How to create outlook signature

you read the title let's get into it because I got 24 revolutionary real estate marketing ideas right here and I guarantee you probably haven't heard of most of these These are going to be really cool to help you get into 2024 with some really new ideas that a lot of other people are not going to be doing so without further Ado guys let's dive into it and if you want me to make a longer video about any of these 24 points drop it down in the comments for me I'd be more than happy to do that that tells me what you're interested in and it helps me create better content so let's get into it number one is create a unique selling proposition now on our website at Asian launch.com one of the questions I always ask in our intake form is what is your unique selling proposition brackets if any and the answers I get are quite interesting and that's because a lot of people don't think to create a unique selling proposition or a unique value proposition as some people call it so an example of this is like I help investors find and finance the best investment opportunities so unique selling proposition is what makes you unique now we have clients who have like really strong listing packages where they do a seven percent listing they invest their own money in upgrading their home selling it for a premium and taking a piece of The Upside for example so think about what is your unique selling proposition what makes you unique and a unique selling proposition is not I give a great customer service I answer my phone I'm responsive I have my clients best needs at heart those are just customer service those are just being a good operational business person but creating a very strong unique selling proposition is focusing almost on a niche in a lot of cases and providing a very specific set of values to those people now the reason I wanted to start with this is because this is going to play into a lot of other things that I'm going to talk about in these 24 ideas but that's number one actually create a unique selling proposition that appeals to a very specific audience with a specific solution that solves a specific problem because most people in real estate do not do this but I think it's really really important number two is what I call door knocking 2.0 now nobody likes the door knock and nobody likes being doorknob so how can we do this in a better way well the reason a lot of people don't knock today's Circle prospecting so you get a listing Prospect the neighborhood we all know what that means now a better way to do this is what I call door knocking 2.0 which is using door hangers instead of door knocking now the cool thing about door hangers is is when you put them on a door they're separate from all the other mail which most of which just gets thrown out right so door hangers are separate so when people come home they get your door hanger and it's the only thing in their hand they're not it's not there with a bunch of other meal now the best part about this is I want you to use QR codes on your door hangers now I'm going to talk about QR codes a few times in this video but the cool thing about QR codes is that all generations are used to them since covid because most restaurants started using QR codes for their menus so now what you can do in door knocking 2.0 there's two strategies here the first one is a just listed video now what you do is when you list a home you make a really great YouTube video promoting the property so you say what's up guys my name is Eric Preston in this video we're going to walk through one two three street I'm going to show you all the amazing details about this property if you want to schedule an in-person showing reach out to me all my contact information is in the description below if you've been in my YouTube training or my YouTube coaching calls you know that I'm big on it's off call to actions like that but why am I talking about making a video when I'm talking about a door hanger and a QR code well on your door hanger you want to say just listed one two three Street see in inside QR code so that person can scan the QR code which leads to your video of you promoting that listing and you showing off how good of a marketer you really are and then in the call to action of a video it says if you want to schedule a showing or come to our open house this Saturday be sure to reach out to me the contact information is in the description below that's the first thing you can do the second thing you can do is when you sell the property do another door hanger so Circle Prospect do door hangers all around the neighborhood look what neighbor doesn't want to see inside their you know neighbor's property and then what neighbor doesn't want to see what it's sold for of course they do so here's the best part put another door hanger and say congratulations your home just increased in value by twenty five thousand dollars see how QR code have that QR card linked to another YouTube video that showcases what you did to sell that property for over market value to Showcase your marketing to appeal to all the sellers in the neighborhood of like wow this person is really good at marketing houses I should probably reach out to them and explore a conversation about selling mine potentially keeping on the QR code number three is QR code on your car I've seen this one a couple times but it's not very common most people put just their face and their name their phone number hoping for calls but put a QR code on your car that links to a video or something that's gonna promote you it's way better than just saying hey I'm Eric I'm a realtor check out my website put a QR code that links to a video where you can showcase your unique selling proposition for example so people might scan that when they walk by and instead of it just going to a website or going to a blank page it's actually going to a video game hey guys thanks for scanning my QR code obviously you saw me driving around the neighborhood I just want to introduce myself my name is Eric I'm a local realtor here and what I really focus on is helping people find and finance the best investment opportunities by really looking and diving into the data and finding you deals that maybe aren't even on the market that's where unique selling proposition really comes in is if you have that people are going to scan your QR code just because it's interesting it's different as opposed to just putting a phone number because they're probably not going to call you because that's very aggressive to get someone to call you right away number four is create a lead magnet that's actually in line with your unique selling proposition so for example one of my clients we just had to make a lead magnet that was a final walk-through checklist for new construction because he does like over 100 new construction sales every year so his unique selling proposition is that he helps people get properties new construction homes before the actual Market does because he has connections with Builders so that's like a unique selling proposition so he has a lead magnet that actually really details all the big things you need to look for in a new construction home and the final walk-through checklist it's like 40 points it's a lot of stuff and so create a lead magnet that actually is in line with your business your unique selling proposition and promote that lead magnet on your YouTube video hey guys if you want a copy of my lead magnet I'll do this to you right now hey guys if you and I will send you a link to it that's what you can do on your YouTube videos and a lot of other marketing materials so don't hold back uh create a lead magnet but the the biggest cardinal sin I see people make with the lead magnet is they don't provide a complete solution they give a partial solution and we're really moving away from that as a company as a whole and we've got some exciting stuff coming but I'm not going to get into that right now what I want to say is provide a complete solution to a narrow problem because if you give someone 50 of a solution it doesn't build as much trust as you giving them a complete solution to one problem now you're not going to give away all the secrets but give them a complete solution to save your final walk-through checklist in this example one of our clients actually has a book on how to sell your home for more so that's his lead magnet is we give away this ebook have something really tangible really strong that you can give away it will do you wonders in your marketing the fifth idea is off-market letters so one thing you can do to find homes that you didn't think were available is sending off Market letters so we have some templates for these inside our program but basically the general idea is you send a letter with their address written on the front handwritten ideally and then inside that letter is hey Mr or Mrs homeowner I just wanted to write you a letter because I have a very eager buyer looking for a home in this neighborhood and I'm trying to do everything I can to find them a property now one thing I do for people now go to a listing it doesn't have to be yours do a video tour promoting listing the best way to do this is get a gimbal or a selfie stick and just use your phone like get your phone get a little mic a great mic is the DJI mic it's pretty expensive it's a really nice one though it's wireless it'll attach to your phone but okay guys we're gonna tour one two three Street right now this is a four bed three bath home listed at you know 675 000. we're gonna do a little video walk through tour so let's get into it at any point in this video you want to schedule a tour of this property feel free to contact me and I'll be happy to take you through it let's get into it go through the property talk about all the different amenities about but do one listening to her and the way you want to do these videos on YouTube is you want to have the thumbnail with the price at the top and you can have like the city name at the bottom and just a beautiful photo of the actual listing and then the title should actually be the address of the listing because that's what people are actually going to search for this works especially well for luxury listings because they usually sit on the market and people search for them by the address so that's a really good hack and if you do put the address in your YouTube video as your title you'll actually show up on Google search very often as well which is a really cool SEO hack is if you do a listing video whether it's yours or someone else's you can actually show up on Google another way to do this is like you can make a video that's like what does 1 million get you in Vancouver today and then you can go through maybe three different listings of one million dollar properties and showcase what one million gets you you can also do what is like 700 000 a million and 1.3 million get you and do three different price points so there's a lot of cool things you can do with listening videos let's get on to number seven where we're going to talk about your first sale sign instead of just putting your name and your phone number and in some brokerages they require your office number which really sucks because you're going to lose a lot of business that way you need to have a really bulletproof sign call process for when people call you to make sure you can convert those leads into clients and actually meet with them now we have a whole process for this but a really cool way to do this differently is use a QR code on your first sale sign so instead of having Eric Preston here's my number call me it's like see inside QR code which links to your video doing a tour of the property right how cool is that when someone you can take all this foot traffic and turn it into digital traffic and the best part about QR codes that I haven't mentioned is if you use the right software you can actually pixel your QR code which means you can put a tracking code on it so you can track how many people are scanning it and then you can run retargeting ads to them on Facebook and Google and YouTube so that's a really Advanced strategy but basic idea is when people are walking their dogs walking through the neighborhood and instead of just having your phone number like most people aren't going to call you unless they're really interested in that property and they don't have a realtor so your audience is really narrow if you just put your phone number on your sign but if you put C inside QR code you link that to a YouTube video of you doing a tour of the property then you get to Showcase your ability to Market it and you create more interest and Intrigue about you as the agent and the property at the same time you can also show those stats to your seller to say hey this is how many people have just walked by and scanned our QR code and seen our tour which is pretty cool okay number eight this is gonna be a long one guys um so not a five-star testimonial but a story so people love stories and they can really connect with stories storytelling is a very powerful means of marketing now doing an interview with a client telling their story not just like a BS 5 star review that everybody posts actually tell a story with some emotional sides to it that people can relate to interviewing your client in the process they went through of potentially selling and buying in a low inventory Market if you got someone an off-market property do a case study video of like that process because most people don't even know off Market is a thing they don't even know that can happen and if you're someone who specializes in that do a cool case study video or testimonial video or story video walking through that person's unique Journey especially if you operate in a niche that can be extra powerful to build Authority in that Niche right so that's a really really cool one number nine I guess I can't use my hands to go past ten but number nine is Google local service ads a lot of people do do this these days but these are the Google guaranteed ads for local service providers where Google has to verify you as a business owner my last video was on how to do this so make sure you check that out if you do want to learn the technical details of how to set up because it honestly is pretty easy you need to Google my business page and you need to get verified by Google you need to submit like a criminal record check they need to actually verify that you're a legitimate business owner with a good amount of reviews and you're going to provide a service the cool thing about local service ads is like when people search realtors in Chicago it'll come up with a list of like verified Realtors with your reviews front and center and you only pay Google for verified leads so if someone like calls you Google Tracks this so they call you and text you within the platform you have to verify that it was a real lead and that's when you pay now you definitely pay a premium for these leads they're not cheap they're like you know 100 to 300 or something in that range but the quality of them can be pretty high you only want to use these ads when you have a lot of Google reviews other you're just going to get beat out by the ones that do so number 10 and then I can't use my hands anymore go to a community or sporting event with a picket sign with a QR code this might sound crazy but imagine if you were at a sporting event and you just had a sign with a QR code on it I think a lot of people would probably scan it because they'd be like what is this all about and then you could link that to a promotional video again that you created some people might think that's spammy and they might not like you for it but I wanted to throw that in there because I thought it was pretty funny okay number 11 is homebot homebot is a really cool tool homebot.ai that you can go to and you can set up these automated listing alerts that'll actually connect to your account and you can see what kind of things that your client's doing if you set them up and they're listening on homebot it'll give them like regular monthly updates on how their home is actually appreciating and you can see when they click on the notification and what they do and all that fun stuff so homebots are really great tool if you're not using it it's a pretty no-brainer number 12 is remixing trending in Instagram reels and audio so if you don't know about remixing Instagram prioritizes remixed reels so that's taking other content and remixing it into your own Instagram will actually give preference to these so this is a great way to create short form content on social media that's a little bit easier to create and actually can have a little bit more potential to go viral so check out remixing trending Instagram reels number 13 is make a better market update video uh one thing is a pet peeve for me is that when I see Realtors just make a market update video where they're delicious reading stats of a stat sheet like do something more interesting and don't title your video market update September 2023 like actually title your video like the market is crashing here's why or I see potential blah blah like create something that's more of a hook and tell a story in your market update video like go through different neighborhoods go through different price points Loop in the statistics as you go go through some different properties that are currently available talk about your predictions your thoughts your experience reference some clients like give people a holistic picture of what they actually care about because they don't care about all the needy gritty numbers you might but they don't they just care how much is my property worth and how much can I buy a property for they're thinking in terms of their best interest so they don't necessarily care about all the Nitty Gritty technical details you can Loop some of those through but that's how you're going to lose your audience really fast because if you just throw out a bunch of stats from a stat sheet you want to make your market update about current properties available on the market you want to make it about your clients think about the viewer you're trying to appeal to there's lots of great examples out there I've seen the worst thing you can do is just read off a stat sheet and that's really lazy make it more interesting and one of the things you can do in a market update is what I already said which is what does 500 600 and 700 000 get you today in Houston Texas and that's a cool video where you can say here's what these and maybe do 500 700 or 900 whatever your Market is show them what they can actually get in the market today talk about how many homes are selling over market value talk about how many homes are getting multiple offers in your experience like talk about those things show them exact properties that different price points that are selling right now not just throwing out a bunch of stats course you can talk about if it's a buyer sellers or balanced Market those kind of things but overwhelming them with stats is not always the best idea this one I absolutely love this is number 14. my team laughed at me when I said this but I think this is a great idea and that's put a QR code on a billboard so Billboards are one of those things most people glance over and every single real estate billboard I see is like Eric Preston here's my phone number here's my email your realtor of choice like something super super lame and I just don't think that's a good strategy brand awareness sure you put your face up there you get brand awareness but Billboards are expensive what I would do instead is put a QR code on a billboard and put a really interesting tagline and that's it like literally that's it big white billboard big QR code that a passenger can scan as they walk by ideally a QR code that's like you know near a stoplight would be great if you have this big enough people can scan it as they drive by and you want to say something interesting in your line that's it like do you have an original condition home QR code now you would link that QR code again to a video about hey guys we buy original conditions home or we help upgrade your home and sell it as an equity partner or we have some specific offer for that right like you could just say sell your house for more QR code and you could link to a video about your value proposition as a listing agent and there's a lot of different ways you could leverage this but it creates Intrigue when people don't even know what it's about the most interesting thing you could do is literally just have a billboard with a QR code and nothing else on it because if you think about that when you see that you'll be like what is that I want to scan it because you don't know and so you can do it with a little in piece of intrigue like do you have an original condition home QR code or you could just do a QR code I think this is a fantastic idea and I think people are gonna think it's crazy but I really genuinely think this could be a home run idea let's get on number 15 is to run an automated webinar so I don't know if I'm supposed to say this yet but at Asian launch we are really focusing on delivering automated webinars because the reason is like I've done over a million dollars in direct revenue from automated webinars it's how I started my original business in this world and they work really really well now most people do not do them because they are incredibly hard to execute properly there's a lot of technical reasons for that and there has to be a proven formula for this and I've studied four different courses on how to run great webinars and so this is something I understand really well and I'm actually going to be releasing a video on how to run a great webinar or live presentation soon so make sure you subscribe if you want to see that I've done over 130 in-person live presentations and I've done well over like 130 webinars as well so this is something I feel really confident about so I'm going to be releasing a video about how to do this but why an automated webinar is so important you got to start with your unique selling proposition which is your offer what are you actually offering people and then you have to run an automated webinar that's going to deliver value to people which could just be in a way your listing presentation broken up into different parts of your offer but running an automated training session is a great way to build trust and Authority that most people are not doing so running an automated or even live webinar can be an incredibly powerful way to build trust with your target audience by teaching them something getting them to register every man teaching them something and then presenting them with an offer to work with you that makes it feel like a no-brainer the idea with a grand slam offer is like creating an offer so good people would feel stupid working with someone else so writing an automated webinar is I think the next generation of real estate marketing not a lot of people are doing it right now it's very hard to execute without the right help that's the reason we're shifting our business towards that is because it's super powerful and I know that from experience and number 16 which is my second favorite one is make sure you subscribe to this channel so you can stay on top of the most revolutionary real estate marketing Trends all right number 17 invest in a video editor do not try and edit videos yourself if you want to be good at marketing and make good videos invest in a video editor now the reason I say this is like I've gone through the process of trying to edit videos myself having them not turn out that well spending so much time and energy on it that I takes away from creating videos but make sure you invest in a video editor if you're looking for a great editing service we have one at agent launch we have a team of six amazing editors it is something we do for our clients just go to our website and apply if you're interested in that I'm not trying to just pitch you in that like you can find an editor on Fiverr upwork or something like that but if you do that route make sure you find someone that has editing experience for the platforms you're looking to optimize so if you want to really optimize Instagram and Tick Tock and do short form content find an editor that's done that and ask them for proof of that if you want to really optimize YouTube find an editor that's done that you are not in a position to teach someone how to edit videos the best way to communicate with an editor I always say this to my clients is don't tell them what you want show them what you want so show them hey this video I really love can we make our videos like this style that's the best way to communicate with them rather than saying Hey I want this text and this color and this place it's really hard to communicate what you want if you haven't done this for a long time so show rather than tell you can hire your own editor and work with them from hiring them as a full-time part-time job you can find someone on a contract on Fiverr upwork you can hire a company like ours who just does Real Estate videos now number 18 is partner with one new business every single month make it on your measurable activities plan to partner with one new business every single month so this could be a restaurant it it could be other service providers that are complementary to yours it could be a mortgage broker title it could be something that's complementary to your business where you create a relationship and you partner with them you leave business cards there or you leave business cards with a QR code or you leave a little QR code lots of options but partner with a business every month that's in mutual benefit like one of the things I always tell my clients is you want to be an ambassador of your area on YouTube if you're going to create a YouTube channel if you're going to do content if you're going to just be a real estate agent you should be an ambassador of your area where you work and where you live and so partnering with a restaurant or a local business you can do local business highlight videos hey guys here's my top three restaurants here in Vancouver or east Vancouver whatever and like going to these restaurants talk to the owners showcase why you love them and then have give them some materials so they can promote you in return right partnering with businesses is a really cool one it helps you create relationships it helps create referrals because if people are like oh I need a realtor and the you know bartender a restaurant owner or business owner whatever knows you and likes you they'll definitely refer them to you right so I think that's a great idea now number 19 and I love this one is a deal of the week so every single week on the same day send out a deal of the week email so this is an email that says deal of the week and it's a property that you found that you've searched for that you think is a good deal and so you explain why give them a price give them the link to your website where they can see more about the property let them know that if they want to go see this property or if they want to talk to you about buying it to reach out to you give them an easy way to do that but a deal of the week is like tell them why you think this is a great deal show them a little bit about the property and be consistent about it so if you find something off Market if you find something on MLS whatever it is make some time for that because that's a really appealing thing to your databases like what is the best deal of the week and why you think that that's like almost showing investment opportunities for free so that's number 19 number 20 is to delete one social media channel now I just made a video that's an edit for Instagram on this but I think it's really important for most business owners but especially real estate agents to delete one or two social media channels okay I built a hundred thousand dollar a month visit us with just my YouTube channel we hit that a couple years ago and at that time we were only doing YouTube and we're doing a hundred thousand dollars a month Apple built a trillion dollar business with one product it's a three trillion dollar company and 50 of their businesses from the iPhone so they have a one trillion dollar business with one product you do not need to be everywhere trying to appealing to everyone it's better to be a master at one or two platforms than try to be a jack of all trades and put 30 minutes to an hour a week on all of these different platforms or trying to Outsource it because you just don't have time it's better that you'd be a master of one so my advice is delete one or two social media channels and get focused on the ones that you like and the ones that you use the reason I say that is the ones that you actually use are the ones you're going to understand the other people using it better and it's the one you're gonna post on more because you actually like it you understand it so for me that was YouTube I Love YouTube I understand it it's not really Instagram for me YouTube was always my thing I like long form teaching like this that's what I'm used to I started my career doing like workshops and webinars as I said so these long-form teaching sessions are what is kind of my bread and butter so YouTube was always a great fit for me right and I love YouTube I spend more time on YouTube than Netflix or anything else because I just like learning and so anyways delete one social media platform and get focused on others [Music] number 22 is linked to your latest video in your email signature and add the title so when you send out a email actually link to a recent video you did in your email signature because some people will click on that but have the title there too make sure it's like you know say you're making this video what does 600 800 and a million get you in Chicago today right put that in your email signature people are going to get your email and they're going to find that you just put that in there interesting click on it and then you're gonna get views and you never know what's going to happen so all right number 23 is leave a business card with a QR code on luxury vehicles around town so basically people with money now if you did something like how to sell your home for more and then like a QR code that would create Intrigue sell your home for 10 to 20 more we literally have a client who guarantees that put that business card on luxury vehicles under their windshield wiper and see what happens I don't know how well this one would work but if you have a really strong offer like one of the things about having a webinar like an auto webinar is you could do sell your house for 10 to 20 more this is literally one of our clients offers right now in our new program you could have a QR code that links to your auto webinar and you could put that on luxury cars around town what kind of better targeting can you get just basically you're targeting people with money who probably have high value homes and you're feeding them into your webinar and you could pay someone else to do this you could pay someone to just walk around and drop business cards on windshields with a QR code that links to an auto webinar so pretty cool idea and the last one 24 very last one is to print the lead magnet that we talked about and drop it off at doors similar idea to door hangers it's not as intrusive as door knocking but print something valuable and drop it off at different houses maybe you're you have a checklist of like 24 revolutionary
