guys hope you're having an amazing day so in today's video I want to walk you guys through the organic acquisition funnel uh that we've been leveraging uh for ourselves or for even for our clients to help them get to 100K per month or more okay so this is going to be really helpful for you if you're kind of like distracted you don't have a specific way uh like a focused way of acquiring attention and generating sales calls for your business but most importantly to nurture and warm people up to the point that they get to a point where they're they come to you and they're like hey here is 10 grand here is 20 grand I actually want your help this is what this is the importance of this organic acquisition funnel it's not just the fact that you can get attention because anybody can send DMS anybody can do cold email anybody can do tweets anybody can do all that stuff but not many people can over time warm up Their audience or even create an audience in the first place that they can always uh you know pull from if ever they want to grow a business right so this is going to be really helpful for you uh but especially if you're a growth agency and you help other businesses scale with uh maybe their Legion their appointment setting their sales or growth consultant this is something that I want you to implement for your clients okay so um yeah now this is the organic acquisition but we actually have a paid acquisition funnel which is something that can scale you from 500k a month to a million dollars a month to a million dollars per month and I'll be going over it in the webinar that I'm doing on the 25th so um I did introduce the seven figure leverage consultant model which is the model that client acquisition that IO which is my company leveraged to get to over 600 Grand a month um I introduced it but this upcoming 25th of June we're actually going to be walking you guys through how to actually implement it step by step how to build your offer how to click the link below to sign up for the Webby but anyway check this out so the components or the phases of this funnel is really is something that is super important to understand so first of all you need to be generating attention okay you need to be getting people's attention super important many people forget this but if you're not getting 500 a thousand people to learn about your offer every single day I can promise you that you're not going to make the kind of money you want to be making like if you want to be living in a penthouse driving a Porsche and like spending ridiculous amounts of money living you need 10 times as much attention as the money you're going to be spending okay and you're going to be spending a lot so uh attention is important the next thing which many people forget is you need to be gaining commit commitment and most importantly collecting data a lot of you guys who are watching this let's say you've been in the game first the last five years and you're still below six seven figures do you know why that is because all the effort so all the activities we're putting in where one input one output so there was no leverage there was no asymmetrical return to your activity because um you're kind of like the person who goes um how can I say this um in you know as an investor you know that the most important thing you need to do is to spend a dollar and make more from the thing you've spent but a lot of people when it comes to outreach and appointment setting they don't think of it they don't think of Outreach as an investment for me I think of Outreach as an investment I don't actually care if you book a call with my business the first time you hear about me but I want to make sure that moving forward that I own your attention that I have data around being able to get in touch with you whenever I want okay so the second third step is education step um I was looking at our stats in the company and I realized that um someone who had not who didn't know about the brand um versus someone who had been consuming content from the brand and who had been educated around what we do uh we had five times more sales from people who had been educated than people had not been educated and this is also another observation we had two to three times as much spend for people who had been educated then people had not been educated so if someone who had not been educated with spending five grand someone had been educated was spending 15 grand so not having this step in your funnel is being irresponsible okay and I'm saying this from the step of someone who didn't acknowledge this right for a good minute and then you also need conversion mechanisms now let's go over the attention part how do we personally get our clients attention it's really simple we have a 21 000 uh community so we have twenty one thousand three dollar an hour Setter uh Community a pool of candidates that we whenever a company comes and work with us we give them um Setters to come and do Outreach but uh one of the things that we're actually going to start doing is giving uh clients who are also growth agencies and growth Consultants access to our pool so they can leverage it so we're going to become not just someone who helps you grow we're becoming someone who helps you help your client grow okay um so we give them three dollar an hour Setters and um let's say you have two va's so you're spending thirty dollars a day because they're working five hours a day each they're able to send 250 DMS per day which is uh let's say it ends up giving you 15 leads so out of 250 DMS at six percent uh warm bleed rate or people wanting to to opt-in or to get the act the offer that you you made them that's two dollars spent per lead that comes into that access to what you're offering right another way we like to do things is uh one or two sales asset per week right so pushing uh you know a little video going over uh your process and uh another really important thing is uh wanted to viral attention generating sales assets okay I'll quickly show you guys what they look like so an attention generating sales asset is something like this where you create an asset and uh we have a framework around creating two steps like these ones on Twitter uh where it got uh so as an example I made this while in Cape Town while in my bed in five minutes and I got 1700 people to comment which is 1700 leads and over 300 000 impressions for free right so this is really crazy with one single attention generating sales asset I got um 300 000 people to see this thing and uh well not impression is not necessarily people it's more like how many times this thing showed up but 1700 leads imagine how much let's say at a dollar let's say a twenty dollar a lead I'll try to do the math uh so twenty dollars times 1742. I would have had to spend thirty four thousand dollars to get this amount of leads on Facebook ad right so when I say that you guys need to get really good with attention generating sales asset um I really mean it because you can make free money uh from nothing so for me I do this a few times a week and it works really really well so um by the way this is also this organic thing is something that our clients have been using to get results uh like crazy so let me show you so mujis used this for one of his clients to get him a 3K pound um so he closed a 4K deal with 10 of webinar sales and the same he implemented this uh system that I'm walking you guys through to get his client um a client so that so it works really well right so the stuff I'm showing you guys helps not just our clients scale their business it also helps them uh scale uh actually I should so I actually wanted to show you guys the private message because I ended up asking him hey what did you mean uh which process did you leverage and he said um he took a screenshot when I was uh presenting it in the group on our group call and um you know what they were doing is we're previously sharing assets through emails um but um ever since they implement this organic thing that I'm walking you guys through it works not just well for his client but it works really well for his own acquisition so that's a beautiful thing about us is that you not only get to help we not only get to help Pew scale we also help to we help you help your clients so now once you get all this attention uh what is the focus the goal is to offer these people an asset now the way you share the asset this is where it's important you don't necessarily share it on in the DMS or on the platform instead you lead people back to the Facebook group or any group that you that you own but I personally like Facebook and when they're joining Facebook you're actually collecting emails when you collect emails you put them into an active campaign email list right with a 6 to 12 emails you know like a 12 email sequence we normally have one called the Quasi periodic email sequence uh which uh we help with our clients dial in and um but the appointment setting happens in the group itself so when someone is accepted in the group the growth specialist accepts the person in the group right and you know they I we like to ask our clients to start a conversation in 10 to 30 minutes after the person requests to join and um when the center starts the conversation they ask the permission to send the asset and then you want to tag the member on the post you don't want to send it through the DM because the more people who get like um how can I say it the more people who get um tagged and on the post the more engagement and the more Impressions that posts get right so you don't actually want to waste Impressions by saying it sending it privately you want to send it uh by tagging the person first now uh growth Specialists don't cover more inefficiency so we have a process around undercovering inefficiencies and a conversation this allows this allows the setter to act like a like a like a consultant you're not trying to set a person on a call without uncovering what you know what are their symptoms you so you uncover the symptoms and then you're like hey I can show you a novel way of solving your problems just like a doctor would and then you offer a walk-through session and the call is booked right now what I want you guys to notice is how simple this process is it's simple and that's why if you implement this in my opinion 60 90 days 120 days which is four months consistently every single day there's no way you don't get to 100K per month the only way you don't get to 100K per month is if you're selling something people don't want that I know for sure that you're not going to get there but if you have a great offer get setters get really good with content okay get really good with creating attention generating sales assets okay by the way you can do it on Twitter you can do it on Facebook groups okay and try to get at least 500 to a thousand uh you know attention from people every single day and all these people funnel them into one place collect their data okay so your own attention so you create a list so you create an asset okay and then get one growth specialist I have one growth specialist who books 100 sales calls a month from my group and and this is literally it let the three dollar an hour va's feed the group and let one specialist convert the attention into calls guys three people can get you to 100K a month so it's literally all I'm saying and you're spending maybe 600 bucks 700 bucks a month on Setters and you maybe you're spending an hour or two creating the assets and your gs's is doing all the heavy lifting but uh yeah let me know what you guys think of this funnel um I know that um I've probably shared it before but I just wanted to make kind of like
