recruiting and Staffing Founders I'm Diane Prince and in this video I'm going to show you totally behind the scenes of a tool that um is an ex well a tool you might not have and what we're going to learn is a way to get leads through agency leads it's a tool that I love and I just met with the CEO a couple of months ago learned some interesting things that I will also share with you the thing that I like about agency leads and I'm going to also show you from start to finish finding a lead and putting that lead into a cold Outreach sequence and how I do that cold Outreach you might think of it as like a big mass email campaign but you can also do cold Outreach campaigns in sequences and a sequence means that that person will get multiple emails so like if they don't answer that they can get a next email maybe in in a day and three days and you can set them up I like to set them up up to 11 or 12 sequences and then if they don't answer I put it back in the sequence I kind of always assume that if they haven't replied they either haven't seen it haven't read it or if they haven't unsubscribed that they just haven't gotten to it yet so I always make that assumption and I've gotten sales on like the 23rd Outreach so which is which is normal it's not normal to get sometimes people will say it's not working and I'm like well how many times like what did you do and it turns out they sent like one message one email or one message on LinkedIn well that doesn't really count if you're just sending one and you don't have a system to keep following up so what I'm going to show you is from start to finish this is is a way to get leads now look everybody can find leads on typically recruiters are looking at LinkedIn they're looking at indeed maybe well found and finding job openings but what I find is a huge headache is then trying to figure out how to who the contact is so in some platforms it's easier sometimes you get a gem where they actually have the hiring manager listed but a lot of times in job postings you get do not get that information it's much more opaque and that to me is the most annoying part about trying to source for leads so um what I found out from agency leads is that they actually have people and I I don't know what the pricing is now while you're watching this but um it's some people think it's pricey but if you use my link you get a 5% link okay so let's let's dive in um oh let me tell you so what agency leads does is they have they actually have people I found this out um when I met with UV the CEO they have people actually working on this behind the scenes it's not just software and they figure out who the leads um who the people are to call like who the um or to contact who the hiring managers are and also the HR and talent people involved in decision making and I'm going to show you all the details it's really cool you can also get their emails and you can also find out in agency leads also tells you these are all jobs that are currently using agencies so we also know that they're qualified because they're able to use outside agencies and we know the contact information of the hiring manager now I've gotten recently um I've gotten some really good contracts from agency leads I got a one that's still like it's now it's a about oops forgot to turn off my phone um decline this I got um sorry what happens when you just start recording but I've gotten I have a contract from agency leads that's actually bringing in we're billing about $40,000 a month and another direct hire um other direct hire business from agency leads recently so I'm going to show you it's really juicy and let me show you how it works okay so um what I did is I did a search let grab my glasses I did a search on um for okay oh and I let me tell you first like I started I I will start out generally like I started out pretty General and then I tapped into a niche that I U figured was because I started working I was working with a tech recruiter that was starting out pretty General and then but we had to hone down on a niche because it was too the audience was too General so um from sort of casting a wide net I'm going to show you this specific example and I used to do this is similar to what I used to do um I used to do title insurance people and escro and I also did LM processors so this kind of ties into that as well but what we found is from Agents from my massive agency reads reach leads Outreach I got some Credit Union business then learned some we learned about some candidates in the credit union space so I'm I'm just going to show you like I'm full full disclosure you're going to learn some Secrets here so what I did then is find out like this software that um that not a lot of people have so I wouldn't recommend doing this too because um anyway um find another Niche because it's not I don't know it's not I don't think it's like an epic NCH but anyway I'm G to just share so okay so um I'm going to go to so what I did was I searched um software the specific software that some credit unions use okay and then I went to let me just go back so I'll show you what it looked like um um okay no I'm going to search okay so I'm going to search this software as keyword okay and then um okay and then I got all of these then I got all of these um leads and I'm going to look at who is sort of recent okay and I also want contract business I want Staffing or contract business so I'm going to click here so this is um so you can see this is the salary um want to fairly you know some some experience I'm going to click on this and then um and then what I want to do is I want to figure out what other agency because it might help you know just to have that Intel what other agencies using this um and okay so what I do is I already did this but I'll show you go in the chat and all you have to do is you put in the job number and then um it's philli they're real people you know it's B basically like you're having this team you're having this lead gen team working for you okay so at a very very reasonable price and then you just type in and then they'll tell you who what agency it is so that's kind of cool okay so now I have now that I have this information what do I do with it so I know this is a fairly recently open roll um today is December 13th this is December 6th so it's fairly recent I kind of like to I find The Sweet Spot like about four weeks usually like after they've posted when they've maybe done some stuff just maybe they're a little frustrated by now and um so here's what I'm going to do then I'm going to go over to um I'm going to go to my um instantly that's what I use currently for cold email Outreach and I'm going to go to my campaigns and I have and so so some people think of um some people think of cold email Outreach just of like huge casting giant net um I like that but I you can also I'm going to show you a way to use you can also use C the email Outreach for really more um more Niche and more customized Outreach as well even with warm leads and it's a way so that you can nurture your leads to make sure that you're continually staying in touch with them as well instead of just look like when people tell me that it things that the Outreach isn't working and I ask how many I'm like they they're like I emailed them I'm like how many times and they're like once I'm like don't even talk to me about emailing one time like I've gotten clients after literally um I got the CEO of Girl Scouts as a client um for for one company that and um 23 I think it was the 23rd email okay so it totally works it just you have and you have to you have to be consistent okay so here's what I would do with this one okay so I'm going to get this loan processor job I want to work on it okay so I have this sequence um that I like we notice you're using a firm okay this happens to be a symitar roll um and you can but with whatever role you have if you have a sequence set up you can just go here and you can duplicate the campaign okay sequ I it's campaign I call it sequence but here's with the sequences so basically what it looks like I like instantly because there's other softwares obviously I like instantly because you can add a whole bunch of email domains to it so as you can see um I have a whole bunch of and some of them probably need clean to be cleaned up but I have a whole bunch of emails that I use again I go to I've got to go clean these up um and you have to be careful for that because I um and paying for these Google domains so I want to go back and clean these up and make sure that I'm not paying for something that I'm not using but um anyway so instantly with other some other softwares you can't add as many U domains and instantly also warms up your email which means that it avoids going into the spam box so um so I like that feature as well there's also a uni box which is is really cool where um you can see um so you can see all the replies here okay um okay so and I like that too okay so let's go back to um campaigns and I'm going to go here because this is the campaign I want to use and I'm going to use it specifically for that role I'm going to go here and what I'll do is um okay so I'm going to I don't really like this one to be the first one so I'm deleting that one okay so what I'm going to do here is I'm going to change this to notice you're using okay and I actually know who they are so I'm going to do that so I'm going to say um I don't know is that sound I've never done that I'm going to say notice you're using Aston Carter um I might start with notice you're using a firm I'm probably going to start with that notice you're using a firm for your and I'm just going to say simitar because it's a lone processor role but when you have you can use this for Tech roles as well like if it's a if it's a backend engineer or um any kind of any kind of tech roll instead of saying like your backend engineering role or your whatever General role make it more specific because you're going to get their attention more because they're going to know that it's going to they're going to know that you know what you're talking about when you mention the actual specific Tech in the um in the um role so I'm going to say for your sarlon processor roll okay um and it might that might not even be like super accurate like it's you know let's see like um it's one of Let's see where is cemeter even on here let's see okay yeah okay so I'm going to do that let's do that and then um okay so that's and let's see what else I need to customize um this hasn't been filled and I going to say their name are you open to a quick chat okay um oh other you might do I this is another little tip um sometimes people automatically put anything with unsubscribe into a separate folder so I like to edit this and say um something else like something like that okay okay and then I'm going to save this and then I'm going to go okay let's see um I don't really like this one okay I'm going to change my sequence up I don't really like this one I'm going to go back to another sequence that um that I've used before um and you can see I have eight here so I'm probably going to add a couple more so I'm not going to walk you through that whole thing um if you want to see more content on how to create the um the language and the copy and maybe like I'm being I don't know like these have worked for me so it doesn't have to be perfect but I don't know I don't love it right now so I'm going to go back and I'm going to edit it let me know in the comments any other content that you want to see and question questions that you have um whether it's on write and copy or or whatever it is in the process okay so anyway then what you do from here is um so I'm going to go back again I'm not going to send it yet because I'm going to go back and edit this then you go back and you add leads and when you go to agency leads the cool thing about agency leads is that you can actually um get the leads straight from here now you can add them into a list so you can you can either do one by one and just add them manually or you can um export them into a list that you can then um so if you're if they're doing multiple roles at once and you want to send them into a sequence you can add them to the list or if you're just doing like one by one you can add them like that into instantly so that is my process and that is how agency leads works let let me know if you have any questions and I'm going
