Before we were using Freshdesk we had emails bouncing around from - we used to have email as a ticketing system which was really really hard because you couldn't track who was managing what ticket Before we had Freshdesk we were actually, sort of, doing everything via email. Most emails would come to myself and if I was on holiday there'd be a delay as to when they got them... or relying on just email isn't necessarily the best thing to do. We didn't have a customer portal. We had email - we have email, but we never had a view into the business. We never had an externalized tool. I was looking at all the different types of fresh service desk offerings on the market and came across Freshdesk as one of the options available and found it incredibly easy to work with. Freshdesk for us has massively improved the service to our customers. Not only does it centralize everything and gives them the option to see everything in one place, but it sort of allows them to feel, I guess, a bit more peace of mind that we're in control. In the last year, we introduced Freshdesk and it's literally transformed the way we work. Now every team member at The Creation Lab can actually participate and communicate with clients directly. Because of all the resources available they've got on their website, through their forums... I was able to basically get it all set up for me and my business It's very user friendly and it just adds a professional edge to what we do. We're very excited about the way Freshdesk is sort of seeing the future of support tickets because the way we work on our new media business obviously we're always looking for innovations in the way we can connect with our customers on a day to day basis in new ways and it's all under one roof for Freshdesk. I'm actually pushing it from just within a small support area to go across division, across our business, as well as manage areas that we haven't quite managed before with the tool. It's helped bring it all into one system and synergize it much much better than what we were before, definitely. If you're not using Freshdesk at the moment, seriously consider it because, you know, it does transform the way you work... for the better.
