right let's go ahead and jump into the tactic I use on LinkedIn in conjunction with our tool called recruiting me least I love this method because it's different it's not like doing the same thing on LinkedIn every day as recruiters where we find people we message them a lot of manual work and this really saves time and it's super efficient so let's go ahead and dive right into it so what you'd want to do is think about somebody within your Staffing recruiting Niche that is highly influential on LinkedIn I brought up this example of this gentleman Mark ganzy who does a lot of keynote speak speak at trade shows that I attend within the wireless Telecom industry which is my recruiting Niche for those of you that are newer to owning your recruiting company or if you're thinking about starting a recruiting business I will tell you that years ago when I launched one of my recruiting companies broad staff after month six I attended my first trade show literally catapulted my business changed things around for the better I was able to get more requisitions I put faces with the name that I was prospecting on LinkedIn they respected me for my hustle so I highly recommend investing a little bit of money in attending a trade show but the point is you can also go to the trade show websites and look up and see what companies are attending and who the keynote speakers are that's a tactic you can do today right and not even spend money going to a trade show so what you do in this example with Mark ganzy is go ahead and click his LinkedIn profile and we're going to scroll down to activity and click show all post and from here we're just going to look at some of the posts that he's done recently and the engagement that he's received so this one's pretty decent right 205 likes so don't spend too much time really studying what this is all about but you do want to get the gist of it right so this talks about how he'll be presenting a keynote address at Goldman Sachs digital infrastructure conference on Tuesday May 21st that was actually two weeks ago but this is just an example video what you would do is go down here and click on all 205 people I'll quickly scan through them usually they're going to be higher level people because that's who Mark ganzy is he's an owner of a business CEO so a lot of times I'll see CEOs c-level VPS within his engagement environment and this is great because these are going to be decision makers right this guy right here Patrick Haley I don't know who he is President CEO of Wireless infrastructure I'd like to meet Patrick at least on LinkedIn get my content in front of him start building a presence or relationship senior vice president CEO so as you can see a lot of really good possible leads for me for hiring managers that I can make placements at now here's the cool part about this software right so I'm going to click out of here I'm going to go up to these three dots right here and I'm just going to click copy link to post now I'm going to go back into recruiting me least I'm going to create a new campaign I'm going to go over to post engagement okay so this is the button we're going to click which pertains to this example I'm just going to paste what I copied over there on LinkedIn and I'm going to name it Mark ganzy talk right just my own organizational system you can name it whatever you want and then we're going to hit next and what it's going to do is bring in all 200 of those people that liked his post okay so let's get through this real quick none of this stuff really matters I'll go ahead and create a sequence um let's see what templates we have to offer here this is really cool stuff so instead of you trying to figure out what type of messaging sequence to send out to these prospects we actually offer you uh templates here that are pretty high converting right let me see here postreaction would be perfect so this is a postreaction sequence and I'm going to go ahead and click this I'm going to use this template it's already done look at this it already populated for me even the messaging scripts are here so the first thing we're going to do is go ahead and follow all 200 people then we're going to verify their business email address which this software does then we're going to go ahead and invite them to connect on LinkedIn and if they connect after 3 days we're going to go ahead and fire out a message for them and there it is hi first name thank you so much for connecting with me what is your point of of view regarding and then you put the post there of Mark ganzy right the title of it and all this is automated you don't have to do any manual work it's all here for you and then what happens is these messages start firing out over a period of time and you start receiving responses right here in your one unit ified inbox all of your responses start flooding in right here this will mirror your LinkedIn account so you don't have to bounce back and forth between LinkedIn in this tool do it all right there so that's a great example of leveraging this software tool to go after people that are engaging with your people that are highly influential within your recruiting Niche think about the conversion rates here right when you reference Mark ganzy at the Goldman Sachs digital infrastructure conference versus going in cold and saying hey Mark I'm a recruiter in Telecom can I be a resource for you one day actually you're not going to be prospecting to mark but any one of these 200 people right like that guy one guy I brought up we'll just say Josh right here hey Josh I'm a recruiter can I help you fill some roles or hi Josh I'm Russell libowitz with connect gen I saw that you liked Mark gz's post about digital infrastructure a week ago I'm actually going to be attending this conference will you be there imagine that message versus the one where you just go in cold and ask to be a resource my experience has been the reply rates have literally been over 50% when I use this tactic when I reference an actual uh post on LinkedIn the beautiful part about it you can automate all this and scale it out and not to do any manual work could you imagine having to reach out to all 2011 people here with that or 205 with that message just use this system go ahead click the three dots copy the link go ahead paste it into here create a new campaign voila it's out today it starts firing out m mes and you'll start getting a ton of responses and be able to build and cultivate some really strong relationships all right guys Happy Hunting
