hey everybody michael here founder of done for your meetings your choice for b2b prospecting and in today's video we're talking about how to find qualified ecommerce prospects using my favorite scraping tool to find great websites and brands which is store leads now this video is not sponsored by store leads but i've been using them for over six months religiously and if you do want to join there is a link in my description to use an affiliate link to support my channel so i thought i would go ahead and mention that now let's go ahead and dive into the functionality of story leads and how you can use it drop it now first off what is store leads store leads is a tool that lets you find websites based off a variety of criteria specifically e-commerce websites you can filter by tons of filters which we'll go ahead and dive into one thing to know is thoroughly does not give you the owner's first name last name or personal email it is simply a way to find businesses based off the categories and different technical elements you want like social following or apps installed things like that and then from there you can go find your contact information using a tool like sales ql or snob.io one of the best features about store leads is all the different filters you can combine in an advanced search essentially an advanced search is a search where you add multiple criteria so let's say that i wanted to run a campaign to ecommerce businesses i might want to start out and say okay i only want shopify stores now let's say that i'm only doing facebook ads maybe i want people who already have a facebook pixel so i can actually tag facebook pixel or if google analytics mattered i could tag that i could even go down to stores that are spending a lot of money and say put on a filter like people using hiros so let's say facebook pixel now maybe i want people who have a certain amount of instagram followers because it's easier to do retargeting i can go to instagram followers and i can put a minimum let's say of ten thousand instagram followers and i don't want brands too big so i could put a cap at five hundred thousand if i go to execute search it's now going to give me a list of brands which is 98 000 but between 10 000 to 500 000 followers on shopify with a facebook pixel now we can get even more in-depth let's say that you only want to work with people who are in the united states united kingdom australia or canada i can go ahead and execute a search and now i have a matching 64 000 leads but it gets even better than that i can go ahead and do filters like the city they're in so you can run campaigns specifically to people in your city i can look at the average product price i can look at um the facebook followers i can look at how many employees they have i can even look at things like all the technologies that are installed and one of my favorites is query which is where you can actually search by keyword so you can use this to find specific categories or you can use their built-in category filter i normally use a combination of both so essentially this tool saves you a bunch of time from having to go on instagram and manually look to qualify people if that's the way you're doing lead sourcing so let's continue this example made up search here let's see what else might be relevant if i was offering facebook ads i would say average product price so we can go right here and we can say the average product price we want should be between twenty to eighty dollars we can now go and execute search and now we're down to thirty three thousand now let's say that i only wanna work in fashion i can go to category i can go to apparel and there's even sub categories but i can go through i'm not going to do one the first example but i can go ahead and execute the search from here i now have 13 000 options which is quite a lot i can see them all here i can open up any one of these brands and i can get tons of information on them i can see that very specifically athletic apparel i can see victor have 946 employees they're using ups and a whole bunch of other really interesting data depending on the service you're offering different data may be useful to you uh you will have an email here but it's going to be a generic company email which i do not recommend reaching out to and also phone numbers if you do sales calls like cold calls so what i could then do is then go ahead and go to export i can put all of the information that would be relevant to me and i can click export and this will go ahead and pull a excel file with all of these brands information so we'll go ahead and let this download and then i'll open it to show you alright so i have my excel opened up and you can see that this is all the information i requested i have a domain average product price i have a company location i exported it with the estimated estimated monthly sales or facebook or instagram uh the the merchant of a title all these great things which i can then go through and find the first names last names and all of our relevant information there are a few other tools that help you discover ecommerce stores like store leads but i've not found any of them to be quite as good so i do have a free plan if you want to try it out and just the o2 works but the plan i use i believe is 250 a month that allows me to do unlimited exports so if you are looking for a way to speed up your process for qualifying finding e-commerce brands this can save you what you might have to hire one or two full-time virtual
