hello everyone I hope you're doing well so in this video I'm going to show you effectively how I Source leads and the quickest way to do so so if you want an email contact with someone this is probably the easiest or quickest way or very common way to actually do it so I'm going to be using three things I'm going to be using an email tool so Apollo IO is free or lead leaper I'll probably use lead leaper for the purpose of this video we're going to use indeed and obviously LinkedIn just to find the email address so depending on what you're recruiting for there's a few things you want to look for so if I go for a nurse for example I want to click over to employer I want to filter out as much staff in Agency for example this is a staffing agency it will still come up so HCA big Healthcare company we want to click their profile and all I want to do is go over to Google Google their name and put LinkedIn at the end now you can put LinkedIn HR manager like a big company like this you can probably find a director of talent that would that would be my first person I would contact click over have a look at Rebecca's profile and we want to just make sure she's actually still working there because sometimes LinkedIn uh doesn't pick it up on the Google search so click the deeper and it should inferior refresh the page and find me her email address fingers crossed and here it is and you want to send a sales email I'll leave a link in the description cada.ltd I've got email templates on there you can go ahead and have a look if you've got any questions please let me know I'll do another quick one um based on that now I want to find one that is I don't know who these guys are I want to find one that isn't as obvious so Medi net let's have a look yeah we searched LinkedIn and we'll have a quick look so it's literally that simple it's literally a 20 second job so here I want to find one I want to click people and you can search a few things in here so for example I might search HR yeah first protocol one person come up I don't know how I picked up HR but I want to type in maybe Talent in sourcing I don't know let's type recruitment so they're the sort of keywords I want to look at so recruitment picked up someone so medical staffing manager that's probably who I would go to I would typically not go for the this gentleman we could have a look at his profile and have a look or we can have a look at the lowest profile so medical staff and recruitment manager equipment coordinator worked up Pulse and that that's an agency as well let's have a look at my senior administrator so you want to scan these profiles and have a look this gentleman came up on the um Talent search business development so he's not the person I would contact again click the leaper if the email comes up we'll obviously do that if not first name dot surname let's say her email didn't come up I'll try first name.surname or just the first name or the first letter and then her surname try different variations you'll you'll get the hang of it eventually so that's probably the quickest way you know two leads in two three minutes and obviously if I wasn't making a video it'd be much quicker but you can literally have the templated email bangle send it out or just put it on a spreadsheet and email it after hope this video has been of assistance take care
