hey what's going on guys justin here in this video i'm going to walk you through what an outbound appointment center is what they should be doing and the top strategies that we have found that generate more appointments so we did a video not too long ago discussing what an appointment center is and inside of that video we talked about your appointment center should be doing outbound appointment setting and inbound appointment setting and why we think your appointment setter or an appointment center should do both so i'm going to link up that video but this video is going to describe more in detail about the outbound appointments that are and what strategies that they should be using so i'm going to be reading off of a cheat sheet in the description below i'm going to give you guys a link and you go to that link enter in a couple pieces of information and we'll email you this cheat sheet so a couple of things that your outbound appointment setters should do so let me first back up and say that majority of these things are going to be digital activities now your outbound appointments that are they could be going in door knocking they could be doing more in-person events but that's really not that scalable they can be doing that thing like if you were a solar company or a real estate agent going around to houses you could be doing that or like a roofing company but majority of the clients that we work with or digital businesses and these are the digital strategies that we are finding that's working very very well so our top ones are cold email facebook and instagram dms cold calling linkedin voicemail and text message okay now we can send out about 200 outbound messages a day if you follow these guidelines i'm gonna walk you through what they are so we'll start with code email i will say when i first started i thought it was very spammy i didn't think it would work but there is a reason why people continue to do cold email we probably get a handful of clients each and every single week from cold email alone and so do all of our clients so it still works we used to be able to like hire virtual assistants overseas and they can send out hundreds of emails a day manually and that that took a lot of labor but we figured out a strategy that you can automate the outbound cold emails and you can send out about a thousand emails per day so a thousand emails a day on cold email and then facebook and instagram what we recommend i got a video you know talking about how to find you know leads and how to scrape these i'll link that down in the description as well but we recommend that in facebook and instagram you find your target audience and then you send them a message and you can do that max about 30 times per day so 30 messages on facebook and 30 messages on instagram per day before facebook or instagram starts to flag you and ban your account we recommend you only do five per hour 30 per day max on instagram and linkedin so we got email we got instagram we got facebook now linkedin linkedin is one of like my top two favorite cold email and linkedin linkedin you can send out about 100 connection requests per week and we have an automation software when you send out a connection request it automatically sends them a message and you craft that message if you know if you've done your marketing if you've done your copywriting correctly you know you can craft that message around their pain points and so that they will respond to you and then you can initiate a conversation qualify them and then book an appointment right so 100 connection requests and then you can also do 500 invites per email a week and then you also depending on what plan you have you have free in-mail credits per month so you can send out messages that way and then last but not least text message and voicemail drops we recommend doing about 300 per day again we're gonna link down below you can figure out how to get a list and then connect that to a software that you can send out text messages and send out voicemail drops as well so in summary we got about a thousand emails sending out for a cold email 30 messages per day on facebook 30 messages per day on instagram cold calling 100 per day 100 linkedin requests per week and then 300 text messages and voicemail drops per day now those are the limits that we recommend that you send out per day now let's talk about kpis so when you're sending out messages there's a couple of key performance indicators that you want to be aware of when you're sending out cold email you want to at least be at a threshold of a 15 open rate meaning that when someone gets your email you want to if you're sending out a thousand emails you want to make sure that 15 of those people are actually opening that email and then the response rate should be anywhere between one to three percent 1 to three three percent of people are responding to the email that you are seeing if you're not meeting those kpis there's a couple of things that you need to to look at and uh we'll we'll probably do another video on that that's like a whole video on its own uh dms linkedin and text messages you should be getting around a 10 response rate on the message that you are sending your ideal prospect and then voicemail drops you should be getting around a 30 response rate just because when you call somebody you leave a voicemail usually gets a better response so those are the kpis again guys i'm going to link down in the description below a link where you can get this cheat sheet we put this together a nice little pdf and just click that link you'll enter in your information and we'll be able to email that o right over to you so if you guys like this video go ahead and smash that thumbs up button hit the subscribe button so you can see more videos like this if you have any questions feel free to put those in the comments and i'll see you guys on the next video [Music]
