a sustainable Freight dispatching company is marketing you need to have a marketing plan what a marketing plan I would say first of all what you need is a business plan so our business plan is your plan that you're going to manifest into the industry your plan is the business plan it's the idea that you're going to take that's in your mind and you're going to manifest it into the industry so this idea it needs to be different than anything already in the marketplace so what you do in any business that you're in you look at the marketplace you see all the ideas that's in the marketplace and you implement those same ideas in your business but then you think of a lot more value to offer that additional value to your business too and that's your going to be your unique value proposition your unique value proposition or your ubp is what's going to help you stand out in a crowded Marketplace by having a ubp customers are going to be attracted to your business because you're offering something that the marketplace isn't offering so when I was trying to find owner operators spot trying to find truck drivers to sign up for my dispatching company that's exactly what I was doing I was trying to find owner operators but once I found an owner operator that doesn't mean that the owner operator is attracted to my services or attracted to what I'm selling so to get owner operators are attracted to what I'm selling I offer more value than the rest of the marketplace and what that does that attracts the right owner operators to me so even if that's just five owner operators in the beginning off of each truck you can make up to about 800 a week off of each truck so if you have five owner operators that you're dispatching for that's going to be 4 thousand dollars a week and sixteen thousand dollars a month but the whole issue the whole problem is most people don't get up to making that amount of money because you don't get up to that many clients because you're not attracting owner operators so I know it's a lot of you guys out there that have problems getting clients attracting clients attract the owner operators but this is what you need to do you need to think of an idea that's not in the marketplace and Market that idea and I'm going to break all that down to you guys in this video that's what I did I thought about idea and I implemented a sales funnel not having a sales funnel that's why a lot of you guys can't find any clients and aren't generating any Revenue you have to have a sales funnel so what a sales funnel is going to do it's going to take people who have never heard about you never heard of your business and it's going to show your business to these people that's what your sales funnel is going to do so even if you're making social media posts or you have videos or it's through Word of Mouth what you're going to do is called build brand awareness you're going to build brand awareness so a lot of you guys that don't have any customers you're focused too much on dispatching and the steps of dispatching and the paperwork and all that stuff that you need to learn very quickly and then just learn how to be a business owner so you know how to to be a dispatcher but you don't know how to be a business owner so you have to have a sales funnel this even this is before you even try to attract the owner operator before you try to get your first client you need to have a sales funnel and that needs to be a plan and you need to follow that plan a lot of you guys don't have customers because you're following the market and you're just looking at what the Market's doing but you're not thinking of your own idea and then introducing that to your potential customers in the process of what's called a sales funnel so in the sales funnel at the top of your sales funnel the very top the widest part of the sales funnel that's called brand awareness so you're taking your business and your building brand awareness you're introducing your business and your service services to your potential customers so that's the top of the funnel right but just because those people see you for the first time that doesn't mean they're ready to buy from you so you got to funnel them down through your funnel so after brand awareness which is the top of the funnel which we call tofu top of the top of the funnel and then after brand awareness we have the middle of the funnel which caused mofu middle of the funnel middle of funnel right so in the middle of the funnel what happens is the funnel gets smaller in the middle funnel you have people that's more interested so you show your videos you show your content to the same people again and then judge it off of how many people watch that second video now they're in the middle of the funnel because they click the link they watch another video from you they like the post or whatever they did now they're showing more interest about whatever it is you're talking about you're talking about Freight dispatching or whatever the product or service that you're selling online and remember Freight dispatching is an online business but most people that get into this business they know nothing about marketing a business online so if you want to be successful in free dispatching with it which is an online business you have to know the process of a marketing a business online so this these are what this is what you guys are missing you know this is a difference between zero dollars a month and and well over twenty thousand dollars and in this video later on I'm going to explain to you guys what I would do right now even being brand new if I was new to the industry no prior experience I will be explaining what I would do right now to get into this game and get over everybody else everybody else in this market I would get over them being brand new I could get over them today and I'm going to tell you guys why but like I said you got the top of the funnel tofu you got the middle of the funnel mofu so as we go down on the funnel these people are showing more interest because they're still liking your videos and commenting on your posts so then and in the middle of the funnel is considered it's consideration so what it is you want to offer them something for free this is when you want to offer them a free strategy call more to come on free strategy calls later in this video as part of the plan how I could make thirty thousand forty thousand dollars a month right now brand brand new and I'm gonna give you guys the idea I'm gonna tell you why I would do it but we got tofu you got mofu top that's the 10 top of the funnel that's the middle of the funnel then after that you got both food that's the bottom of the funnel so on the bottom of the funnel that's when you're gonna that's the conversion stage right so in those videos you need to be trying to get those people to hit the link you need to get them to take action doing conversion doing a conversion stage so during this whole funnel you got them used to your company who you are what service you are services you offer they probably sing you on video a couple times they've probably seen your ads and now at the bottom of the funnel they're going to get the conversions their conversions campaign this is the bottom of the funnel right these are the people that's really interested in your product or service that you're selling them because they watch all your other ads they watch all your other videos and now you got them interested in your bread business Attract it to your services attracted to what you're saying and in the bottom of the funnel you are wanting to convert them into paying customers so in the video in the next few minutes I'm going to tell you guys how I would set up a whole plan being brand new not being a truck driver before having no prior experience of the logistics industry just starting my dispatch business I would tell you guys how I'm going to get over everybody in the industry also one more thing I want to drop on you guys like I said most people to start this business they're just starting a dispatch business there they just want to start a business right they want to become a dispatcher but that's not enough right you want to start you want to build a sustainable great dispatching company that draws revenue or attracts Revenue now and on to the Future so if you're starting this business I want you to stop saying that you're starting a business or you're you're going to be a dispatcher or you're starting a dispatch business every time you think about your business this is what I want you to say I want you to say I am now building a sustainable Freight dispatch company that attracts me Revenue now and on into the future because that's what you really want to build you don't want to just become a dispatcher or start a freight dispatching company you want to build a sustainable company so that's why a lot of you guys are failing you're using your I am and Van your I am is very strong right what you put your I am in what you put your belief in right so if you put your belief in that you're just starting a company anybody can do that anybody can achieve that belief but no you want to put your belief in that you're are that you are now building a sustainable great dispatching company so I want you guys to take those exact words I said or you can change them up a little bit to match you specifically but if you really want to make it in this business every morning when you wake up first thing I want you to do I want you to have a notepad next to you and I want you to write I am now building a sustainable Freight dispatching company that draws me revenue or attracts me Revenue now and on into the future so I want you to write that down first thing when you wake up and you think about that and as you're writing it down and after you write it down I want you to visualize yourself I want you to see yourself owning your business whatever you think whatever you believe that you will achieve with your business I want you to see yourself every morning doing it and as you go throughout the day I want you to see yourself doing it and at night I want you to write another statement I want you to say I am thankful for all the information and knowledge that I received today to help me build my accounts make a business page and then Market this value market these auxiliary services that your owner operators will get and the big part is they save 15 or whatever percent that you have worked out with your business partner right so that's going to create more value for your owner operators that's going to attract owner operators from for you and it's going to make your company stand out from the marketplace because owner operators aren't seeing this anywhere else and when they come across your videos on social media that's going to make them sign up with your company to save time and money they're going to be check it out they're going to both be saving time and money because they're not going to have to go out and look for a CPA a factoring company or whatever other service and they're going to save money off because they're dispatching with you right so they say time and money by doing this this is going to track owner operators to your business I I really do believe if you Market this the right way that you can attract five owner operators easily and more attract more over time and those five owner operators can be sixteen thousand dollars per month and that's right up
