How to create outlook signature

within buffer time you can create contacts and assign them to specific clients and projects to reach this area of the system click on the clients tab in your navigation bar then click on the manage contacts button in the upper-right corner of the screen from here you will see a list of all your contacts you currently have saved in your account you can browse through your contacts using the page links near the bottom of the screen to quickly locate a specific contact type their name into the search bar and click search click on any contact to view their profile edit their information or delete them from your account you can also create additional context by clicking on add contact when adding a new contact there are only two required fields the first and last name the rest of the fields are optional so you can choose which additional fields you'd like to fill in once you're finished click Save to create your new contact once you've created context you can assign a primary contact and billing contact on your clients profiles these contacts are strictly for internal purposes you can also click on the Contacts tab to see the contacts tracked on the client account you can add an existing contact or add a new contact from here as well you can also assign contacts per individual project thank you for watching the bill for time manage contacts tutorial please click to continue watching for the next video in the series
