what CRM should your Law Firm be using so this seems to be a really really hot topic because you got Clio you got lawmatics you got HubSpot you got Salesforce you've got go high level there's a ton of crms out there and really in my mind only two of those stand out to me as crms that you should be using now this can change any day as technology changes but the first one legal specific would be lawmatics in my opinion the reason I like lawmatics and I have no partnership with them is because you can send text messages from that platform and text messages are huge when it comes to getting in contact with your leads so for that reason alone I like lawmatics because it does everything else out of the box that all the other legal crms do so for me that's the best legal specific one that you're going to get currently if Cleo decides to change great but currently they only do text messages now as far as normal crms you have your hubspots your sales force and I love HubSpot but HubSpot is more of a B2B CRM I like go high level the best so I'm going to come out and say it right this is an agency CRM agencies like us white label this to you maybe they charge you money for it I hope they don't but either way it's very very cost effective and what's cool about go high level is you can send text messages you can send emails and you can modify it and you can have lots of different accounts under one main manager account so if you run multiple firms whatever it is you want to do or you want to test different iterations so you have a lot of robustness with that CRM and they continuously are improving that thing so for me if you're not going legal specific I would go with go high level because it's month to month it's about 99 bucks and you can't beat the functionality in that CRM one quick tip whatever CRM you decide to use use it because sadly most people have really expensive crms and they don't use it to its fullest capability and as a result you don't get the value that you need out of CRM hope you enjoyed this I'll see you in the next one
