it is that will allow you to succeed the first point and the most important does not actually involve your funnel it's what you feed the funnel with and what I mean by that is your traffic source for any funnel to work it needs to be fed with traffic you feed it traffic that traffic passes through the imaginary funnel shape and then out at the end pops sales of your product or Services that's how a funnel should work but what I never see online is people talking about out how important it is to feed your funnel with the right traffic Source people only ever focus on the funnel itself thinking that there is some type of magical sequence or funnel that exists that will make your business sales explode if you create the right type of funnel the truth is that no matter what type of funnel you use in order to get the best results and convert as many people as possible into Happy paying customers you need to feed your funnel with the right type of people and by the right type of people I'm referring to people who are already interested in the type of product or service that you are offering a good analogy would be to think of your funnel as a workout plan you could have the best workout plan that currently exists and if you stick to it you will get some results but if you're sticking to that workout plan but fueling yourself with junk food and chocolate and sweets your results will obviously be subpar whereas if you have the best workout plan that currently exists and you combine that with a great nutritional diet the results that come from that will be absolutely incredible the same principle applies to your funnel your focus should be on the quality of the traffic you feed into your funnel rather than you constantly scouring the internet looking for this secret Magical Mystery funnel that will turn everybody into a paying customer because newsflash that doesn't exist now the best type of people to feed your funnel with are people that you collect from your organic content marketing material now what does that mean organic content marketing means basically content that you make and create share without running ads I am not a fan of running ads I've run ads in the past I've had some minor success with ads but most of the time it was money down the drain and most people think that they need to run ads to build a successful business for themselves because ironically that's what other people who are running ads are telling you inside of those ads okay and it's not true the most engaged audience that you can build for yourself and that you can fuel your funnel with which in turn fuels your business is from organic content just like this video a free piece of content that helps me my viewers solve a certain problem that I know they will encounter because I've been there myself and I've coached hundreds of people who have also been there themselves you need to be creating your own type of content doing the exact same thing and inside of that content that is where you can then direct those viewers into your funnel although technically speaking once somebody finds and consumes a piece of your content online technically speaking they have already entered the very top of your funnel which would be the awareness stage meaning that they are now aware that you exist so before you even begin I want you to understand that the funnel itself is only one part of the puzzle what you fuel that funnel with in terms of where that traffic is coming from will determine how successful your funnel will be at converting people from strangers into Happy paying customers okay so now that we've said that let's move on and talk about the actual funnel that today I have had the most success with it's very simple it's a six email sequence that is delivered over seven days and it goes as such day one the moment somebody downloads one of my lead magnets from inside of my organic content they receive an email instantly straight into their email inbox I deliver them the lead magnet that they have actually downloaded one hour later my second email is sent out which is what I call an over deliver email so in this email I give my audience another free downloadable resource which is a PDF guide teaching them how to get free leads for their business in this particular case so so far I've sent them two emails on the first day of them downloading one of my lead magnets which contain nothing but value always lead with value first before you ever try to sell something to your audience or in this case the leads inside of your funnel the following email is sent out 24 hours later and this is where I formally introduce my product which in this case is my digital Creator Academy course so in this email for you this is where you can introduce your paid online course or coaching program or whatever your product or service may be this is the email where you share details regarding that product or that service and you include a link for your lead to check out the sales page 24 hours later the following email is sent out now in this email I answer some of the most common objections that I know people will have regarding my course and I also include a private link to one of my lectures from inside the course that they can click on and get a sneak peek of what is actually like inside of the program for you this is where you should address some of the objections that people may have when it comes to your product or your service as well as maybe a sneak peek inside or you can include some reviews or testimonials from your current customers who have purchased to already purchased your products and show your leads what they are saying about it never underestimate the power of reviews or testimonials for your business people are people are much more comfortable with buying something new when they can see what other people have experienced from that given product or service nobody wants to be the test guinea pig or the canary down the mine when it comes to buying something new they want to see that it works and what others have to say about that particular product so including reviews in your emails is a very powerful way to help you convert people who are on the fence about buying your particular product to your service okay the following email is again sent out 24 hours later so I'm pretty sure we're on day four right now of the email sequence or funnel in this email I include both reviews and testimonials of my course the digital Creator Academy and I also mentioned that today will be the final day for the leads to join before missing out on the bonus material that's included so up until this point if somebody joins my course they will also be given access to a bonus course or material that I include but in order to receive that today is the final day that they need to join before that goes away so if they decide to join after today they will no longer receive the bonus material that I offer this is what is known as a scarcity element if people know that they can buy something whenever they like they are much more likely to sit on the fence or put that product into the or buy it later on bucket and most of the time later on will never come but when something is limited or time-bound AKA scarce it forces people to make a decision there and then because they know that if they don't act now they won't have the opportunity to buy that product again later on so adding a scarcity element to your email sequence will force everybody to make a decision as to whether or not they are going to buy your product if they don't feel that it's a good fit then they will leave it no harm done but if they do think it's a good fit they'll purchase now rather than missing out on the opportunity now you can add the scarcity Factory in a few different ways you can offer a limited discounted price point you can open and close your course after a certain time people can no longer enroll until you reopen the doors again you can do what I do which is to offer exclusive bonus material that disappears after a certain amount of time you have many options available to you now whatever option you choose I recommend that you choose one because adding the scarcity element will force people who are on the fence to make a decision rather than place your product into the there I'll buy later on bucket which basically means that they are not going to buy it and the final email which is sent out 48 hours later is a simple link sending people to one of my more popular YouTube videos which I think that they will find helpful depending on what sequence of mine they are inside of and that is it six emails sent out over seven days or six days and I know that now some of you watching this will be thinking well that can't be it what about retargeting ads or what about additional sequences and what about upsells and thank you pages and all that other stuff that other people online talk about let me be blunt with you this funnel that I've just given you is more than capable of taking you and your business into the six figure territory some even multiple six-figure territory you do not need to overwhelm yourself with trying to build this ridiculous over-the-top funnel with 100 features to make very very good money sure some of my funnels are more complicated than what I've shared shared with you and they have additional features and they have additional steps inside however if you are just starting out you don't need to to have all of that in place to share what you need is just a simple funnel exactly what I've given you but more importantly you need to have good traffic sources that are feeding that funnel Now by good traffic sources I mean organic content that collects leads for you just like this video not paid ads organic content it could be YouTube videos it could be blogs it could be a podcast whatever you choose now I recommend YouTube videos because video is the future in my opinion but whatever you choose just create and release good content consistently with the aim of getting traffic into your funnel it takes time but you will be so much more successful doing it this way rather than spending fortunes on running ads and trying to fuel your funnel this way trying to get rich quickly slow and steady will win the race
