the thing is that it's it's um the government is involved so you have you a lot of well you have a lot of institutions who have their way of working it's a it's a different dynamic in a private company isn't it it is or should public institutions be managed like a private company i'm a big believer that public company or public institutions should be managed like private companies because you know it's it's basically the same philosophy as a citizen you're a customer of that service and it's not because it's a government that i expect things to go slower or that i expect things to go less user-friendly basically if you look at my model of the offer you can't refuse you expect clear services you want them available as convenient as possible a government should specifically be a partner in our lives it's their job and the top of the model adding value to society that's the reason why they exist but it's not always like that in real life unfortunately
