hey everyone um Aiden here and in this video I'm going to be showing you guys how um you can scale your B2B agency using an automated or you know just an outbound sales system in general right so um if you're into B2B space you know how important it is to um identify and qualify potential leads um you know that you're trying to reach out to and because you don't want to be hopping on with on to cause with people who aren't qualified right because then you're just like wasting you and you know your sales people's times because um people who are not qualified they're not going to buy from you right so um that's where a lot of automated tools and um having you know an outbound sales system that you know really works um comes into play um not only does having an automated sales system kind of like save you a lot of time but it also increases the efficiency because by having you know a good system for scraping leads and reaching out to them um you won't you won't have to you know manually book appointments you won't have to manually qualify them and it would just you know allow you a lot more time to do a lot of other things in your business right so um yeah if you guys don't know who I am by the way my name is Aiden I'm the founder of expansively and what we do is we help you know b2p agency owners um you know book a hundred sales calls in the next 60 days and the methods that we use include code email Outreach um social media um code Outreach um you know Reddit you guys have never probably like heard about using Reddit um we use quora we use uh contact forms we just get you guys in front of us many business owners as possible right in your Niche so um that's what we do if you guys are interested in um what we have to offer then go ahead and book a call down below um but yeah let's go ahead and get started so um the first step of um any good sales system is you want it so that your leads are getting qualified automatically right so what do I mean by that um well when you're scraping leads right so most people what they do here is um they'll go ahead and you know just go buy a lead list off of someone right or they'll go ahead and just um take a list of leads right so um let's say for example you go on Fiverr so let me show you guys here so let's say you go on Fiverr right and let's say B2B leads right so on Fiverr you could go ahead and just you know like most of these people they're not selling just like a lead list right but they're also not selling you necessarily like the best leads right you you see what I'm saying like they're giving you cheap leads right and the reason why they're able to offer you guys the leads so cheap right and this is like a really cheap person but usually it's a little bit more expensive so um yeah 100 leads right so the reason why they're able to offer to you so cheaply right is because they're using you know all these tools which there's nothing wrong with using these tools but they're just using data that everyone else already has as well right they're just using Google they're using LinkedIn and um yeah a lot of these times they're not you know really digging deep and finding out more data about you know these leads and Target points that you know that they're scraping out so um what you want to do is you want to come in here and you want to use um tools or just you know manual scraping to go ahead and um you know find more data on these people right so um let's say you find a company um you want to go ahead and you know run it through one of these tools right like snob you can use Hunter and you want to be generating your own leads using one of these tools right so um a lot of these tools that you can use them to do is you can use them to find people and find leads based on tribe titles you can find it based on industry obviously um location and then from there you want to use um this is where the tools really come into play you want to use it to find thermographic data and just more deep information as well right such as Revenue company size recent purchases um what technologies they're using and more and the reason why you want to do this is because it qualifies the leads further for you right like it takes away a step of um you know lead qualification process right like if you usually would have to ask a company like how much are you doing in Revenue right um are you interested are you guys in the market for um you know any digital marketing Services if you see that a company just decided to drop off of digital marketing um you know from another company or if you see that a company um you know decides that uh or if you're trying to do a an Outreach campaign for companies uh between 11 and 50 people right you can use these tools and um you know find extra data that you know typically other people aren't scraping right so some tools that are you know really popular for this is um you know use Artemis it's a newer one Hunter it's also a relatively popular one snob obviously and the one that is like um super super useful in my opinion is clay that run which I'll go ahead and show you guys right now and actually yeah play don't run I'll just go ahead and give you guys a quick look inside so clay dot run it's like a newer um it's in your company it's a newer tool and pretty much what it does is it just Aggregates data from a whole bunch of um of these lead finder tools right so um it takes data from Hunter it takes data from snob and it takes data just from a whole bunch of sources so go ahead and take a look here I'll go ahead and log in and um yeah so pretty much what you can do is they have templates here but you could do a whole bunch of different things you could like find open rules so if people have open marketing rules you can go ahead and Target them right because they're obviously in the market for marketing um you can scrape from Google Maps you can find decision makers from you know links or companies and yeah so that's what you want to do is you know the first step of the lead qualification process or the first step of the process you know can take out two steps right you know if you scrape good leads then um you don't have to qualify the leads later on so um so yeah that's part one is you want to have a good um you know lead qualification system by having good scraping data so our second part is you want to be able to oops automate the Outreach systems um for your leads so once you have a list of qualified leads to start to it's time to start sending um you know emails DMS whatever else to them um and then this is where you want to you know have an automated Outreach system right like as a business owner you spending the time of your day to take like five six hours to set out 100 200 you know 50 100 whatever 300 code outreaches a day I just went backwards and all over the place but um yeah taking that time out of your day to just you know send messages just to hope for you know a couple people to respond this is something that you want like this is not something you want to be doing yourself as a business owner right so you want to have a system um where you're taking yourself out of the equation um in terms of at least for outreach at the very least right because if you're doing Outreach all day you're not going to be able to there's only so many so much businesses you could generate by yourself by doing that right so um code email is a great way that you could automate your hourly trade obviously there's a ton of code email tools out there there's um you know instantly super popular right now there's on limbless there's a mail shake you know there's a woodpecker uh me personally I use Smart lead just because it's like um I don't know I just like smartly so um uh yeah so Cody mail that's a great way to unmade your Outreach um you could use code DM right um code DM this is the way that you would automate it using um you know social media is there's a couple tools out there right there's a tweet DM if you wanted to use that but it's rather expensive um you know there's social media management tools um like HootSuite uh a little follow Adder here like you can see I don't know if you see that but um yeah there's just a couple tools but most of the time um if you want to just play it on the safe side what you want to do is you want to hire a VA right and you know the great thing about a VA is that they're super cheap right or I don't wanna that's that's kind of up to say but like a VA the cost of their labor is going to be much much cheaper than if you were to spend or spend your own time you know doing the Outreach so um yeah like a VA could cost anywhere from you know two to four dollars an hour um the one downside is is that you're gonna have to train up the VA to um you know obviously be able to get you know sell your offering into DMS well not necessarily sell the offering but at least just train them up on what to do so um that is the downside but you definitely want to have a system and be able to you know take yourself out of um doing that and then just having a VA is a really great way of doing that so um code code DMS on social media it's a great way and then obviously you want to have an omnichannel Outreach system so just get in front of as many people as possible um you know I use contact forms I use um Reddit I try to get in front of people um on forums I try to get people in newsletters you know it just get in front of people right like and you know you can use tools and you could use automations there's no code automations like here's a tool called bardeen right um and then you could use these to just automate your Outreach workflow and um you know use tools right um if you guys want a great website you guys can take a look at for code Outreach tools um look right here it's called get r h y s right and it just shows a bunch of different you know tools that you can use um go ahead and you know automate your Outreach um and you know with with these tools you could go ahead and send just tons and tons and tons and tons and tons of Outreach messages per day so um your goals should always be a thousand hours messages per day so if email that's at least 20 inboxes and then you know however many accounts so yeah um automate your Outreach systems on on social media you can send like 50 DMS per day pair inbox same thing with email about 50 emails per day so yeah just automate your Outreach systems finally obviously you want to have a good system for booking people onto cause so um once you've reached out to potential leads the next step obviously is to get them onto a call and this could be a challenge especially if you're just reaching out to people who don't know you right like you're just setting a DM like you guys have probably gone plenty of code DMS cold calls whatever it is and you know it's just from random people like what's your incentive to open up their message respond to them and you know just interact with them even you know so that's why it's important that you need to be able to create a replica system um to warm up your prospects and encourage them you know to get on a call with you to um to see what you have to offer and to you know do business with you right so um the ways that you can do that is by sending them educational content so um you know just providing value right like the way I'm doing um for you guys now I'm just showing you guys like a system and you know tools and ways that you guys can you know send out and you know create an Outreach system for you guys this B2B agency right so um you know creating educational content and sending it to them um showcasing your case studies right so um let's say that you're in you're in like a web design Niche like hey um I just helped this company do um you know increase their conversion rate by three percent um by making this change um above the flow to their you know website so uh you know showcasing case studies is a great way to you know get them warmed up offering to make a free conference a free consultation right so um you know offering them some free advice about you know their business offering them you know if you walk through you know things like that and then you're simply following up on them regular uh regularly right so um on average a person needs to be um has to see you seven times before they do business or make a sale or make or not make sale make a purchase for me right so just following up with them is super powerful because you know you're every time that someone sees you and sees your follow-up it increases the chances that um that you know that they'll at least you know respond to you so um yeah then you want to build a system to warm up the prospects and you know get them on calls and then um for creating a system of book Cause um when you once you have the system created it will greatly increase the chances that you know your code leads are converting to hot ones because you know you're turning a code Prospect into a warm one and you're not just trying to convert a code Prospect into you know a purchaser so um yeah there's many different tools that you can use right um like calendly is pretty obvious one Zoom everyone knows about that go high level it's an awesome awesome CRM system that pretty much just combines a whole bunch of tools right um email marketing website Builders um you know CRM system you know phone calls um code email everything and run right um zapier everyone knows about this too it automates tasks for you so um yeah you're just like tasks you want to automate so let's say um someone goes ahead and books a call it automatically gets an alert sent out to you or if um you know one inbox gets a replied then it'll automatically send something like the CR and you know save your everyone loves it um HubSpot everyone knows it Salesforce everyone knows what that is too so um using a combination of these tools you can create a replica system for booking cause um just remember um the golden rule is you have to be persistent and um just try to personalize your Outreach as much as possible right now you don't have to necessarily go and compliment every single person like hey I saw you posted about your dog um who cares right like no one cares that you saw that you know they post about the dog just make sure you come up with unique ways that you are speaking to your target audience right so um yeah in conclusion um you know we've covered the importance of qualifying leads by um scraping good data um and we've you know covered how to automate your Outreach by using Code email code DMS and va's and you know code Outreach and then um you know we discuss how you create a system for you
