I love how we are able to reduce the time spent on onboarding paperwork in office by pre-sending the forms to be filled out at home. Also, it removes the need to scan and upload. It has greatly changed the way we hire (which is what we are constantly doing). We started using it middle of last year and the number of paper files we had at the end of the year compared to the year before was STAGGERING.

I use it to append my signature on documents requiring my signature without needing to print it first then scanning it into a new document. Time can now be used for other important things. I also like how I can send or invite other people to sign documents.

foreign [Music] funnel the first step is of course attracting the candidates themselves now if you imagine this is right at the top of the funnel this is where you need as many applicants as you can get and you can do this in a number of ways you can use social media you can use outside organizations that are focused on sourcing or you can simply rely on Word of Mouth and general website traffic next once you've attracted the candidates and you have the upper level of the funnel the next stage is to screen the developer shortlist higher potential applicants that can be moved to the next stage of the funnel to do this you need to use certain tools such as psychometric assessments which can be used to very easily identify candidates with high potential finding people who you think would be worth interviewing which is of course the next step in the funnel and incrementally for each step in the funnel you are sort of honing in on a more concise list of increasingly high potential candidates and consequently once you reach the interview stage these should be the best candidates you've had available to you the previous stages should be attracting and screening those candidates who are worth interviewing naturally you need to book this in either with face-to-face interviews or video interviews whatever method your organization feels comfortable with and then the final stage of course once you have identified those Highest Potential candidates from the interviews combine all this information together and make selection decisions turning a large group of applicants into a small subset of successfully hired employees [Music]
