How to create outlook signature

hello everyone today look this is going to be uh super exciting i am continuing the series that i told you i'll be doing this week on how to set up your life insurance lead funnel this is part two on yesterday and let me just go ahead and share my screen here and i'll just share the entire screen yesterday we looked at this which was how to set up your landing page and i gave this landing page to you for free if you have a click funnels account you can go ahead and grab this right now the link is in the description if you watch the video from yesterday you know this is fully customizable with your own logos everything here as a matter of fact i'll show you this this is where you set it up and you get this absolutely free link is in the description you can edit all of this you can put your logo everything is completely customizable even putting your own video everything is completely customizable one of the things that is in here that we're going to cover today is how to set up your calendar to work with this because when they click on get a free quote then what is going to happen it's going to take them to your cavernly if you have a cat only account set up and they can book an appointment with you so what i want to do today is go through how we're literally going to set this up um for you or how you can set this up yourself i'm going to walk you through this very quickly because it's very easy and very simple to do so i've already set up this little thing here insurance quote appointment and i'm going to go into edit and i want to show you each of these functions and how you're going to be able to link this and also ask questions and communicate with that person that wants to get that free quote after that lead comes to your landing page all right so what is this event you're going to list it here insurance quote you can set this up to be right now i have it as a zoom appointment you can set it up as a phone call a google meet um a couple of different things here in person meeting phone calls zoom google meet you can set this up for however it is that you want to set this up most of you will probably be doing phone calls so you can set that up with a phone call so i'm going to go ahead and do this i will call the invitee or the person that discussing the appointment should call you always set it up for you to call the person all right so we're going to go ahead and update that now the description i look forward to providing you with an insurance quote and let's just change this up a little bit and we'll say a affordable okay if i could type affordable insurance quote or is it ann we'll just say and maybe my vernacular is wrong all right all right quote that meets the needs of you and your loved ones okay now you can schedule this basically this is what you do in this section just name it look at how you want to do the phone call and put a little description in here as well as to what this is all about and then you're gonna go ahead and save and close now when can people book this event all right this may be kind of important i have it so that they can't schedule any more than five days into the future actually i should say three the reason being the farther in the future you let them schedule the appointment the less the show up rate will be so if they book it they're probably going to keep this appointment you can set the duration 60 minutes you know 45 minutes 30 minutes whatever it is that you want to set that at and then you have the ability to set the hours in which you will be able to set or they will be able to set the appointment you can set this schedule as random as you want um if you know i wanted to edit just this wednesday i could do that if i wanted to edit edit all wednesdays i could do that and i could even take this out and say i'm unavailable on wednesdays you know you can say this particular day um i'm going to only be available from 11 a.m to 3 p.m and you can apply that and it only applies it to that day or you could say that you want to you can reset the weekly hours and you can literally say okay what i want to do is edit all thursdays to only be from 11 a.m to 4 p.m and you hit that apply button now all of my thursdays are set for that you're going to be able to set your schedule exactly the way that you want it you can um you can add want to add time before or after the events if you want to add time like to say to have a buffer right you can put you can say before the event i want a 15 minute buffer a five minute buffer or whatever after the event after the call is done i want to take a break i want a 30 minute buffer after the event you can set those up that way and now save and close and that is taken care of now here's an important part right here the invitee questions that are going to be there so you can basically you've got their name right and all these are required fields with the star the name the email address and their phone number now the good part about that you can add in a mobile number as well and you can just kind of slide these things up and around or you can even delete the entire question so here's some questions i know that you want to ask okay um what year no what is your birth date that way you can get the age and you can have it as a one-line question multi-lines radio buttons check boxes whatever with that you can mark that as required and apply now what is your birthday now you can add another question um what city and state do you live in you can make that required right also add another question something like how many medications are you on and as an example what we'll do is we'll put check boxes right so the first answer will be one two three the second answer will be three to five i'm just giving you example and the third answer could be five to seven or something like that and you can make this required because you want to know that all right so then you can add uh we'll just add some more questions here um do you have a spouse and you could make this a check box and it could be yes no and then you can delete that third option so that is the only options they have required apply add another question you can see how we can get in depth here how much do you need and we'll add this as more check boxes we could say 5k to [Music] 10k we could say 10 k to [Music] 50k and then we could say 50k whatever it is that you want to put in there make this required now so that when they schedule the appointment or before they schedule the appointment all the questions that you put in here are questions that they're going to have to answer do not go beyond seven or eight questions the results will be poor do not go beyond seven or eight questions max save and close now you can ask these questions if you have a paid account with calendly and i think it's only like 20 bucks a month or something like that to have now we want to go to notifications right so we want an email reminder to go out to them about the appointment that they set and it's going to go out it's going to have you know the invitee full name the date the location event description all that stuff is going to be automated automatically populated in the email you can set the timing to go out 24 hours before the appointment and you can set it up to go out any other time one hour before the appointment so now they're going to get two emails one out one hour before and 24 hours before right now here's the good thing this is why you want to get a mobile number i always like to set a mobile reminder i'll say five hours before and then we're going to add one that is 30 minutes before so they're going to get an email reminding them of this to emails and they're going to get two text messages reminding them of this so go ahead and save and close that and this is going to help your show up rates as well so once they come to your your landing page which you have free right now free access to to be able to
