you the behind scenes of how message leads behave now and it's different for different verticals this vertical you can actually give a phone number as a prospect like the person that's actually going to reach out or trying to find a storage facility can actually give their phone number for the business to call them back on okay I want you guys to see that not all verticals are that way actually most of them and Google's been going back and forth on this most of the verticals that I've seen lately you cannot get a phone number from the lead it's optional at best what does that mean to you as a business owner it means that the only way that you have to actually communicate with them is via email and so to be able to get back to them to man the email all day long so that you can get back to that person is highly unlikely that you're going to be able to do that so that you can respond to everybody in 30 seconds I'm going to show you here so I typed in storage for Pierce you can see there's only two options so there's not many businesses and therefore what I found is that Google's a little bit more lenient with the information that the person can give like this vertical the lead can actually give their phone number and I'm going to show you in a second so we're going to go through and act as a prospect or you know somebody that's interested in their services so can I can I store my boat so this is where you put your email and then the phone number is optional you want to make sure that your whole team can respond and not just one person so you want to be able to add as many people as possible and there's a strategy for doing that so that you can increase the likelihood that all these leads are responded to and I would even go one step further you have the AI respond and the AI will respond in seconds and if you want to you can make it so that the AI can ask do you want to be transferred to a human being right now or do you want somebody to call you right now and if so give us your phone number in other words the AI done all the hard work it's given them all the information about your business and now that person wants to be called which is what you want to do anyway you want to get the person on the phone so that's the reason why AI is so powerful as well you can even just make it so that it schedules an appointment or whatever you guys want to have happen so in this vertical it's not showing exactly how long it takes for those businesses on average to respond to a message lead so this is the reason why responding quickly is so important as a business few minutes he's at the top he's going to get more people to click on him and if he replies in minutes or even in seconds versus 15 minutes he's also going to get the conversion he's if he really does this which you can do with AI every single time you're this is why your conversion rate is going to go up by 20% so now I'm just going to tap and say okay I want to send it to him and him because these guys reply really quick I don't even know how long this guy takes a reply I'm going to send the same message I'm going to send two messages and Google's going to get paid two more times for those leads that's how this works okay and this is the reason why message leads are so powerful because they're half the cost and if you do what Google wants you to do which is respond quickly and immediately through artificial intelligence by the AI giving the person the answers they need immediately and then converting them to a phone call once they've gotten the answers they want then everybody's happy and you get the lead and you have that little plur below your ad that says typically replies in minutes and you're going to show up every single time as one of those three because you reply in seconds not minutes you're going to be the top one as the alternative every time even if you're not one of the top three in the search results I hope you guys see that it's really important okay so now what I'm going to do is I'm going to look at my email as the business owner I want to see how quickly this lead is coming in there it is there's a potential lead and this is what it looks like okay can I store my boat there okay now it says can you can reply to this email as a business owner or you can reply like I said in the app okay it's going to be much faster to reply to this email and we reply instantly it's as fast as an SMS it's literally seconds this is our secret okay and I want you guys to know that we can do this with AI so you don't have to do it and it's completely objective not subjective okay meaning it can reply the same way every time with the same tone so I can respond here in the desktop I can reply to the customer here okay and I can put the customer email in so it did give the phone number because I add my phone number okay but remember that's optional I didn't have to do that and most people are not going to do it from my experience you can put your notes in there you can put the the person the customer's email in here the customer name and then you can reply here okay so that's how you can do it on the desktop and then in the app on the phone this is the app on the phone it's actually an app here's the message lead came in pretty quick almost instantaneously now same thing you can reply right here on the app and I can add notes and you should be able to see the phone number here's the phone number so I can actually call right here it's got the call button and this is another big secret and I have it for another video but there are reasons to actually use this phone here in the app okay you might want to do this for certain situations okay not necessarily for this one but for certain situations you might want to use a phone and I will save that for another video okay but I want you to to see that this is another way to respond but why even worry about it when you can have the AI respond instantly every single time okay so I want to show you what it looks like on the consumer side or the the prospect side I want to get the email pull down here hopefully so that you can actually see what the email on my side another reason why it's very important to have a agency to dispute your your leads for you you can dispute these leads and have a lesser expense every month for your Google local service ads by using
