How to create outlook signature

what's up guys today we're going to do some etsy print on demand shop reviews now etsy can be a little bit of a pain in the butt because customers are so ready and willing to reach out to sellers which means you're going to have to do a little bit more customer service than you might be used to otherwise but don't sleep on etsy it's a great way of making additional print on demand profits when my etsy account was going full force it was making over a thousand dollars a month consistently and matching my fbm print on demand sales from amazon and we know amazon is a bigger marketplace probably by quite a bit so anyways guys in this video i'm gonna review this shop give my thoughts what they did well what they can improve upon so let's get straight to it [Music] all right so the shop is called fusion design gifts i'll drop a link to it in the description in case you want to check it out yourself it looks like they are canadian because it says etsy.com ca um typically when it's international shop you see the country code up there and you can see it looks like they're from toronto 27 sales four and a half average uh four and a half star average review i do like that look at the usage of the banner up top it says well not the banner but the um heading i don't know what to call it announcement it says follow us on instagram it looks like they've got an instagram page to match their um their etsy shop that's really nice 105 followers and when is the most recent post i guess i can't see without logging in but that's that's a great idea guys also if you have never used uh place it place it is a great way of generating mock-ups on the fly of your print on demand products i can drop a link to place it in the description below and you can do so much with it as far as these these mock-ups that you see here all right so great i love it and they're also consistent with their branding the seller icon behind me is consistent with their shop icon as well so that's a another great thing to recommend it again this unified presentation to the customer because if a customer comes and sees your shop and it looks like crap then they're probably less likely to even scroll down where your products start and look at your products alright so last updated may 24 2021 so they're active on etsy still 288 products live for sale i love seeing that it looks like you're running a lot of free shipping now my personal opinion if you had to flip a coin between free shipping or running a sale well number one i would say do both but uh i would recommend running a sale over running free shipping that's just based on my personal experience also one thing i notice you're doing and i don't know if this is because i live in the united states and maybe when people look at your shop it gets converted to um canadian dollars i don't know but i would recommend not selling things at like flat pricing uh your featured items here like 18 19 35 34 how about 17.99 18.99 34.99 33.99 et cetera there's been plenty of psychological analysis showing that people are more likely to convert if you just shave off and reduce the left the left digit by one so you can literally shave off a penny and you'll reduce the left digit by one and that'll increase increase your click-through rate and your conversion rate so run a sale maybe revisit your pricing strategy one thing that i would say also standing out immediately is like a mock-up like this where the dude is looking off to the sides is not necessarily recommended because it doesn't really highlight the product itself right nobody's buying the guy's face they're buying the hat and they're specifically buying the embroidery design on the hat so i think that should be front center and featured now if you're using printful to sell these you can actually like just grab their default flat mock-up and it puts the product front and center with the design front and center and that's my recommendation what i used to do is i actually used to zoom in to the product itself and try to make the design like shine while also still kind of showing the potential customer what product it was that it was on so if you missed my video on how to do etsy thumbnails you can actually do them yourself manually i can link to that in the youtube cards right here as well all right you've got some pins that's pretty cool that you're selling pins looks like you've got some stuff targeting day july 4th that is an upcoming holiday so that's great the seasonal stuff is a great way of getting some additional sales and also there's massive potential upside if you get to ranking on primary keywords like funny july 4th shirt if you're ranking near the top of there you can make thousands of dollars i had a hat one time ranking on etsy and it was a kind of like a flash in the pan trend but in a single day i did 4 400 dollars in sales of that one hat on etsy it was selling so well that etsy was running google ads for me not even charging me that's how well it was converting so if you go for something and it ends up taking off you know sky's the limit etsy will actually like pay to bring more customers to your listing because i've seen it happen firsthand i wish everybody could experience that level of success honestly um all right so what else you got going on here see these i like these mock-ups these are great like you got the design front and center it's big it's bold it's easy to read you've got great color contrast between the shirt color and the foreground design i think it's a great presentation this is also another great design i'd say i like how you've executed that i would maybe put camping life bigger but that's just like my personal opinion like in terms of like reality this design on that shirt you've designed it really well but in terms of you needing to get clicked in search results amidst a sea of other options i think etsy puts like 100 or like 90-something products on page one they put a lot you need to get clicked amongst all of those other options and one way that i like to go about doing that is to make the text super easy to read by making it bold and big so i like to maybe put camping on its own line make it bigger put life underneath it make it bigger just thinking out loud here i know that may not translate into as good of a finished product but nobody's going to see the finished product if they don't if they don't actually buy from you right because it's print on demand you have to you have to get the sale first um these pocket designs i think are awesome but i would zoom in both of these right here i think these are great i would zoom in on the pocket design itself though but like show like a sleeve or two of the shirt so that they still know it's a t-shirt because they can see the sleeves that is how i would have gone about doing it um something like this mock-up i think looks good uh just thinking out loud here though you can probably like in etsy typically when you upload your primary thumbnail you can reposition it it says drag to reposition you can actually like drag this up and vertically center it and that's my recommendation there because i'm just saying like this is a good thumbnail but it's just off center like you see i'm talking about hopefully you guys can see this like it's a little bit down and it's like if you could just push it like more centered like that i think that would be hopefully that that shows i've never actually looked and confirmed that that shows when i'm recording but i'm really just trying to say like zoom in on the uh the design itself the rainbow and the part that says teacher um so far though i mean this is a great shop you're off to a great start uh how long have you been on etsy does it tell us no it doesn't say um and you know designs like this where the is actually cut off like you can definitely crop this you know you can crop this to show the design instead of the guy's face because i mean that's more important obviously um if you guys are just watching this video for like what they did well i'm not trying to say you did all this stuff wrong you're doing a great job you've also done a great job using sections so check this out on the left hand side summer shirts women's shirts fall masks teacher shirt workout tees it seems like there's like niches mixed with product types that's perfectly okay over time you may want to refine that and decide whether it's going to be niches or product types i mean you could always do both but um i'm just thinking out loud here i think it would make sense to to pick one or the other because most of the top tier shops you do see doing that and product types is a good good way of doing it unless you've got like a best-selling collection for halloween or something so i like that you've got face masks in its own section we know that those were selling really well for a period of time it looks like you did a lot of like designs optimized for all over print which is a good strategy if you're going to um sell you know i mean what's the flip side right the flip side is you can convert a t-shirt design which is optimized in portrait which is vertical and try to put that on a mask which typically doesn't look good unless you pattern it which a different story for a different day you can do that pretty easily on redbubble it's not as easy to do in printful so i think this is a good strategy for masks one thing i would say though is like a lot of these more generic like landscape-y masks i don't think they sell nearly as well as if you went the comical route you know like what sells best online like memes things that are funny a lot of these shops i've done reviews on uh redbubble every saturday i'm like alternating etsy shop reviews or redbubble shop reviews the best-selling masks to me appear to be the ones that are kind of like poking fun you know a lot of the ones like maybe have like a cartoon face on it or i've seen some masks that are like skin colored and they just have a face and makes people think you don't have one on those things are pretty funny that's just me thinking out loud like i would i'm guessing that when you did these masks you didn't actually do much research into like what was selling so before you go and like you know how make however any masks you did however many masks you made i would just evaluate the best sellers and see if you notice a common thread right and then you can kind of let the creative process begin where you at least have a starting point of you know these convert well you know not these but i meant like you know probably the comedic ones the funny ones um what else you got wedding okay so probably are these bride and groom shirts okay that's funny postcards accessories homemade decor so i love the variations and different product types that you've got available for sale here um you can already guess i'm gonna say like zoom in on the pillows i would probably do that and these phone cases i would probably zoom in a little bit more as well but i do like that you've mixed it up here quite a bit hopefully you're also on redbubble because with redbubble you can upload a design and they'll automatically make it available for sale on all these different product types whereas on etsy it's kind of like one listing one product type and when i make an etsy listing i typically recommend putting something in the description over here right here that says like available on additional products shoot me a message that way you can save on like creating too many listings because they do charge 20 cents quarterly and uh you know you can just have somebody message you and you can kind of work out a price for maybe putting this design on something else a sticker a t-shirt a sweatshirt whatever anyways overall great job with this shop before we wrap up i just wanted to remind you i run a weekly print on demand giveaway it's completely free to enter and it takes like 10 seconds two winners are selected every sunday this week sponsored by merge titans upload automation merch ninja research tools all sunsets premium pre-made graphics and bubble scout the only redbubble niche research and validation tool you can find a link in the description and again completely free and you have a chance of winning all of those things a license to all those things thank you to the sponsors also in the description you can find a link to my 8 day print on demand mini course that will walk you through the printful etsy integration completely free very thorough and one lesson is delivered to your inbox every single day so check that out also i've got a print on demand facebook group in the description and i wrote a full print on demand course walking you through how i make six figure print on demand sales every single year and it's start to finish all encompassing it's like you're looking over my shoulder watching my full process but i also it you know it walks you through starting scaling and then at the end in the bonus section automating so check that out if you're interested and thank you so much for watching guys i appreciate your time if you um like this video just let the youtube algorithm know by hitting that like button and if you're not subscribed and you would like to do that i would really appreciate it but thank you so much for watching guys i'll see you soon [Music] you
