How to create outlook signature

ChatGPT for Human Resources. In this video  we're going to take a look at several tasks   that HR Pros can do using ChatGPT. To launch  ChatGPT simply go to Openai.com, click on Try,   and sign up for an account. When you first sign up  for ChatGPT you'll notice these pop-up messages.   First is that the tool is a research preview  and may not give fully accurate information.   Next is a warning not to enter sensitive or  confidential information in your conversations,   and then a request to share your feedback to  improve the tool. The first thing I asked ChatGPT   was: what is the best way to transform data from  one spreadsheet to another? I immediately got a   response with lots of helpful ways to do this,  from basic copy / paste, to using some more   advanced formulas in Excel like INDEX and MATCH,  all the way to using Power Automate. I knew I   wanted to get more information on my particular  task, so I asked a more specific question with   additional details, including that I was exporting  data from one HRIS system and I needed to import   it into another HRIS system, but I needed to make  a crosswalk on certain fields of data. In essence,   I wanted to take a column of data for Work Type  from one sheet and format it to match field   labels in a different system. This time ChatGPT  provided additional and more specific ways for   me to accomplish my task. It even provided me  with the syntax for an IF formula in Excel that   I could copy and use to update my column of data.  It even suggested using an automated conversion   tool to connect the two HRIS systems and map the  data. While the response was general in nature,   the fact that ChatGPT knew to suggest this as an  option was impressive. Now I really wanted to know   how to set up Power Query to do this data mapping  since I had way more than just one column of data   that I wanted to transform, so I asked about a  Power Query way to do this. ChatGPT proceeded   to give me step-by-step instructions on how  to set this up in Excel using Power Query.   The next question I asked ChatGPT was: can you  write a job description for a nurse? I wasn't sure   what to expect but I got back a job description  that contained all the sections I would expect   to see on a job description template including  a Job Summary, Key Responsibilities, and even   very realistic Requirements for certifications  that you would see on a registered nurse's job   description. This would be a great start if I  needed to create a job description from scratch.   My next question for ChatGPT was: can you analyze  an FMLA policy for legal updates? The answer I got   back was honest in that ChatGPT admitted that it  can't really review and analyze specific policies   or legal documents but that it could provide  general information on the FMLA and recent updates   that are relevant to employers. So I asked a  follow-up question: what are the recent employment   law updates related to leave in the state of  California? And the response here advises that   ChatGPT had a training data cut-off date in 2021  but it still provided me with a comprehensive list   and overview of the additional leave laws that are  separate from the FMLA and specific to California.   Next I asked ChatGPT to draft a human resources  strategic plan for me and it quickly outlined a   planned document with all the sections you would  expect to see. This would be an awesome way to   kick start a new plan document. Then I noticed  ChatGPT was doing something for me automatically.   It saw that I had been creating New Chats for each  of my search queries and naming them based on the   questions that I was asking and I noticed that the  system anticipated this and started taking action   without me having to ask it to do that at all.  Now you don't have to create new chats each time,   you can just have a continual conversation and ask  different topics but I thought it was nice that   the system noticed what I was doing and started  to help me. I asked a follow-up question about   creating an HR project plan calendar because I  wanted to see if ChatGPT would provide something   back in a different format, but it was still  in a document outline format but it did give   me a project plan outline just not anything  related to a calendar or timeline format.   Next I wanted to see if ChatGPT could write  an employee communication for me around open   enrollment so I entered a few vague details about  the Open Enrollment timeframe and then voila,   ChatGPT generated quite a nice informative and  comprehensive message that I could use as my   starting point. It even included additional  details that I did not specify, like when the   new benefits would start. It was smart enough to  know that that detail should be included in the   communication but it was a reminder that you  would need to carefully proofread the results   for accuracy and make updates before you would  actually use the communication. One more final   thing I wanted to ask ChatGPT was to simply ask  what types of HR tasks it can help with. It came   back with a full array of HR topics all related  to the employment life cycle with examples of what   the tool can do for me. The last one “Compliance”  compelled me to ask one final two-part question.   I asked: Can you provide me with an annual  compliance checklist for small businesses?   And indeed the list provided was very helpful  so I asked about general employers annual   employment law checklist items and got back  even more helpful results. I hope this has   sparked some ideas for you as to how you could  use ChatGPT for your HR tasks. If you've had   a chance to play around with it, let me know  in the Comments below. I'd love to hear what   all you were able to ask and what you found  out from the system.
