hello welcome to lead master in this video i'm going to show you how to manage your lead nurturing tracks in the last video you saw that you could add contacts to a lead nurturing track by going to the lead nurturing campaigns tab and choosing add contacts to a lead nurturing track there are other ways that you can accomplish the same goal first you can go to the search engine and search for contacts let's say that we want all of the contacts associated with a specific marketing campaign in this case i'll take the one two three sample campaign now if i'd like to add all of these contacts to a lead nurturing track i go up to contact options and say add to lead nurturing i select the track i select the start date to choose a few select the check boxes next to the person's name in this case i'll select all click submit and those people will be added to the lead nurturing track of your choice you can also add contacts to lead nurturing from search results by company from the search results page i most over to the take action and i can choose add to lead nurturing if i have more than one contact on the record i select the contact that i would like to add to lead nurturing select the track click submit and that lead nurturing campaign will be added to that contact i can also add contacts to lead nurturing from inside the record here are the details for this record i'll scroll down until i find the contacts let's add craig to a lead nurturing campaign click on his name here are the details for craig by scrolling down you'll see lead nurturing if i would like to add this person to a lead nurturing track all i do is click on the add button select the track click submit the record has been updated and now you'll see the steps that are associated with this lead nurturing campaign as the emails are sent they show up in email history let's take a look at frank who was previously added to a lead nurturing campaign here's the lead nurturing campaign that frank was added to and you can see that some emails already went out if you'd like to view these emails click on view you can see the merge fields here and when the email was sent and when frank opens these emails it will show up right here that the email was opened at any time you can pause the track and you can also delete the track if you decide to modify that lead nurturing campaign it will be reflected on everyone's contact info for example let's take a look at have not reached right now it's set at 0 6 and one let's just change this to be three as you can see now it's zero three and one now let's go back and take a look at that record we added craig to that lead nurturing campaign whereas before it was 0 6 and 1 now you can see that it's 0 3 and 1. in addition to being able to pause and delete from the contact you can also pause and delete from the search results here are my search contacts again i can either select a few or select them all and from the contact options menu i have the option to pause resume or delete these contacts from lead nurturing this concludes our video on managing lead nurturing campaigns
