hello hello so let's talk about customer service for a moment um customer service as you know we are customer service face business and customer service is so important and the things that we do here at export forwarding is to really provide very good customer service to our clients is that we're really trying to make the customer service reps only focus on one particular task many people told me in the industry saying oh this doesn't really work we really won't have someone to handle everything from a to z but what we have noticed is that when we only have one person doing booking maybe one person doing documentation one person doing an accounting that they become an absolute expert in that particular field you know and many times with our clients they don't really mind reaching out to a booking party versus a documentation party right to two different parties so for us one of the reasons why i believe our customer service is very good is that our customer service team for the bookings all what they do is book all day so that means if a customer needs a really really urgent booking this is all what they do and they can drop whatever they do to do this right or when customer service reps are doing anything from a to z they might be tied in a very complex bill of lighting while trying to make a quick booking is normally not happen so to improve um response times with us we we split it up in separate departments and we have about six different departments all together for every unit of our business and we're trying to have every task being kind of separated so for our larger clients for example we have a person just doing pre-booking non-stop so meaning if you need to pre-book for the following month that's just one particular exercise or or one particular task that this one person only is doing so for us this works extremely well and it actually improved our customer service by quite a bit and it's very easy to cover someone's desk when they're gone right so especially if you have a few people in each department um they're become like booking experts or bill of lading experts or accounting experts which we'd really really like so that is one of the reasons why we split up the different jobs within our departments thank you so much guys [Music]
