you did okay so if that's the case I want your attention for the next 10ish minutes or so and I'm going to show you exactly what we did how we set it up how we automated everything but physically picking up the phone because we don't use AI because this is just weird to do that okay and so how we were able to pull this off okay the step-by-step guide for your you or your smma team you can do this yourself I would personally recommend to get other people do this for you but how you can two to 3x your smma appointments without any additional effort by increasing your cold call pickup rates okay so I want you to use this as anop for yourself or if you're lazy and not broke like I am give this to your Setter team and have them book 5 to 10 appointments a day well you can set appointments for yourself on Tinder okay so step number one you want to smash scrape for cheap using software if you are sitting there around in Google Maps copy paste like a you're a loser you are a loser and that's the only way to put it okay leverage software okay your time is much better off you're much better off spending the 50 bucks or the 99 bucks the software cost and spending 7even hours around in Google Maps trying to copy paste screen in websites okay grow up okay you're an entrepreneur don't be doing stupid the best offer is going to be dependent on your Niche so I don't know what the best software is we personally used Apollo D7 lead finder is good lead rocks is good do your own research find you know find software that's good a pro tip here I never actually use this but people uh that I'm partnered with people in my community uh were talking about this and sharing this with each other there is underground software that hacks a uh Apollo's API so you can like get it for free unfortunately I don't have the link because that was just being talked about so don't like if it doesn't exist like don't come at me but you know do a little you know maybe spend you know a little bit of time seeing if you can find that link because it does exist out there okay that's step number one okay step number two get cell phone numbers okay now I was sitting there uh you know with some uh with some agency friends of mine and you know they were looking at my data right they were looking at my data seeing the numbers and whatnot and they're like damn your pickup rate sucks right this before I fix this then this is how you're going to fix this too right and the first thing that they noticed is like you know they started to call Elites call Elites they were like we were just like around at the table and they're like you know what let me call call for you and so they started dialing they started dialing and every single phone went to like a Office voicemail hey you've reached the office of insert company name and then they said to me it's like oh you need cell phone numbers when you call call cell phone numbers your pickup rat is going to be two three times better just based on that and so I was like oh really okay so then I went and I found this software right here from some RC put me put me on the map here okay guy I'm partnered with an RC put me on the map here and was like Hey use this software I'm going to link this whole thing in the description so you guys can check this out too and basically what it does is when you have all these phone numbers it can determine whether it's a cell phone number or a like a tollfree landline like an office phone number and it categorizes them right so you can throw the landline line out the window if you want or if you want to you know try them later if you don't have that many leads but more importantly you can get all the cell phone numbers so you're just calling cell phone numbers so you can 2 3x your overall appointments booked without any additional effort okay that's step two okay step number three you want to sort my area code this will massively also increase your pickup rate because what you want to do is you want to call between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m. and 4 to 5 p.m. PST or sorry in whatever time zone you're in I'm in PST but no matter whatever time zone you're whatever time zone your prospect is in okay and this is like so true I even experienced this in my personal life when I first read that I was like I don't know like really but then I thought about it and I was like if you call me at like noon I'm not answering the phone I'm working I got to do I don't give a right anybody who calls me with something of value I already have them as a contact that's just something I've learned okay but when I get phone calls while I'm maybe driving to the gym or driving home from the gym at like 4:30 p.m. and I'm bored it I'll answer right and that's just me right and it is so true that if you call between 4:00 and 5:00 p.m. that's the best time to be cold calling people 800 and 9:00 a.m. is also good cuz sometimes people might be on their way to their office or something like that or just kind of getting settle in before they've actually started working on projects and before they started you know fires and problems with come up right if you call somebody in the middle of the day where they're in the middle of a project they have an over they're a little bit overwhelmed with their to-do list they're not going to give you the time of day so you want to call them when either their to-do list is done or before it is even started okay so what you do here is you take this uh sheet it's a it's already in the map it's already in there uh it'll be in the description for you guys uh and when you paste all your area codes in here right let's say it's 2011 like what it's going to do is it's going to pull data from here and then it's going to tell you what time zone is in so let's say you know name you know Dylan Wilson and then my phone number is just kidding but let's say I had a 2011 area code bull update to EST right so when and it doesn't matter right like let's say 201 202 123 1 2 3 4 like it was a full phone number right C CST because apparently 210 is CST right so what you can do is you can sort all your phone numbers by uh time zone and then when it's 400 p.m. CST you call all the CST numbers okay that will massively increase your pickup rates okay next thing style time oh between 8 800 or 9:00 a.m. 4: to 5:00 p.m. uh PST or in your time zone on PST can't get that out I'm my head here next thing here use a power dialer okay if you I don't even know where my phone is my phone's right here if you were trying to cold call and you're sitting here typing in the phone number check check in type it in you look like a and you're wasting your time okay don't do that okay use a power Tyler be smart don't just work hard work smart okay I have partnered with a lot of guys in RSC and I'm like damn you work way harder than I do you're up at 4:00 a.m. in the morning you're grinding all day long you work way harder than I do it's not the hardest worker that wins it's the smart EST worker that wins so long as you have a base level of effort okay one of the ways that you can work a lot smarter at the same amount of time is by using a power dialer okay now don't use go high level right and first of all if you don't know what a power dialer is that's okay I was once dumb too but a power dialer is something that's automatically going to dial phone number by phone number by phone number so you don't have to type in each individual one it'll just automatically dial the next number after you finish the first phone call anyways go high level has this don't use it the number goes straight to spam save your time and energy by listening to me now don't use the one to go ey level it doesn't work okay now close.com is my goto okay so close is a CRM really really good it also has a bonus thing that I'll share with you guys in a second here okay within close uh you can you know uh sort contacts by like uh you know where they are in your pipeline have you called them once do they book an appointment all that kind of stuff it's really organized with that and it also has a really built-in power dialer and it was only like $49 per per user I believe so relatively pretty cheap okay you have to pay a little bit extra for like a phone number and what that was as well too this was like a massive time saer this is why we were able to do a th000 plus dials a day right think about if you started doing a 1,000 dial a day how much more money would you make probably a lot more right and so with my coal colors efficiency right in two hours of dialing time and like three coold colors we were able to get to like 500 1,000 dials right you're sitting there for 4 hours a day type into your fingers turn blue to get through 150 dials this is why we won this is why we're winning okay job not finished shouldn't have said that anyways the next thing here is what I was going to share is the bonus which is leverage a predictive dialer so close has this I don't know if any other uh crms have this but basically what a predictive dialer is is like it'll call like 10 different numbers at the same time and it'll forward you to whichever one picks up that's like beast mode efficiency okay yes you're like you won't get as many pickups throughout your entire leads list so I wouldn't do this if you have limited leads like if you only have like 10,000 leads I wouldn't do this but if you if you're in a niche that just has like 500 a million leads use a predictive dialer because then you'll be like beast mode efficiency okay you'll be able to get to like 2,000 dials in like an hour right now last thing here is use targeted area cod so we actually didn't do this cuz I was too lazy to set it up I'm being completely honest and we made enough money from the co Kong that we just reinvested everything to ads and that's how we took off from there but if you really want to go to the next level you'd want to get an area code per state right cuz like I said earlier I personally rarely answer the phone when somebody calls me unless I know who it is and sometimes when I know what it is I especially don't answer the phone just joking most the time when I get a call from unknown answer I don't answer the one time I think you know maybe I'm curious let's see with this let's see what's up here is when it's a call from a number that also lives in the same city as me or in the same state as me I don't live in a state I live in a province from Canada but you get the point right and so if you do all these things here if you Mass grate for cheap using software you get cell phone numbers not land line numbers you sort them by area code and you you dial between 8: or 9 a.m. or 4: to 5:00 p.m. you use a power dialer to be efficient with your time and you Target and you use targeted area codes you will bouet 10 appointments so long as you're not a on the phone and if you do all this kind of stuff and you still can't book appointments you should either quit or you need to watch the video that I'll link at the top of the description which is us going at me showing you guys our live calls where we actually like set up appointments and you guys can see like you know what are scripts look like like all that kind of stuff too so maybe you just have a shitty script something that's totally okay um and if that's the case check that link in the description and you'll see that okay so that is how you can flood your calendar so you can make your sales appointment calendar look like this your document platform look like this and you can make a lot more money so you're not broke anymore okay now I am looking for a few more Partners uh that that I'm looking to jump into their business actually come to the trenches with them build out infrastructures such as what you see here and guarantee them an additional $20,000 a month in Mr really I would want to go to 50 but if you're kind of just like beginner right
