How to create outlook signature

hi guys john from switchbird here as you probably know you know switchboard excels at driving your inbound leads into text conversations uh which is beneficial to your business in a whole host of ways um you know not least of which is uh that it allows your business to be responsive uh 24 7. uh it allows you to automate uh processes of lead intake and common inquiries uh allows you to put your best foot forward in a conversational sale it's a medium that's preferred by consumers it's a medium that's not owned by facebook or google among other advantages so you know we focused a lot on on lead capture and lead qualification but once you've used a switchboard for that um sort of top of the hourglass part of the funnel what can we do to help you with the bottom of the hourglass with moving those conversations along to a sale i want to look at a few things we've added recently so let me pull up my switchbird dashboard here so you can see i've got a a new inbound lead here johnny appleseed came through our automated lead intake funnel uh and you know typically i've i've got um you know a host of tools available to me to continue the conversation i've you know templatized responses i can trigger automations for various uh things i can even do something as transactional as uh request a payment um but you know sometimes you want to do something to you know further the conversation towards a sale that is transactional but isn't maybe uh requesting a payment yet so um what we've done is we've uh packed some new features into this slide out for every new contact well first off you'll notice a big piece of real estate here is uh devoted to um identifying uh whether that contact is opted in or not yet uh and then you have tools to to manually opt in or opt out uh those those customers or or request an opt-in from them and that's just uh to you know part of our larger program to really support you being um as uh as compliant as uh you wanna be with respect to the regulations around text messaging um but uh you know i've also got tools here now at my fingertips um to you know quickly categorize leads that come in so i might say you know all right johnny appleseed is a vip he gets tagged here he gets tagged there and when i send out a broadcast to all of my vips he's there in that that segment uh i might want as a next step uh to uh call johnny appleseed right and so this is something that's been oft requested is the ability to let your agents or you know who's ever manning your dashboard to call the customer without using their personal phone right this is all about getting uh these conversations off of our personal phones into uh into a business context and so what this feature does is i can put my actual phone number in there and what will happen is a switchbar will initiate a call between my switchboard number and my number and then my switchboard number and the customer's number and bridge those calls so the customer will be getting a call from me uh from my switchbird number um so uh calling the customer is one next step we can take uh to move the conversation along uh often uh you know what our um uh you know clients in a number of industries consider a conversion uh is is not a sale per se or a you know follow-up conversation uh so much as booking an appointment right so um this is an off requested feature that you can set up here create a an appointment for let's say a couple days from now at 3 30 and schedule it and what will happen is the customer will get an invite for the appointment and you'll see we've queued up a couple of reminders one for 24 hours before the appointment and one for an hour before the appointment so you've got built-in text message appointment scheduling and reminders to drive that you know that next step in the conversation and ensure that the customer shows up right they're going to have a couple of reminders here and we'll be um allowing you to build out your own reminder cadences and follow-up cadences too but i just wanted to show you this new bit of capability and hope it helps you all right thanks for watching
