How to create outlook signature

[Music] Dale welcome thank you um for um for being here on this webinar um with myself so we're g to be talking about successful lead nurturing strategies for agents so deal suer is the owner of I found agent welcome Dale um and my name is alen Sommers Shield I'm the Chief Operating Officer here at WISE agent so we're g to have um some conversations some demoing happening um we'll take of course some questions from you guys so feel free to use either the Q&A at the bottom of your screen or the chat um and a ask any of your questions we'll be um going through those and um and answering them for you throughout the um the next hour so we're gonna Dive Right In and um start off here with um Dale if you could just tell us a little bit about you and um we'll get this kicked off here okay uh so you said I was I'm one of the owners of I found agent there's a couple of us uh we actually started back in 2010 uh like in the middle of the crash we were sort of through the thick of it but we started back then my roots in the business in the industry go back to 1996 when I got into the mortgage business uh I'd gotten out of grad school and like what are you going to do now my dad was like I'm like I'm going to go into the mortgage business he's like you're nuts so that's what I did he was a realtor though so he he had some knowledge to say that um but I did loans for 12 years I worked with a lot of real estate agents on on those transactions and I fell in love with the real estate world really uh 2018 I shut down my mortgage business that I had and jumped into doing full-time uh websites in WordPress a couple years later we started I found agent and we built um an idx because we wanted to be able to uh impact search engine uh visibility for our customers and we built our idx 2011 uh got listed with uh armless as our first vendor that we're and our biggest vendor really or um MLS coverage area and we've been a vendor with uh armless since 2011 and so that's a little bit about me yeah that's awesome who doesn't love the real estate industry I think it's a great I've never been a realator or anything other than working in the technology side of real estate but I love it love everything about real estate so um can you can you just for everyone here can you explain what an iidx is yeah so um and just to finish I I am a licensed agent and I use our system with people in my life so I put my money where my mouth is if that's you know I I got relative on it I got friends teachers I got I got people using my system so uh I I can speak from my experience as well as you know the stuff I've learned talking to thousands of Agents over the years but idx is the tool that takes listings from the MLS so we get we get a data feed from or all the listings from the MLS we put it through our software and then we push it out to our uh real estate agent website clients their websites so it gives them the ability to you know basically have their own personal Zillow for their customers so that's what idx is yeah awesome and so our integration goes back what a year or two right um so we integrated I think it maybe it was last year the year before I can't even recall um so wise agent um a little bit about us if you're not familiar with wise agent is a CRM a contact relationship management system and what we do is we help um agents with all of their contact UM management making sure that everyone is organized right and then um getting any leads coming in from your website from any internet lead sources and then being able to respond to them automatically um with our lead automation tool using our marketing um tools our drip campaigns landing pages um monthly newsletters postcards I'm sure I'm forgetting one property Flyers um to convert them to clients and then once they're converted to clients using our transaction management to um go through a transaction with um with that client so and then starting the whole life cycle all over again right because that's um that's the key here is you've got all these clients you want them to be buying um you know their their next property with you not just one but subsequent ones after that too and so um Dale is um Dale and um or I found agent and wise agent have been integrated for at least a year or two I want to say um and so our integration um what we always do with our Integrations is trying and find um that component where we take what um Ione agent is doing integrate it deeply with wise agent and make it where it becomes a really great platform for the agents to have more enhanced experience right so um Dale if you wna kick it off with sharing your screen and showing us a little bit about I found agent yeah so um one of the things I'd like to start off with is you know the agents who are on the the the call you know there's often this um sort of you know what do you do that's different than a CRM you know because we have a little bit of CRM functionality in our system um but I I'll start the conversation off with a scenario so for the agents who are on the call um what I want you guys to do is to pick out a past client you've done business with just pick one out and then quickly think about them coming home from the grocery store tonight or from the um you know from work and across the street as they're driving into their house across the street from their house they see a new listing sign you know for sale sign in the yard of one of their neighbors or you know down at the corner of their street and the question is what goes through their brain so any anybody have an answer or what do you think this is kind of an interactive call yes yeah well um they're actually everyone on this is muted yeah they're all muted so they can type in um they can type in our chat but this would not be um so they're not gonna unless they if they want to raise their hand I can um you know um allow them to talk if anyone wants to um get on our virtual stage here I'll give you the ability to talk but um you'd have to raise your hand well I'll just move it on a little bit what we know is most homeowners when they see a listing sign in a yard near their house what goes through their brain is what's it going for you know they want to know yeah they want to know the listing price so the next question is where do they get that information I'll wait Susan maybe you want to follow up with it since you answered that part yeah yeah I'll yeah Zillow right Zill Caroline okay Caroline way to go all right so we're two for two with answers so unfortunately for most real estate agents that is the answer um there Susan Herber said hopefully call me and that is also hopefully um but many many homeowners aren't calling the agent that sold them the house unfortunately uh Nar came out with a statistic a couple of years ago that said roughly 80% of all homeown ERS don't remember their last realtor's name have you heard that before elany yeah yeah that that that's a statistic that that's out there and and I think one of the things is that as agents you know it's about building the relationship it's about you know having um having people remember you and the only way they'll remember you is if you build that relationship um and then giving them giving them some value and always keeping in touch so that's kind of how how we work our two companies work work together is um getting those phone calls right by keep be keeping um being kept top of mind and then um also using your CRM to um to build that relationship with everyone yes so from the from what we do as I found agent is we use the agent's website and the idx and our very minimal um lead management I'll say um it's a you know it's a little CRM but it's not a full-blown CRM like you guys have that's why we've partnered with you because we do a very specific function and basically we turn your website into uh the MLS so you build searches for your past clients in our system and then you send these recurring drip campaigns and it all it is is listings so we send a monthly summary it's like a market report um and we send any new listing that's immediately around the house so that when that homeowner your past client sees it they are already they've already gotten it emailed to them in their inbox from you as the agent so it builds that top of mind it builds that relationship reinforces it but Elena you really kind of took it to the you set it where you're providing value um some of the highest value that an agent can provide is that listing information um we get compared to a product on the market called homebot I don't know if you've heard of homebot but they're a they're a system that sends a bunch of house data to that customer and we're like it's it's okay but it's not showing the neighborhood so that's where we're a little bit different um and uh there's a lot of things that we don't do from a CRM perspective which you listed off we don't do any of the things you guys do we don't want to it's like we're very focused on websites listings and that's it so uh we appreciate the relationship back and forth with you guys so if I what happened on my screen here oh okay you want to share go ahead and share your screen yeah so um that we're in the game of breaking that Zillow cycle so that the agents do get those phone calls or they get the intelligence from their website that says hey Jim and Mary just looked at your website because we sent them something to look at and they reacted to it so it gives them an opportunity to touch base when their past client is thinking about real estate because they clicked on a link and chances are it's either that monthly summary or it's that listing sign across the street we say there's no better time to call than when your past client thinking about real estate and it it's really pretty simple so if I pop in um oh you got to share your screen yeah I had done that yeah and that's I mean that's something you know I know for me that that happens too I come home from you know wherever and if I see a a sign up on the side of you know on the street that I live on um of a listing I I want to know immediately what's happening and um you know because that affects me um it affects you know my the value of my home and so um you definitely everyone wants to know that that's just the nature of us right yeah for sure because it it's it and and we just don't know when we're going to think about real estate it's a job change it's some type of life event we're upsizing downsizing kids out of the college kids going to college brother wants to move to my neighborhood friend wants you know there's all kinds of things that as agents if we're not staying in touch we miss out on those opport we have a we it's a it's very uh likely we're going to miss that opportunity so um here's here's the back end of uh my website this is my personal site and it looks like this and this is I'm in the Chandler area down in South you know the southeast part of the Phoenix Valley for those of you who aren't in the in the area but this is my site uh and I use this for demos but I also send this to my my people so I have I have certain things a little bit of my personality sticks out um featured listings these are just just in my market in 85226 my ZIP code I've got a couple of testimonials going I have some featured searches that I put on here by School District a couple subdivisions and some cities so this is my homepage U but inside my dashboard uh we have a tool called The Campaign Builder um and i' I'd like to ask anybody in the Phoenix Market um anybody want to volunteer if you do um just type in a subdivision and uh your email address if you would well Wai elany I'll work with you okay uh oh goodness Fountain Hills doesn't have um maybe we do well fir Rock I know that we'll go with fir Rock and then I'll work with you um as as a you're a past we'll pretend the game that you're my one of my past clients in fir rock yeah yeah okay sure so I think because you're a past client I actually have you in my system yeah thank you um and we've done some demos together actually no you're in my other you're in a different website of mine so I'm going to put you in here okay so and this shows exactly how you put somebody new in that you had me in an open house or you got a referral phone call or something so you're a past client of mine I'm G do this fairly yeah and maybe for an openhouse while you're filling this out um for an open house you would use a wise agent landing page to have that as a sign in and then those um those leads would come over um you could get those contacts into your um I found agent um you know database so then you can send those campaigns excellent way uh I know we have a couple of people that do that process where they're driving driving contacts in the wise agent and because of the the synchronization they get dropped right into the I found system right so that's correct so it's elany at it's elany at I found agent right no I'm kidding what I made that mistake earlier today huh what is your what's your cell uh 48 269 yeah 1297 97 okay so you know I would put your address in here obviously if you're my past client um but we're just going to use firew rock as a demonstration so I now I'm going to build the oh you are in here I thought you add you know what we'll just I'm not gonna fix this we fixed the other website the other day sorry so active close pending now if you noticed when I filled that out it didn't drop your name in here because it didn't let me duplicate your uh email address right so that's one of the things we work with you guys on and not setting up duplication so active close listing we're going to say fir rock is that two words or one do you know I believe it's two okay so I'm gonna add that days back Clos I know that's a pretty big subdivision I'm G to just put in Fountain Hills add it so there I am I'm just G to do a quick search so fir Rock maybe just one I don't know I don't live in fir Rock So for those of you in the valley so it's it's definitely one word pretty exclusive yeah pretty exclusive new Ro so there you go yeah yeah nice price range way to go you're doing good l i don't live there but I drive by it every day so we have other criteria that if you're doing buyer searches you can do anything in the MLS that you can do in the MLS you can do them in here also but because you're a a homeowner I only need to send you this because I'm only trying to get you what's close to your house okay so um there's some things we teach our clients about drawing polygons I'm not going to go into that for today's demo but um then I come down here and I just say um fir Rock monthly market update this is what goes to the customer and this is what they see on our website so we make it friendly for them now if I was wanting to update my website I could actually create a blog post using the search that I just set up for you the criteria and put a blog post on at the same time which helps my website in Google and get found things like that so that's a that's a a fun feature a lot of our agents use that at the same time uh I want to send this out once a month because we say I want to stay in touch with you once a month plus I'm going to send you any new listing that comes on the market around your house so that you don't have to go looking for them then all of this is defaulted to me and I'm just going to quickly set up the rest of this we have a bunch of templates in here these are all um we preg or we pre reset a bunch of templates so agents don't have to figure that out when they join us it's already ready to go basically they just it's like driving a car you step into it and you can get get going so fire here's your fir Rock monthly market report and I just put in here Rock and then I hit send and that is that's it so now you're my past client and this is going to go to you indefinitely every month and any new listing indefinitely for however long so um I you know now it's I mve to the next one I can save this search as a firew rock search if I'm farming an area for example um I can do this like if I'm doing lead generation with you guys let's say let's say I'm doing a lead gen program for uh Fountain Hills homes between 350 and 850 and we're doing it in Facebook so you guys are driving leads in the wise agent I can set up a search for fir rock or sorry I for Fountain Hills 350 850 and reuse that template over and over and over for the search which sets up or saves me even more time did you get the email for me by chance um that's what I was just looking forward hasn't come in just quite yet not yet okay and just there I say you got it okay good yeah so could you click the link cck that and what I'm waiting for is not so here's what I got on my end so I just got this notice from my computer or from my email that um ah that says elany has visited your website yeah I didn't put your I didn't actually put your number in the second time so all I had was your email but if your number would have been here I would have seen call or text so all of that works directly from my phone also so it's it doesn't really matter you get this in and I know you went to the website I can call you on the Fly text you on the Fly just check in with you hey how's it going and if you're thinking about real estate probably you're going to interact with me at some level yeah that's the reports we're getting yeah and this is where Susan's question kind of comes in where it says do we know when they open the emails from the site um you know any newsletters are updates so yeah you do get this email notification that someone visited your website and then in addition to getting this email it's also added to wise agent to the contact record on wise agent so if you go to your um D your wise agent account under my name you'll see that I went to that website um which is a really cool thing so now you've got a full picture within your CRM of what your um clients are doing so are they opening up the email marketing campaigns that you're sending out from your CRM side are they opening up the campaigns from your website from the idx side um what what's happening and when is that happening um and you have a a really nice picture of everything that's happening um in one location which that becomes you know that's your um goto place every single day you should be logging into your CRM um we have a great um single sign on integration with um with iPhone agents so then you can go back and forth between the back end of iPhone agent um and then your CRM yes so there you are you clicked the link you came to the site that's when you came to the site and then if I pop into your account I never change this one yeah um do you want to show the single sign on um integration from here to your wise agent I um do I want I can show it up I'll let you show that I'll let you show that part um what I was going to say was down here this is um this is probably about the last thing I would show um because I'm coming up on a half an hour uh but this is your this is what you saw when you clicked on the link so it's you as the consumer this is what you saw so from here you can change your search you can go do other searches you're on my website which is where I want you I don't want you I even don't want you on an MLs link like from from armless because you can't do anything with that you know it's very limited it also doesn't send you this monthly email that we send in addition to updates a lot of Agents use updates with the MLS it's it's a along the same lines but that doesn't get people to your site nor like if you live in a subdivision I talked to an agent uh just this morning and she said I have people that live in subdivisions that don't sell houses for six seven eight months and if you're just waiting for those listing updates out of the MLS you just let eight months go by without touching base so we've changed that a little bit with hey we're going to send you a monthly SU of your listings in your neighborhood plus the updates at least giving them an opportunity to get to the site now that couples really well I think with the stuff you guys do in terms of drip campaigns and staying top of mind staying in touch that kind of thing but anyway that's this is what you got for me and you can change it if you change it I get to see your changes if I change it you see the changes Etc so that was about all I wanted to really sort of show if I go um what I was going to do I I know what you wanted me to do um you can so I'm just GNA put a real fast contact in here yeah pass client and I'm going to call your and if there's any questions that you guys have just go ahead and um Ty those in in Q&A or in the chat um and so once Dale shows this I think you're going to be um showing the um single sign on the SSO you can see like you have a sync to wise agent scrolled up over it but you could sync your contacts um it's a it's a great integration and then I'll show you from the wise agent side um all the searching that you can do so you can go in um let's say you've taken maybe a long weekend or you've you've not been able to get to um you know either the CRM side or even on your um idx side you've not been able to check in on what's going on um or you you kind of have ignored some of those notifications we have a way of searching for those um and I'm going to show that to you as well so you can see what that is all about that's a really cool feature that we implemented you gotta love live demos especially when you have to remember a password I don't know why that's not because I haven't changed it there we go no oh no and I don't know what the password is so see if you keep it and then I'll I'll show my screen um I won't be in your account but I'll be in my demo account here yeah Bowsers yeah liveos are always fun I'll share my screen um and this is um my account this is not um Dale's account so I'm not going to be showing um his maybe can fig get into your into your account account here so um I'm going to show everyone um so this is wise agent when you log in this is your dashboard and everything that you'll have here one of the things that I love is coming in and you can switch this around um so by default we have things um set up like this for a demo but I really like having the recent leads um on top so this whole entire section so you can move your calendar and your commission report you can move that um below this this fold here and you can have your most recent leads right on top as soon as you log into your account you can see what contacts are coming in and what source they're coming in from right so um as soon as you um go to one of your contacts I'm just going to go here to Michael Phelps um once you come in this is where you would see um you know have the whole contact record you would add them to categories and whatnot so maybe you know I'll add him to category try to take off of that I'll say he's a seller um right so um I'll put him under a seller category um and that will kind of help determine where he is in in the brand scheme of things here and then you're also able to put in their children's names and their birth dates their pets um all sorts of important dates you know we have custom dates here that you can put in so if they have multiple properties you can um you can have that in here um of course their addresses um you'll want to put that in here and if you have multiple properties for them you'll be able to put um their properties um all of their properties in here and one of the things that we do um with our integration with I found agent is the property search criteria so any searches um that are coming in they would also sync back and forth between the two so you can come in here and say you know the area is fire rock you know the city is Fountain Hills um and so this would go back and forth minimum maximum price when they're you know what they're looking for here and you can save this um in here and that will go back and forth but this is um this web activity so now what you're able to see is when um you know when Michael Phelps went to um a particular web page and which you know which site did he have so if you have multiple websites you can um drill this down here a little bit further which page so did they go so they went to the um Fountain Hills um market update so I'll just click on this and if I don't remember what that um site was I can come in here and look and see this is what um the site looks like and um you know kind of take a look and see what they're looking at um you can also see their blog and you can see what date they there's a date and time stamp of when they visited that page um and this is where that kind of that power comes into play is where you can search from their your contact list their web activity so you can come in here and say this particular website when um maybe when was the last time someone search that and I can just search and find all the people that went to this website right now in the demo count it's just him um but you can put a a time and dates you know um or you can put a date um criteria in here to to search by a particular date but you can also um have other other searches in here so I can search by categories I can search for all of my Sellers and see you know who do I not have something set up who's not been um who's one of my sellers that's not visiting any of my websites right um because that would be something now I can go back out there and say oh wow I really haven't um you know done anything um with Scott and he needs to you know be um you know he needs to be put in um with you know set up with a a home search a listing search so you can do all sorts of of searches in that um in that manner as well we talked a little bit briefly about getting um you know leads and creating leads on your own too that would be like our openhouse form so if you're either doing virtual open houses or um an inperson openhouse you can use our form here any of these um leads that come in can go through our lead automation through our lead rules where you would set it up and you would say um um you know this lead is going to get a drip campaign and I can put them on a video drip campaign I could tag them with a you know category of seller or um you know buyer whatever it is that I need to um categorize them for an open house that would make more sense to have buyer then I could respond to them automatically with an email um I could send them a video response through bomb bomb I could edit this to have included YouTube video and other images and links and whatnot then I can also respond to them with a text message um and and I can include a a video or uh an image to that text message as well and then I can not get the notification myself or I can send the notification to someone on my team or anyone that's you know not even on my team so I can send it to my lender and just say um I'm gonna send this to my lender and and um if I have a team I can distribute this um amongst the team by Dave the week price range um or zip code okay so those are really cool things that you can do then once they come in you would get the whole drip campaign set up so we have um drip campaigns so Dale and his team what they do is they have more specific listing drip campaigns that they um provide for you where our drip campaigns would be more of of an enhancement to that just giving them value giving them information um what the selling process would be like perhaps or what the the market is dictating in your in your area or your your neighborhood so you can um you can set it up where it would be um you know um a six touch sellers program when it's a sellers Market or if it's a buyer market so you would be able to do that um so I'll just show you really quickly a video campaign and you can set this up where um and this is just a two touch um video campaign so I can say from you know five days after I add them to this program at 2 pm um I want to send out this text message um and I can you know add a drop a video in here or an image in here I can upload that directly with my phone um from my computer I can you know have a a pass video or an image so if I want to send a property flyer maybe and I can go ahead and save this and send this to um everyone that's set up to go out on this campaign and then the next strip campaign perhaps I want to just do a phone call so I want to because this is the time where we should be picking up our phones and calling people right and building those relationships and that's what kind of this is is a reminder to call them and you can put in your script here so um and so when you're calling you you're remembering what your call script is going to be when you're creating this campaign um you could also send an email here so you would just put in your subject line um here and then you would fill out your whole entire campaign here um you can add um a call to action button so this would be your button and you could send them to wherever you want them to go to your website to wherever um you can make that button look really nice obviously you wouldn't just put button in there um but you would you get the idea you can also have include a YouTube video an image um link things up this is a full um email editor for you to set this up however you want it to be done and once that email goes out it's fully branded with your brokerage information here your profile picture your name and contact information and all of your social media icons and so um so that's how how that would work and I'll show you on our landing page here once someone comes in oops I can't type and talk at the same time sometimes does that happen you Dale typing and talking not working always so once once you get a lead that fills out your landing page and you submit this lead um what we do here at WISE agent is we'll go through and we'll search social media and get um this you know get this landing page you could see it came in right now 138 um PM that's the time here in Arizona once I click on this um we've s scrape social media in the background for you it's taken like 30 seconds um this is the source of that landing page is wise agent.com um and then if I had a new rules set up for this landing page I'd be getting the notifications and everything else and probably have all these tags in here um but it does it fills out the their company their title their first and last name it even brings in their profile picture from um some of their social media fills out their state and city um if I go into their notes I can see their LinkedIn profile here um so that's a really cool thing I can see kind of what what's been happening um I could read their last three tweets so you know 44 minutes ago um Daren was was tweeting about um you know your your big goals um so and then you can also see their social media accounts so I can come in here and I can click click on their Pinterest account and go to their Pinterest I can go to their YouTube channel I can go wherever so you can see is PR Pinterest board here I can see his YouTube channel here um so those are really cool things um that you can see um so um Jason is saying this is all blowing my mind can we watch the video again because it's going so fast for me yeah so you know what I did want to mention that thanks for calling me out on that Jason is that um th this is a demo this is not training um I don't do any training I don't know Dale do you do the training or we actually do training three days a week yeah and I do them I actually do a lot of those trainings myself and okay sometimes they're very structured and sometimes depending on who comes to them we get into Q&A stuff and Mastermind conversations but yeah we hold them and if it's just you it's a one-on-one conversation with me and we'll dig into it so it we've been having some very good trainings yeah so um I have a team here that does the trainings for you and they um we either so we'll do our getting started sessions are all one on-one um so that's will help you get your profile built out it'll help you get your contacts in We sync all of our contacts to Google and your calendar and everything else set up and then get all of your integration set up you know your integration with either iPhone agent or you know Zillow or whoever else you're getting leads from okay so we'll and then from there then you do all your training and we offer free training and free support 247 I'm just that not the person that does the training so don't worry about that I know I talk fast um so one of the other things is I'm going to go back to our um contact list here so you can see all of the search criteria Elaine yeah um so I just looked because you have that website set up uh or you have that account with experience Scottdale oery right yes so I just logged into the admin and Darren Hardy is in my system oh really as quickly as you set it up he popped into my system yep so I just wanted to put that out there yeah so I mean that's great that's the power of Technology folks I mean um and doing everything you know these Integrations that we do here at WISE agent we have over 90 integrated Partners um they are exactly for that it's enhancing your experience from the CRM standpoint as well as from you know in this case the um your website your idx site so you can really get that enhanced feeling and um get everything syncing so there is no um no dual entry no manual um manual labor and you know involved in any of that so one person types it in your lead types in their contact information and you never have to really touch that um or edit that unless um you sell them a property right so that's always a good thing when you update that did you have something else Dale that you wanted to yeah I just wanted to I can't really ask for a show of hands but from the agents that are on the call H you know how many of you have websites or have had websites that have not gotten used by your clients your customers and I I'm suspicious that there's quite a few um I wanted to show one thing if I could back on my screen yeah go for it all right I'll this won't take very long so I actually set up 30 campaigns for an agent over the last uh two weeks uh she paid us to do it but when I scroll so this is uh Michelle for military. us she's a westusa agent this is inside her lead manager contact area um but if you look down I sent campaigns but uh that's January but July August August that's May August that's an old one July August so so just in the first 10 people that are in here she's got 80% 70 like seven out of 10 of her past clients hit her website yeah there's agents who have websites for years and years and don't ever get seven people to their website and we did it in a couple of days and these people will come back next month and next month and she gets her notices you know all that so that was all I wanted to say is that yeah this just you know we just started campaigns for her and she's got she's got people her clients looking at all kinds of stuff yeah that's great I mean that's you know that's the power of um technology and what what we're talking about here so you have um you know obviously the technology that's um lever that you're leveraging that's H having all these things happen for you but then that reporting part so you can see where everything is going is super important as well so I know um you guys saw share my screen here um you guys saw the reporting when um someone went to um the idx site um we also have reporting on our site I know that was a question that Susan had so we send a newsletter um any kind of newsletter that we send any kind of um emails that we send um you can set this up where um you can get a report um and you can search that report by um you know by even the subject line are you you ready and so if I'm sending out um with wise agent you can send out 2 200 emails in one day and so if you're sending out that many um emails you know know for maybe a a listing or some kind of promotion that you're doing um you can't possibly follow up with all those people at one time um that would even take a lot long that would even take more than a week to to follow up with them but what we've done here is what you can do is search to see um how many times they've opened that web that email and um you can sort them by L by these two by greatest to least and so you can come in here and you can go through this list and call the first what is this 26 people um you know in the in your database to that have been opening up your emails so now you narrowed it down from 2500 down to 26 people that's a more manageable number for you to reach out to and and really connect with these people and see why they keep going to your to your email what was it that you said in there that that's made them want to um keep it because that's really important so you can see that information and really reach out to them when they're thinking of you you also um can reach out to them right D yep yeah believe it or not they want to hear from you and especially like you know in the world I mean I I I think the whole uncertain times and pandemic you know the you know oh my gosh the world like it's a really uncertain time so I'm not trying to play on that but your the people that you that know you and this is you know period the people that know you want to hear from people that they know and trust right especially in real estate because that's their best highest asset yeah so giving them high value and communicating with them it it serves them so much I I think that's a point that many agents Miss is they're looking for information and if you're sticking them to Zillow or you're sticking them to the Wolves we're not bringing a service to them we're not providing services to them which is what being an agent is all about it's and for me it's like being of service to people around their house which is one of the most important things you can do yeah I think it's um it's part service it's part education right educating educating your clients you know give them the information that they need you know let them know what's happening in their neighborhood um let them know what's happening in the market let them know what's happening um you know give them sometimes give them your your opinion your educated opinion um so then they can you know and then give them the facts that back that up so then they can make those really good decisions and now you're bringing value to them they're coming to you when they have a real estate question instead of going to Zillow or um you know realtor.com or any other um you know red fin whatever let's not always pick on Zillow right um so although they are the biggest we call them the marketing bully right so um so but yeah you can you know you can um you know you you need to be the one providing that information and that education um and I think that's something that's really powerful um for um for consumers to know um and have and have an advocate and that's what you guys are I mean realators I I gotta say you guys are um therapists you guys are Educators you're um you know sometimes judge and jury in in um between spouses and what's happening and who likes what right so you guys play a big role in what people do with the with a big chunk of their money um and that's their biggest asset in life is their property and their their home and so um it's something that should be done with as much as education as possible um and and we um you know I know wise agent and I think even at I found agent is you know being able to provide that service that will help you serve your people is um really of benefit to you so um you know kind of final thoughts here um Dale as we we start wrapping things up did you um I was going to share my screen show everyone our our websites unless you wanted to did you want to wrap some say anything else and as we wrap yeah last couple minutes you know for us um my phone number um I'll just drop it in here um this is myel we are based in the Phoenix Market but we're licensed we do business um in our main idx product is in uh the Phoenix Market most of Arizona San Diego Los Angeles and Denver right uh we can do uh Integrations with you guys with wise agent with the lead capture back and forth using a different idx product pretty much Countrywide us-wide we don't have the the listing functionality but we have some other we do have some other coming across a past client you strike up a conversation and they get a little sheepish and finally you say how's the house and they say well we sold it with another agent last month that's because people didn't that's because an agent didn't stay in touch and it there's you know like don't do that why would you do that to yourself you know and this has been going on a long time agents have not stayed in touch for a long time yeah I mean and that and that's the thing is really you want to build those relationships and right now I mean I know we touched a little bit on covid but I mean this is the time where a lot of us are staying more indoors we're not traveling as much for the Summer where um you know things are just kind of um life is slowing down a little bit this is a time to pick up the phone and um you know call all you know call your database reach out to people make those and build those relationships um because then when they do see that um that four sale sign um you know going up across the street and then they're curious instead of going to Zillow you know hopefully they go to your website hopefully they call you um that's what we're trying to get people to to do is um have keep you top of mind for their real estate needs we are seeing that and hearing that from our customers that yeah th those things are happening they're getting like you can think of it you I mean you started this call off with lead generation like there's a you know we talked about that in the like that was part of the flyer uh warm generation is what we're doing right that's that's it yeah well this was um this was great and I wanted to say um just kind of repeat so um wi agent does also offer free training and free support um you know that's um that's could be individualized it because we just import directly yeah yeah yeah as much thing it does right so that that manual labor you know trying to get any of that work out of the way that you have to manipulate any data nobody wants to do that so um having that that integration where you don't have to you know touch a CSV file download or upload or do any of that um that's what that's this integration does that's one one of
