hi this is Cedar Johnson from Vista Solutions in this video I will show you the features of Education CRM we have customized this education CRM based on open source software which is V tiger so this is our CRM let me just log in using the admin credentials so this is the home page dashboard of the education CRM let me just show you how to create leads in the CRM basically there are two ways of how to create a lead we can do this from here which is the quick create button so I can just click on new lead and I will get a small screen which will just allow me to enter the necessary details in order to create a new lead or I can go to this leads module and from here I can add a new lead so I will click on this button to add the new lead let me enter the first name let me enter the mobile number and the email address I can select the lead Source from here that is from where the person has come to know about the institution select from here then here we have the information about the different courses so from here I can select the programs that is the various programs that have been carried on in the institution and this is the campus that is the place where this course is currently available and these are the various brands that are currently offered with this program similarly I can enter the address information of the person then we have the academic information and the stage information so when a new lead is created the first stage is set as inquiry so the stages can be customized as per your requirements and these are basically the stages where you know the the student has downloaded downloaded the application form and submitted the application form and so on we have also added this button so if we want to change a stage or delete a stage or you know add a new stage we can do this from here so I will add this stage and click on OK so after I have added this new stage I can see that it has come up over here so let me just set it back to inquiry the lead status can be set as open we can set this as interested or not interested and this is the call information that is whether it is an incoming call or an outgoing call so after I just set up these fields let's click on Save so I have saved the lead once we save a lead and SMS is sent to that particular person on the mobile address which is specified also an email is sent to this person on the email address and here we can see that we can keep a track of all the emails and the SMS details the SMS is an image that we have sent to this particular person and also a calendar entry is made for the particular user that has created this lead so right now this John Dykes is on inquiry stage and it means follow-up so this is automatically pinned up in the activities module and every time we change the stage of this person and SMS is sent and the activity is updated we can also attach documents of the students like The certificates and other documents that are required so that we can do from here in this module we also have the option of sending an SMS or an email manually so this is the option if I click on this it will ask me whether to send email on this address so I will just select it and from here I can select whether I want to send an email or an SMS so this was all about the features of creating lead in education CRM thank you for watching this video for more information and videos kindly visit .bestosolutions.com or email us on sales Vista solutions.com thank you
