hey guys how you doing welcome back to this cold calling case study this time it's for a logistics company uh they're pretty huge actually in grand micro and uh we've been helping them in the space of b2b lead generation so ingram micro do a whole combination of things from forward and reverse logistics all the way through to the entire life cycle of a product so basically what that means is shipping a product all the way from a warehouse to its end point like a customer with a corporate or retail and then doing that entirely in reverse where there's a problem with the product there's a refund that's come in or otherwise so that's what ingram do and we are working and have been working with them across their france spanish french spanish as well as uk decided to help generate new business for them so what they were looking for from us is any level of expression of of qualified interest which would then be taken to their alt team internally ultimately to then take up the conversation so that's what we've been doing for the last several months with ingram and yeah it's multi-channel this one so it's not straight cold calling it's called calling as well as linkedin as well as email and we do a combination of all three where we'll follow up with someone via a phone call as well as directly cold call some people so that's kind of been um the context of what we've been doing and how it's been working and yeah just to really give you some insights again into this whole arena and angle or just jump into projects uh well first of all i'll show you this you know this is an example hey madeley she's our point of contact there i hope this email finds you well potentially who wants to call this wednesday seems a good fit this was 11 days ago and um you know we've got the contact information we've got the entire chat there as you can see and then we've got maddie responding this is a good one yes customer in germany it's good to get an angle in spain handed it over for our teams to prep an approach good work and then if we have a look in here here's our latest reports free lead sent for calls 10 requests for callbacks additional information um that's me asking responding about how the reports look so we're also trying to drive improvements from a reports perspective we've got a cool recording of the week edinburgh instruments which is which is fantastic that's actually a different call so we do do calls of the weekend david the chat that was just in that email as you saw the good work one anticipation and advanced services director out in barcelona which is which is great and he's been a long time with schneider electric and uh we jump into here now and have a look at the projects we'll head over to ingram and as you can see ingram micro 49 here in grand micro this is francis's uk spain probably has been kicking about somewhere so yeah just just just a really interesting campaign and again similar principles if you have a look in here one plus email lead you're doing great all good um this is for you thanks these are all of our chats and this is me actually giving the team some feedback as to things that could be changed with um some of the approaches so if we jump into here and have a look at the inc so he probably yeah ingram let's just have a look for ingram again in this group ingram prepping for ingram ingram ingram as you can see there's lots of ingram that's happening in this group it's searching for messages now and uh yeah so so it's a really good campaign um it's it's it's going well um logistics is really an interesting um space and challenge from a technical perspective to make cold calls for because it's so broad and wide sweeping the full nature of the services but no it's going it's going well thankfully really pleased with it and uh yeah that's an example of what we do on the logistics front cold calling into the uk as well as france as well as spain which has been interesting and presented challenges but we you know thankfully uh we're generating appointments as you saw per the linkedin chat as well as you know cold calls of the week so there you go
