this is sort of what the dashboard looks like just looking at their home page here for Rippling uh in general Rippling is a great platform for their automated workflows as you can see here they do have a lot of workflow automations that can help you just save a little bit of time on the back end making sure that you are also in compliance especially depending on where you are located uh so you have that whether you're in the US whether UK Canada Germany you know Global different options here uh in terms of an HR software that is country specific as well so that is nice especially managing in compliance side of things and making sure that you're on board with that making sure all the documents are completed again Rippling does give you just a bit more in terms of an overall HR platform compared to some of the other like project management type tools so if you do want something maybe a bit more advanced you have more employees you make sure you're compliant over a certain amount of employees or you do have quite a global Workforce or work Workforce that are based out of other countries definitely give Rippling a shot they do also have a lot of nice automations too which can save time so that does also help in terms of managing uh your overall HR System so that is Rippling uh moving on next in this list we have ADP so ADP has been around the block for a long long time they are probably one of the uh ogs in terms of the HR payroll and uh just human resources software in general they are probably one of the biggest companies mentioned here in this list and it's for good reason they do have quite a you know extensive toolkit in terms of what they offer how they can service you as well terms of HR specifically you know they are good for that payroll compliance side of things Beyond even just the HR if you are doing bundling again ADP is another one of those type of bundling type uh setups you can request demos and talk to their sales team as well which is nice if you do want to get maybe get more of an in-depth look and how they can help your specific business I will say that ADP is definitely good for those larger size scale businesses uh just because they have they're such a big company they have such a large team they really specialize in larger companies really majority of large businesses that you work with today use ADP I mean that's just one of the industry standards for larger companies uh just because they have the resources and the know-how to be able to handle uh larger scale companies even mid-size type companies too uh you know ADP can work for that as well so you know they they do have options again also for small businesses too but in general like that's really where they strive and and why a lot of places choose them as you can see here they even have you know ADP pays one six workers in the US so they they're they are quite popular and you know the third largest employer in the US in terms of you know uh you know half the companies you work for probably use ADP or you know as you can see here one in six so it is something worth considering in terms of just their overall brand popularity uh and they do have good compliance as well when it comes to payroll with their ADP Workforce now uh so that is something else worth keeping in mind again I just have to mention ADP just because they are so popular they are still a great option for a lot of people definitely one of the most popular it's worth taking a look at moving on next in this list we have click up now click up very similar to Monday is a project management software but again they also do have HR specific resources as you can see here they have this whole new hire process HR projects uh so you can really stay organized in general I would say click up is one of the best for staying organized again just because it's not just an HR platform it is also an overall project management software tool again similar to Monday so click up and Monday both ball into that sort of project management software tool that also has HR management specific tools and workflows such as the recruitment onboarding Talent Development employee management things like that and the nice thing with click up again they do have a completely free version as well so if you're looking to save money really like Monday and click up if you just want the the HR side of things you don't really care about bundling with payroll or some of the other like International or Global compliance things if you don't need that then click up and Monday could both be good options uh for you they do again click up does have a free version that you can use as well which is really nice now it is pretty simple in terms of their overall people management and their HR software again just because it is really a project management software tool first and foremost so they have all those kind of automations and things just to make it a lot streamlined lot easier you know if you're already used to using other project management software tools maybe like Asana or something like that then you will definitely feel at home with a platform like click up in terms of managing your HR side of things in terms of you know making sure that you have your onboarding steps or just workflows built out it just makes things a lot easier than doing things manually again really any kind of project management software will do that but they do have the nice HR templates that you can start with and then you can customize them and customization really again not an understatement that is another nice thing about platforms like click up or even Monday is that they do have a lot of customization so you can start with the HR templates that they have built out for the onboarding performance reviews hiring team requests employee handbooks company processes all those typical you know HR type things that most people never want to get around to especially if you're a small business owner but it is still a very important thing to do and to manage for your team and for overall human resources and people management again and you can customize them if you want to you start with the template customize it later down the road so click up another great option again if you want that a little bit cheaper option as well and if you just care about the HR templates you don't necessarily need everything else then there you go click up another great option really one of the best for staying organized moving on next in this list we have Gusto now Gusto Gusto however you want to pronounce it they are definitely hands down one of the best overall HR payroll people management type softwares I have them at the top of my payroll software video as well and Gusto hands down they also are sort of a bundling setup so if you're looking just for an all-in-one inclusion inclusive setup whether you're looking to pay your team or do people management HR management making sure that you're also staying on top of compliance things like that then Gusto can be a great option for you they do also now offer they're introducing their new Gusto Global so you can pay people worldwide as well with gusto so that's a nice additional option in terms of Gusto beyond that in terms of the payroll they also have the HR side of things so again because this is an HR management video an HR software video they do have the hiring onboarding talent management compliance things like that you can also basically that's all they offer a bundled pricing setup in terms of what they offer you can set up your employee benefits your payroll everything under that one umbrella product of Gusto and of course HR is included in that as well so if you're looking to you know bundle things together and just take care pair of things then you know I would say Gusto is a great option as well they are a top HR software again for startups small businesses as well I'd say that Gusto is probably the most popular in terms of small business payroll HR software people management Gusto is definitely number one in terms of small businesses they really are great for again small business owners smbs if that's what you are definitely worth taking a look at Gusto they can be a great option for you it is just very simple I personally use Gusto uh it is it's just very easy to use very easy to understand it's very simple I like the dashboard I just I like them a lot okay so definitely if you want to just put everything under one umbrella and you can have your HR management there too so definitely Gusto worth giving a shot worth taking a look at there's a great overall platform moving on next in this list we have on pay so onpay is another one similar to Gusto in terms of combining your HR and payroll together uh overall and so making sure that you have your dashboard all in one place again you can't they do have a free trial as you can see here you can try one on free at least as the time making today's video so on pay can be another good option worth taking a look at you can try them for free as well which is cool uh now in terms of what else on pay offers they do have payroll HR and benefits again another bundling type software solution so they can handle all that in one platform so it's nice you don't have to jump around between different platforms again very common thing here so on pay and really with all these different HR softwares you could give them a shot try them out see if you like it if you don't you can always leave and ditch them and try another one like you know you're not necessarily tied to them unless you sign up for a subscription with them so that is something worth considering too at least in terms of like the different free trials and at least checking them out but with on pay in terms of everything else you know you have your HR side of things in terms of other HR specific tools uh with onpay as you can see here uh it's not an additional cost because everything is included under your monthly payroll fee as you can see here because they are a bundle type software so you do have your onboarding and making sure you got your contracts set up you know making sure that you've got just everything that you would need from an HR side things in terms of compliance making sure you know you got vacation PTO management things like that really I would say on pay is definitely the closest in terms of both pricing uh and just overall software to Gusto so you know comparing on paying Gusto both are pretty good uh you know definitely give them a shot as well again all under one umbrella another great platform especially for small business owners as well if you just need something simple moving on next in this list we also have paychecks so paychecks another one also with the all-in-one you know payroll and HR bundled together so you get your payroll your HR and benefits all under one umbrella again very similar to onpay and Gusto paychecks fits right in there uh in terms of what they offer when you're looking at managing your HR your payroll and your benefits all under one place they are great in terms of you know self-employed if you do have smaller uh companies or if you're mid-sized larger size they do have various different solutions depending on the size of your business and different uh packages as well for you know HR you can put everything under one umbrella so if you are looking at doing more than just HR Human Resources you can also do your time in attendance 401K retirement Payroll Services as well their dashboard is pretty simple and easy to understand as you can see here with the paychecks Flex program you know overall paychecks another great one we're taking a look at you know definitely would recommend giving paychecks a shot moving on next in this list we have a high Bob or Bob uh this is just this is an another HR management software solution again the list continues right so we've got Bob they are a you know modern HR business they are used by a lot of popular companies uh as you can see here uh in terms of hi Bob they are another good HR platform uh in terms of what they offer they are more specific to HR in terms of uh what they have in their software when it comes to managing different employees they are again more specific to HR compared to some of the other platforms that we just mentioned that are more focused around uh bundling Bob or high Bob is really specific to an HR platform so if that's what you're looking for more of an HR platform catered uh specifically to HR and people management then would recommend checking them out they do also have time Talent documents tasks analytics uh compensation as well and benefits so you do also get a bit of everything else in it so in terms of you know what they have in their core HR platform again really a lot of the same type of stuff that you're going to find with everything else but it is just a bit more focused around HR in terms of they also have an org chart too so you know a lot of the things you're going to find pretty common across a lot of the different softwares again I would definitely recommend like watching a demo or requesting demos from a lot of these different companies just to get a better overall picture for your specific needs because everybody likes a different type of software in terms of the way it looks the way it feels it's really hard to even convey that completely in a video here in terms of what you may need or want but I hope this has you know been helpful here of course moving in next last but not least at the next spot we also have a bamboo HR so rounding out the list here at that 10 spot we do have bamboo HR they are another type a bundle setup in terms of HR payroll benefits as an overall complete HR software they are also one of the other most popular right there up with ADP bamboo HR is another uh popular platform they are really good in terms of Employee Self-Service I will say that's one of the areas that they do stand out at in terms of Employee Self-Service just making it easier for employees to be able to go in and and do what they need to do without having to necessarily have an HR Manager have to send them a link or to send them this over slack and and have the HR man it takes a little bit more hands-off approaching for the HR manager because the employees can go in and do things a bit more themselves and Gusto is like that too to a certain degree but bamboo HR is another just very popular platform uh in terms of managing your employee experience performance just checking everything that you would need to do in terms of checking all the boxes for compliance as well bamboo HR again is just again more specific to HR even though they do bundle things together again it's in their name bamboo HR that's their Core Business that they really have everything catered to so if you do want one that's a
