all right top of the morning to you so this is a continuation video of the one i did yesterday where i show you how to get your prospects how to market how to do sales in recruiting and staffing the system that i use every week to reach out to you know many hiring managers or candidates on automation so if you haven't watched that video go back and watch it i believe it's titled how to secure three jobs in under 30 days watch that video first because this video will make more sense right so for those of you who are currently recruiting or if you're doing sales within a staffing company i hope this video will inspire you to understand that you can do this on your own you don't need to give up 80 of your commission to a house staffing company you don't need to be handcuffed to a desk and a chair every day that is no way to live this system is going to allow you to get your marketing efforts at scale there's no cold calling here this is all teeing up warm calls getting hiring managers on zoom calls for you to cultivate relationships and get jobs i'm going to show you exactly how it works i actually ran a campaign last week of only 53 hiring managers that i um got from linkedin sales navigator and zoom info like i showed you and out of those 53 i was able to book six zoom video calls and i was able to acquire three new jobs all right those are um astonishing numbers and you can do the same thing from a coffee shop from a wework from the comfort of your home you can travel bring your laptop with you at the pool that's how i live my life right now i wake up whenever the hell i want to wake up monday tuesday whatever um get a nice breakfast work out come to the office around 10 in the morning go to the pool sometimes because i'm able to put my marketing efforts um on automation and uh there's nothing wrong with that i don't feel guilty for doing that and you won't either so let's just jump into it uh let me go ahead and minimize my my screen here um so back to loxo which is the applicant tracking system that i gave you a brief preview of yesterday i just purchased this i want to say two months ago i was using bullhorn for a very long time and bullform was great but i'm loving loxo and let me show the feature that i'm using every week religiously right now that is giving me the results that i need without having to sit here and make you know 50 cold calls and all that kind of garbage um so it's called outreach and this uh feature right here allows you to load up marketing campaigns on automation and select different stages of how you want to attack uh your prospects whether it's candidates or hiring managers and i'll give you kind of a a preview of it so here's a campaign that i just labeled you know it's untitled right now um and these are stages so you can set up your stages right here so the first one would be an email that would go out to let's say you loaded up a hundred prospects with the system that i showed you in the previous email uh previous video excuse me you would uh each one of those 100 prospects would get this email like right away snap of a finger once i press the go button up here with recruiting me the company that i own we do training for recruiters and people that want to start their own staffing company but just aren't quite sure how to do it um we have all the email templates and the scripts in there that we've tested over over the years and the ones that don't work you're not going to receive the ones that are top producing and converting we give that to you as a paid member so i can't really put those scripts in here right now but you get the gist this would be the first step that would go out to all your prospects your second step could be a sms text message very powerful i get a ton of responses from this and what's cool about this feature is you can set up the cadence or the time frequency for this next step in your marketing campaign to launch so i'll usually do like a day later right i'll just you know if they don't if they don't bite on the email from today i'll send them a very non-threatening text message tomorrow afternoon right i don't want to be a nuisance and it might say something like you can what's cool is you can auto populate their first name right here so first name it picks that up so it doesn't look too spammy so you know it'll say bob sent you an email yesterday can you jump on a zoom call today to review a phenomenal candidate that i have right now with xyz skill set right so you want those relatable word tracks within your industry put that in there but you get the idea i get a ton of bytes on this sms text message you can set up another step to where um it starts auto dialing all of those 100 prospects maybe like in two days if they don't bite on the text or the email you hit the go button on the phone calls and if they pick up the phone then you're live and you start talking to them the next step could be a simple linkedin connection you might want to do that earlier in the process that's up to you i don't always do this one but you know uh you can test it this one i love it's a voicemail drop so the prospect's phone will not even ring you're not going to bother them it's going to go right into their voicemail if they have a smartphone and you can just record your voicemail right here the only problem is you can't say the first name but that's okay hey it's russell leibowitz with connection i sent you a text and an email want to jump on a zoom call with you we've got a phenomenal candidate with xyz skill set um also want to learn more about your hiring needs right now and what's in your project queue going forward blah blah blah you get the drift so you hit the go button on this and each prospect that did not bite on the previous steps or stages we'll get this voicemail drop i get a lot of callbacks from this really really cool stuff so that's how that works this is super powerful and you just bring your prospects in either by clicking here it goes to the people you type in the person's name but the easiest way to do it is to go back out to your peoples tab in laxo and you know you simply click on the prospect so let's click on hollister go up here hit campaign and just add another campaign and hollister is now in that untitled campaign so really cool really slick uh this gives you so much time freedom and anybody can do this alright guys hope that helped
