an alert or it can be an abstract pause example of alert would be let's say you're sending a email to a e-commerce brand owner so it would be something like need your attention your Shopify sale has decreased by 60% now if I am a Ecom brand owner and I see a mail saying attention my sale has decreased suddenly I'm bound to open this mail an example of abstract cuse let's say I'm sending mail to Rohan so my subject line would be something like I never thought you will lie Rohan now while scrolling Rohan will see this mail he stops to think who have I lied to and they are writing an email to tell me this the next part of the structure is the introduction now this has something uh like this needs to have something very catchy and by the way I use the Ada method in all my emails so introduction has to catch readers attention and how you can do that simply by stating their pain points by elaborating their struggles because this is a human basic psychology people tend to like like you if you talk about their struggles the next part of the mail talks about how you can solve their problem now this is your brief window to flaunt about how good you are and what all you can do for them this section shouldn't go beyond five to six lines a good trick is talk about numbers that adds hell lot of credibility after this section comes the part where you start creating a desire for your agency service in their eyes and how you do it the most pested way to do is by creating fomo another way which I use at times is putting out a bait I tell client how much value they're going to get out by just a simple demo call with me and the last part comes with a direct link to your calendar to book a call and add just a slight push for them to take action warning I I see so many of you
