I also love that I get alerts and reminders automatically when clients haven’t signed their agreement. Made our onboarding so much easier. New hires are able to send information and get in faster! It is so much easier to be able to send this to a new hire. Now we are able to send this to them and we can see who is coming in before and prepare for our day. Spend your time on training instead of filling W2 all day. Also cleared up so much room in our filing cabinets.

[Music] what's up guys this is beyond with extendedly for high level and i'm here to share with you another tip or trick now this one is actually a powerful uh follow-up method so we we build these uh nurture messages inside our snapshots and by the way if you don't know about our snapshots go head over to getaccinly.com that's g-e-t extendly.com and go to our snapshot store and check out our snapshots there watch one of the videos uh demo videos there to to learn more about them anyways get let's get back to this so the power of uh having a nurture uh follow-up sequence is that once you set this up and you are having people come in to your nurture sequence you are able to constantly follow up with them and stay in touch with them throughout the sales process to make that sale happen and here i'm going to go ahead and give you a couple of uh different scenarios in which we build weekly text message nurturers now these are not salesy messages because you can't once you have salesy promotional offers put in place and you're sending them on a weekly weekly basis you're going to have people turned off pretty quickly and opt out of those messages so to avoid getting people opted out of the messages and continue to keep them uh opted in to receiving some of these messages marketing messages from you we've turned them into a value added some sort of an educational series uh for you so this is uh from our sas agency in a box snapshot where you're able to sell high level as a white label software sas product uh to potential business businesses that are interested uh in there so when someone opts in or you know lands on your website or a funnel page uh and they've filled out a form or something and you've opted them in they they start to after seven days they start to receive these messages and the whole purpose of this is to one uh to share uh some tips and features and benefits uh with them of your crm and two to brand your crm's name your company's name in their mind so whenever the time is right and they're looking for this product that they need from you that you happen to have they're going to know exactly who to go to without having to think about it crm company did you know our crm is an all-in-one sales and marketing solution that can literally help your business grow interested let's chat all right and here's another one uh did you know uh 10 minute before sms reminder has helped helped us extremely reduce no shows uh next to nothing reducing no shows means higher profitability so now you're telling them what's inside your crm and and how particular they are you're creating value to help them learn here's another one and similarly here's another one uh let's that's calendly instead use our built-in calendar automatic automated confirmation reminders go ahead and schedule a call with us let's see how it works and you know there's a whole bunch of in here like i said there's a total of 52. not only that there's follow-up emails as well so we're being very brief here in the text messages then we take that same content put it in an email and expand on that a little bit more so they can get more information related to that and what we've done is the emails and the text messages are sort of a few days apart so they're not both getting hit with an email and a text message the same day they'll get hit with an email today and a few days later an sms or vice versa so that they can stay engaged uh with uh the product that you are trying to sell to them here's uh how we've done our uh for our dentists in our snapshot we've got tooth tip of the day or two tip by so two tip by abc dentist uh make sure you brush your teeth for at least two minutes a lot of people surprisingly don't know that right so you dentists recommend you gotta brush them for at least two minutes and another you know healthy habit is to brush them first thing in the morning and lasting at night right similarly so you're providing you know important oral tips right here so again next time they're in a uh in a get-together a cocktail party or a friend or family asks them hey i'm having some pain in my teeth or i need to really need to go see a dentist do you recommend anyone guess what they're gonna say yeah you know you know what go to abc uh dentist or xyz dentist and they're gonna remember that because they've been receiving those messages on a date on a regular basis you know once a week at least that is telling them something more important than just selling them on something which is helping them take care of their health right so they're learning uh through this process you're adding value to them which is why they're going to stay opted in yes you're going to have a a certain percentage of your your patients or customers definitely opt out but the percentage that will stay in will stay engaged uh to these uh messages and you can obviously have some sort of a trigger set up at that at a certain point you may want to remove them you know once they've maybe completed a treatment or something like that or switch them to a different uh type of a nurture as well so anyways take a look at this you know you can you can you can design these however you like but uh these guys are really really powerful to to follow up with and the beauty of it is once you've written them set them in you are done
