We finally got our in house legal team to allow us to use airSlate SignNow as an official form of signature instead of printing out paper, signing, and rescanning due to the legal protections it provided. highly recommend for anyone person or business that needs to sign papers and is currently printing and signing them now.

I loved that i didn't have to print out and sign legal documents, contracts, and invoices. additionally, the signing feature in adobe acrobat isn't as intuitive as airSlate SignNow.

How to create outlook signature

hey everyone so today we're just going to talk about leads what is the lead object what does it do so at yet on the top you've got all your objects here so we're just going to click on leads then click on this little triangle thing go to all open leads so over here you can see all your leads that are open at the moment so what that means if we click on the new button here and create a new lead just fill in most of the important details so let's say for example it's a company or it could be a person so just fill out basically their details if you've got that um lead status is it open working close so we'll just start with open and that's probably pretty much it or i'm going to use right now but there's a lot of different fields here so you can fill out whatever you want if you've got a phone number just put that in and yeah so i'm just going to save that so now that i've saved that we've got the lead so what this means is someone this could be a potential customer for your company or your sales force so we've got the lead we've basically got some details phone number company name just basic basic stuff okay so we've got activity here details where you can see all the details chatter i don't really really use chatter at all to be honest and then you got news and up here is basically that the path that the leader will take so if we can get the lead all the way to converter that's what we're trying to do okay so let's say we'll start with the first one open. not contacted so that means we haven't spoken already spoken to lead if we're in progress of contacting that's great then we've got flows not converted or converted so if for some reason we can't get the lead to buy our product if they're not interested then we can just click this one otherwise we'll go straight to converted and convert it so what this means is as soon as we convert lead then salesforce automatically creates a new account for you okay so if there's any matching accounts that'll show here on the right side so you'll be able to pick from a matching account if possibly there's a matching number name etc it also creates a contact so a new contact and once again same with what i just said if there's an existing one you can pick it from here so you can put in first name last name and an opportunity which is probably the most important part okay so once you convert a lead you get contact account opportunity and then you can select your record owner and convert its status all right so as soon as i click that it says your lead has been converted and then we've got all of this okay so what this means i'll go into the opportunity quickly so now the lead has converted into the opportunity and if we go to relate it you can see all right there's the contact stage history partners products so all of this will basically come into place with the opportunity okay so we've got all the details here we've got different fields so this looks pretty similar to the account object where we've got the same sort of setup but yeah that's it for leads and opportunity
