panicked every time i got on a new client because i knew i had to get results for them or else they weren't going to stick around long term the only problem is before i specialize in the real estate industry i was working with all different clients in all different industries and so i felt like i was reinventing the wheel every time i brought on a new client and it was extremely stressful now i had done a lot of marketing lead generation in the past so i knew the exact formula of how to actually go through and generate leads but i was like what should i say on the facebook ad what should the landing page say what should the follow-up emails and text messages say because every single market is slightly different right and guys i can still remember my very first real estate client i was completely out of money and so i was in desperate need for a win just to make a little bit of money just to pay the bills right and so i had connected with a client on facebook and he kind of hooked me up with a nice little deal he's like hey look if you can go through and get me 50 leads in the next seven days i'll pay you a thousand dollars right so i was like okay this is awesome and i was like well what if i don't get you 50 leads he's like no worries if you don't give me the 50 leads then i won't pay anything but we'll just shake hands part ways and that'll be that right and so i was like okay i really need to give this guy 50 leads because i really need that thousand dollars right that thousand dollars literally felt like a hundred thousand dollars at the time because i was making absolutely zero money when i first got started so after you kind of gave me that proposition i spent the next several days researching the best facebook ads landing pages follow-ups everything a to z on how to go through and actually generate leads for this real estate agent so i spent the next several days all day every day researching and crafting the perfect facebook ads landing page offer everything from a to z and then finally the time came that i actually had to hit publish to make it go live to see if it was actually going to work all right so i remember i went through and i hit publish it was around 4 p.m in the afternoon and i was just sitting there i was like man i i really hope this works because i really need that thousand dollars just to pay like my rent my food all that stuff at the time right well the next morning when i woke up to my surprise i not only had generated leads but remember how he said he wanted me to get 50 leads in the next seven days and in less than 24 hours i saw 52 leads coming in for his real estate business guys i was so pumped because i was like this thousand dollars is actually like real i'm gonna actually make some money right here and he called me later that day and he was like jason i have no idea what you did but i'm a believer and he went on to pay me the thousand dollars and that began a long fruitful relationship and honestly the start of my real estate marketing business and a few days later that same real estate client he actually referred me to another real estate client because he's like hey like this guy knows what he's doing he generated all these leads for me so this other real estate client came on i ran a very similar campaign for this other real estate client we also saw amazing results and then what i was doing i would just take their results and i would leverage their results to get another real estate client and another real estate client and every single client i got every time i got more results i would just market and leverage those results to other people and as time went on i continue to work with more and more realtors and my team and i we have created a dozen of proven lead
