then there was this video just kind of talking about it but uh did you get a chance to see this page before our call today yes I got I saw the I saw two of them okay cool yeah so these videos just kind of talk about like our company and like how we actually get results and get estimates uh what did you think about the videos I mean they but I liked it I liked it you know because um I've been dealing with a the uh what is it called Home Advisor yeah but um yeah know I don't really like it because you know they do give you a lot of numbers but half of the time people don't call you back or and the reason they call you back is because they already had other like two other people look at the job already oh like other contractors yeah so I I don't just get the num there other people that get it you know so um there was one time twice it happened to me that I got my um they called me H you know I got my text telling me you know to call this pet person and I call him right away when I mean like right away like when I got it yeah I had the time and I called the customer and the customer told me that she already had somebody already had an appointment with someone already oh wow because they're sharing lead yeah and it would it happen like you know they tell you to wait about 50 minutes before you call them but um it does I don't know it doesn't work man and another thing like I have 25 uh years of experience you know I told them that I have I'm licensed in s County New York you know I have my license for here and you know they told me I have to have a state license if I want to you know use my license number in there so I don't understand how they do it like how do you know so what's the point of me having a license you know so they will give me like jobs like you know repair the screen you know go fix a door you know and then exactly and then they would charge me you know 5090 um $40 you know and I go look at the jobs there you know those are jobs that normally I would do for free for my customers you know because it's you cannot charge them I mean I mean I should but it's just like something take me five minutes to do something you know yeah it's just uh it and and you know even if I I just kind of like turn my application off and because another thing they day they would turn it on for me you know I would have my application off and then I would figure the leads and they will still charge me how much were you paying them a month well uh that was the thing like you know they would charge me for whatever leads they say if they give me three leads a day and it's lead was $90 that was almost $300 you know two 270 in a day yeah wow you know what I mean like and and then I only got one job to them that's it one job oh so you were with them for like one month basically right I was with them for two two months oh two months and how much did they charge you yeah I mean I'm still with I mean for all everything together I probably pay uh like 2,000 H probably a little more than that damn okay well look man I appreciate you sharing me uh sharing that with me obviously like you know that's why I wanted to see if you watch the videos because we talk about like how we actually get those results for people and that's what I'm going to show you today so I know you get a chance to see a little bit of the video but that's not our main website like this is actually our main website right here so this is our company we're digital seed you know we've had over like 600 clients in the last four years and you know we changed a lot like we used to be a Lot Like Home Advisor when we first started and you know how bad Home Advisor is like you know like they share leads you know the the jobs are really small it's hard to get estimates because everybody's calling them you know we used to be like that and there was a point where I felt like I was selling snake oil because even though the ads looked good we were never actually able to get big jobs until we added what I'm going to show you today so yeah before we jump in I'll just give you a rundown of how these calls go just so you know what to expect this is not going to be like okay so a lot of times like we can actually help you get financing so we can get bigger jobs because we get a lot of bathrooms and kitchens and bathrooms and K I mean kitchens can go up to like $50,000 sometimes for a kitchen especially in New York so that's why it's really important you know if you're able to get financing May are you open to maybe getting financing with us well but I mean I mean whatever it helps my business you know if I'm in if it helps my business and the customers are happy with the service yeah so like how do people normally pay for jobs right now if they don't do financing like for a bathroom for example or a kitchen um they they just they pay me regularly like you know they will pay me you know some people pay me cash you know or some people pay me to the company you know they ask me how I want to get paid you know and I done bathrooms you know me because here like in Long Island where I live um you know normally a bathroom over here is going for you know a small bathroom like a three- piece bathroom shower sink and H you know fan and high hat you know it's going for about 25,000 oh damn okay yeah in New York where you're at what wait what county are you in New York this is Sofa county S County New York this is Long Island New York oh my God okay yeah so 25,000 for for a small bathroom yeah I mean the bathroom like this morning I went to give out an estimate for a for a bathroom and you know the customer buys the let's say like the tiles because they get to pick that so normally I have them pay for it yeah they pay for the tile um you know the vanity and you know all the whatever we need you know toilet sinks all that stuff the customer PID for it because they they're the on who's going to go pick it out you know and so I have them pay for it and normally like for just labor and material you know that I'm going to use for panelings or chck and stuff like that um installing tiles you know that will you know just for that this morning I did the estimate it's the four the bathroom is 4 feet by 4t6 you it's a small bathroom and you know it was $7,000 oh my God okay that's really good so so we need somebody in Long Island we don't have anybody there right now um and that's why we're on this call like why you saw the ad so if you're selling a bathroom for like let's just say $15,000 how much would you profit on that like 3,000 4,000 um you see like one thing is also it what um you know normally when I go go give out the estimates you know it depends also in the area where I'm working at you know so I kind of go it depends you know the areas you know some areas you give them you know because they said normally I'm charging for one guy an hour when I'm charging for one of my workers an hour right now is $75 an hour oh okay got it for a worker yeah but normally other companies they charging you um about 70 to 90 some of them $100 an hour right for a worker you know so so you know that's what I do but sometimes I keep people but you know I'm making about like on this little bathroom I'm probably gonna make about a th000 right once everything is paid off and there you know and that's how much I will make so what well in Long Island well okay so right now you're doing like what five jobs a month you have like you know your leads coming you from home advisor how many more jobs can you take because right now in Long Island we're probably getting like 10 bathrooms a month well the I got the people I have the the thing is having the right people to do it you know what I like I I've been doing this for 25 years and I have and I keep working for the same people over and over because I have the all my client all my um sof contractors they've been in the business for 35 years 30 you know they know this stuff you know what I mean like they they really know the stuff and that's why you got it you know it's all about the quality work you do you know like if you hire me at your house right you know like at first you might you know if I give you a price you might be like no that's too much I have a guy who's gonna do it cheaper than me you know but um it's the quality the work you know and it's a big difference it's a big difference because mainly here on Long Island there's a lot of guys that have no clue what they doing oh you know of course they just have the the the balls of you know telling you yeah I could do that and and that it's good for me because I get a lot of calls like that that I got fix the jobs but I charge more money right so yeah so but um that makes sense so like so like look right now you're getting five jobs how many more do you think you can handle because I'm only getting like 10 bathrooms a month in that area could you handle like another 10 another five yeah I could probably hand well the thing another thing like right now I'm slow that's the the other thing that's why I'm trying to get you know somebody to fit me work you know give me more work because the reason I'm slow is you know I did most of my work is recommended you know but I want to grow a little more you know what I mean I want to get out like from the comforter Zone you know comforter Zone you know like that I'm at right now I want to get bigger you know yeah um it's uncomfortable growing too right like get like getting out of your comfort zone it's GNA take like a lot of work but how much more work do you think you can handle do you think you could handle another 10 jobs like a month right now for bathroom um I would say I could probably handle five okay five you know and and kitchens you know and let's say you know a month like bathrooms and kitchen five together you know okay so let's say like two kitchens three bathrooms or three bathrooms and two kitchens or five kitchens you know like that yeah all right cool well look man I I think that you would be a good fit like if you're if you're doing a good job you've been doing it for 25 years you have the C you know the capacity to take on another five jobs I mean I think you'd be a great fit but I mean really all I have to do now is just kind of show you like how we're actually going to get you to 10 new estimates every month and how much it's going to cost you so yeah on most calls like this usually they never show you the price till the end of the call which is pretty crazy to me because you know if it doesn't make sense you kind of wasted like 30 minutes for nothing so I'll just kind of show you what's included and what the price is right now and then I'll show you everything after that all right yeah so so you can see the total price right here so we're getting a 100 leads uh right now in your area so you can see the total cost right here so our retainer right now is 2,000 but we have a discount for the new year so it's actually $1,500 for the retainer and then after that it's $35 per lead so if you were going to get1 leads which is the max I can't do any more than that for all 100 leads it's 5,000 um but you don't have to choose 100 leads you can choose as many as you want uh but we just have a 10% close rate so if you get you know 10 leads we have to guarantee 10 jobs if you get 80 leads we have to guarantee eight jobs otherwise we refund you the 1500 and then right here you can see everything that's included okay yeah um you got got to because I'm on my cell phone I don't have time to make it home on time that's okay do you want me to read it out for you and I think I I think I got it here okay yeah so obviously like I don't know if you want to just like you know spend $5,000 right away but that's just the max so you can choose however many you know jobs you want to get per month we just have to guarantee that 10% of the leads turn into a job otherwise we refund you so if you were gonna I mean five jobs is 50 leads right because we have to guarantee 10% but how many leads would you want to take in the first month well like I I mean when I get the lead I pay you right up or how does it work like I know you told me it's $35 for lead right right so it's $1,500 to to get started right and then after that at the end of the week so like let's say we get 10 leads in a week you're going to pay the $35 per lead at the end of the week at the end of the week right and that's going to be paid to Google not to us because we're going to run your ads okay I'm good yeah so how many leads would you want though I mean you said if we do 10 leads a month that will do you know you guys guaranteed five jobs or what many jobs yeah so if we get 10 leads we have to guarantee a 10% close rate which is one job but yeah so our minimum is 20 that way you can actually make some money too because look if we have 20 leads the minimum it's $2,200 right total for everything uh we have to guarantee two jobs so that's $4,000 profit minus the cost of the program it's $2,000 profit that's the minimum but if you wanted to get five jobs you know the total cost would be$ 3250 we guarantee five jobs and you'll make $10,000 profit right because it's $2,000 per deal on average right yeah yeah so it depends it depends however many you want to take uh would you rather go for 50 or like 30 what do you think well I want to do I want to stay low for now for one of the reasons is because uh you know I want to try it you know I want to go crazy you know and another thing is you know I got to cancel a lot of stuff because people just call you every day you know to give you and you know and some sometimes just it's crazy man my phone some some days it rings more for people offer me stuff then they you know then work actual jobs yeah yeah so you know and I took a lot of this stuff like like I said because I was trying I'm trying to grow a little more yeah you know I'm trying to get you know I'm trying to get bigger so um one of the things is when I start doing that I started to get you know people to you know get advertisement and stuff like that and I mean I got ripped like I mean like people took my money like you know like it was Christmas you know but it wasn't Christmas yet I get you man they they took all my money so I mean I'm you know I'm not saying I don't have money but I do I have money but I don't you know I don't want to you know if I then can I raise it up yeah you know yeah right now I have 100 leads so nobody's taking the 100 leads that we're getting per month it's just like however many you want to take so I know you want to just start out small how many do you think you want to start with um so if I do let's said you said 30 is the smallest you got right yeah so 30 it's 2500 total but if you have a new Google account you get $500 for free so it's actually only $2,000 so it would be50 $1500 for us to set everything up and then $500 in ad spend because Google is going to give you $500 for free okay so so he's saying like with this also it's going to be my you guys going to do advertisement also included yeah so right here is everything that's included so we're going to create like a landing page custom qualification we're going to actually book the appointments in your calendar and then we're also going to Long Island that's when they find the website and they actually put in their information so their name their phone number their email and that's it so we have this website it gets leads in Long Island but we have no contractors in Long Island to give them to and we're getting like a 100 every single month so they come in from the website and then we set everybody up on this platform so like you're you would have access to this system and our team is actually going to call the leads for you so take a look this is bernardet Williams this is one of my clients he's in Washington DC um he has 13 leads so far and he has three bathroom jobs done so this first one was berned dead she actually wanted uh two bathrooms so this was a $20,000 job in Washington DC um and I'll show you what happened so when they put their information in the website we text them right away so like we said hi is this Bernadet just got your submission for your new home remodel I thought texting would be easier do you have time to talk later today or tomorrow so we texted her right away but she didn't reply so we called her and then we confirmed so watch I'm going to play the call for you so you can hear it um here we go hello hello is this um bradette yes it is yes it is hi I'm just uh calling back because you never responded to our message um requiring your estimate yeah I'm sorry about that no that's completely fine um I was just calling to get a bit more information regarding your estimate so I'm just going to ask you a few questions so I do see that you did schedule time on the 15th from 10 a. to 10:30 a.m. is that correct correct okay so um since we do a lot of jobs around this area I will try best to get you to get you scheduled at that time but if we can't then is then we will text you asking for a reschedule okay and then what what estimate again do you want I'm sorry I forgot ah it's two bathrooms two bathrooms okay um actually I'm at a job right now would you I could send you over some photos if you would like to see just some of our work okay you want we just redid the house right now and then just two bathrooms that's it and then hold up let me let me check my messages was it so you can see she asked for two bathrooms she confirmed the address and she confirmed the time of the estimate so so we're actually going to call your leads for you because I know you said like you know um that you're getting calls from home adviser and you called them right away so rather than like having you call them right away our team is going to do that for you so we talk to them first make sure they're serious and then we make sure they have access to financing and if they do then we schedule them on your calendar for an estimate so you'll have an address a place to go and we already know what kind of job they are looking for so yeah you can see right here we sent her some pictures of the bathroom uh we confirmed her time hey Bernadette just a reminder we have you scheduled today for an estimate she says yes it's at 10: a.m. so that's it she was a serious you know buyer that was a $20,000 job we got another one for 10,000 and another one but I don't know how much this one's for so he had three jobs and I think we spent like ,000 in ads so he was getting jobs for like $300 okay so yeah that's the full system you know we talk to them first we generate the lead qualify them make sure they have money they are serious and then we schedule the estimate and that's it all you have to do is show up to the estimate and close those deals all right so yeah do why we call them for you and schedule the estimate that way you don't have to worry about you know any bad leads so yeah that's why if we get 30 leads we guarantee at least three [Music] jobs those 30 three jobs yeah any questions on that no all right cool so yeah man um how do you feel about everything um so far good okay cool well from here like if you wanted to get started it would take two days to get set up so today's Wednesday we could have everything set up by Saturday we'll do our next call and then by Saturday you'll have new leads coming in so yeah it only takes a few minutes to get set up um if you wanted to just get started right away so um so how much will I have to pay today so it'll be $15 00 today we're going to set up the full system that I just showed you um and then we can have everything set up by Saturday or after whenever you're available okay then what else like after let's say like I pay today and we have all the uh system going um you know um for before what else you guys going to need for me like what else what kind of other information yeah so we're actually going to send you like a little Google form it's like just some questions about your business so we can set everything up but that's it after that we're going to schedule our call on Saturday so we can set everything up together and then you'll have access to the platform you know we'll show you
