hey guys welcome back to my YouTube channel I hope everyone is doing fine and I'm back with another video I've been getting a lot of requests to make videos on how to do cold calls in the United States so this video is going to be on that how we can make cold calls uh for your marketing agency to get new clients and what are the some of the effective ways try to make these cold calls what are the effective tools you can use to make these cold calls and also we'll be talking about how much success we have found through these cold calls and do we actually do these cold calls or we are just using a different method so I'll be talking everything about our process as well as uh what are the best software tools to make these cold calls and what are some of the best practices to make sure like you know that you are not harassing people you are just like you know using a standard protocol to make these cold calls and pitching your services and uh not just like trying to harass people make like you know uh their life living Health tools that we are going to be talking about so a lot of these tools are going to be paid tools I have one bonus though for you guys and that's uh that's going to tell you learn the story the first plan that we got for our own marketing agency was through a cold call right so which was actively making phone calls in the beginning of our marketing agency and probably I think 2.5 or 3 years ago uh we were making a lot of cold calls and babish was the one who was making these cold calls and we got our first client in Roofing through Cold War right so I'm not going to say cold call does not work it works but you have to have a really good and effective system to make it work okay let's start let's dig into the softwares that you can use uh but yeah I'm going to talk about some of the best softwares that you can use to cold call people and these are going to be great softwares I am also going to talk about one unpaid software that you can use and that is going to be at the end of the video but yeah before that I want you guys to check into these paid softwares which you can use to make your experience and others experience better right so the first software that we are going to talk about is going to be Skype as uh you already uh everyone is aware of Skype Skype is really really really good uh calling software and I think most of you guys have already already been using Skype to communicate with your client your uh teammates employees whatever right so Skype can be a really good software there are some pros and cons that I'll be talking about for each and every softwares so the pros are easy to navigate the Skype is very super easy to navigate uh very easy to set up you just have to have a account on Outlook or Microsoft and you are all set and it's very cost effective like it's not going to cost you a lot but you can only make uh like you know you cannot make tons of costs and that's what the cons are for these Skype services for this Skype service okay so you can only make few cold calls in a day it's not an automated dialer I'll be talking about what an automated dialer is so that you guys can get the idea of what I'm talking about so you can only make few calls and if you're using a Skype I think you can barely make 100 calls in a day and you'll be facing voicemails you will be uh getting a lot of ranks no no one picking up so and also if you're let's say if you're talking to business you will get some like people are going to pick up the phone call but then like they will immediately hang up because you will be pitching your services right so you can only make about 100 200 phone calls if you are calling through let's say if two or three people are calling you can make 200 phone calls but if you're calling that much amount of uh phone calls in a day it's going to cost you a lot more um right so Skype can be cost effective if you're making few calls but if you are making a lot of calls it can be uh very costly for you okay uh and this cannot be used as an auto dialer so you can only dial one phone number at a time right so now we will be looking into the next software which is going to be an advanced version of the Subscribe and you have to have at least two softwares for this so I'm talking about a high level and a couple with twilio right so twilio is basically a software which provides phone numbers for your text and messages and uh calling okay so if you have a Google account and if you have a twilio account you can add that twilio Sid and on your go high level and you can have a dial already within a day right and what you can use with this what you can do with this go high level Plus twilio account you can actually set up your own dialer you can have you can upload your list and you can start dialing so the pros are easy to make the phone calls right so because once you've set it up it's going to be super easy it's going to be very easy and reliable to make these phone calls I have we are still using go high level yesterday using twilio they're super reliable they're very easy to use once you set everything up anyone can use it just like mobile phone you type the phone numbers and you can start making these phone calls you can buy local numbers uh for each and every single one of your counties States let's say you want to buy you want to call businesses in Texas but also you have to be specific and you want to only call businesses in Houston right so what you can do you can buy local number to Houston and that number that phone number will take more often than if you're calling through let's say Florida phone number that's the only feature that's the feature that Skype doesn't have but go high level and twilio gives you this immediate feature where you can buy local number and it will show your local presence in the area which is going to be really good for people who are picking up the phone and your phone will not be dropped or people will be picking up your phone calls because it's a local number and I mean like people can pick up the phone it's going to be rest uh rest is going to be on you to start your pitch in a way where they can you can convince them to buy your services right so make sure that you you also have to note one thing that you can not make phone calls without adding twilio in goha level you can use other softwares but twilio is the best one one each phone number is going to cost you about 1.15 and you then have to pay for minutes and uh yeah I think that's that's what that's how it's going to cost you so it's not a free service it's going to cost you but if you have the money to spend on these uh cold calling tools I can tell you you can build a cold calling process system and you can start making cold calls and you can set up a goal a Target and you get at least thousand phone numbers every single day and trust me if you do that for one month you are definitely going to book appointments you are going to get sales uh just from there right it's costly competitive to Sky you have to pay if you're just buying one software or just one account in go high level it's going to cost you about 97 per month the basic one right and for twilio you have to pay 20 dollars per month not per month but 20 you have to recharge it with minimum of 20 dollars and you have to buy these phone numbers for 1.15 right so that's the amount that you'll be spending you can calculate the entire cost and it's going to cost you about somewhere about uh 150 a month if you can spend that amount of money uh to make this cold calls I think it can be a very effective tool you can still avoid this cost there are some service providers which uh set these entire things up in their own account so we also do that same thing for our solar clients for our clients so what we do we give them CRM services in our own gohai level and we charge them a small fee rather than the 97 which is going to be very effective for them they can cancel at any time they want and they don't have to pay that Hefty 97 fee if you want you can like you know find services like that or you can contact me I can get you guys set up uh in our own level accounts and you can start but you still have to pay for the twilio because studio is something that you need to create from your own account you can say that and you can start making these phone calls and uh it is going to cost you about 50 to 70 dollars a month really okay now we are going to talk about uh the third dialer which is going to be an automated dialer uh and I'm talking about all the automated dialers there's in the market but I'll be talking about the most cost effective one uh the dialer which is used by most of these marketing agents uh most of these call centers right so I'm talking about VG dial right so which dial is an open uh Source dialer and you can also set it up if you want if you are skilled enough uh if not then probably I would suggest buy some buy it from some service provider who can set entire thing up for you and it's going to be less expensive than I would say go high level and twilio but it's going to be a bit harder for you to master and it's going to be a dialer so it's a power dialer which is like you call an auto dialer and you can upload a list of let's say 100 000 phone numbers and you can go through this go through these lists and just like you know you can call at least four five thousand phone numbers but the the only bad thing about this is we are going to talk about the cons for these uh visual let's talk about some of the pros okay so it's a very it's an auto dial it's very fast you can cover up a lot of phone numbers in a single day can call thousands of phone numbers in a day it's cheaper than DHL and twilio if your account is set up properly you can ignore all the voicemails you can just like you know um ignore all the voicemail you can just I think select ignore the voicemail and if it's a voicemail it will just like you know Skip to the next call it can also record the call for quality and training purposes so if you want to use it it's going to be super effective but then there is a huge con for this one okay so you need to be very skilled to use this to set up to know how to run it you can like you know ask for some service providers who sell these as service Services you can get them to set it up but the thing is you cannot use it if you have if you're only just a one guy or just a two guy you need at least three or four I would suggest minimum five person Five Guys to start with because uh if it's not five people like they cannot receive inbound costs which is going to which is make which is going to make it very hard I cannot explain you the entire thing why you cannot use it uh for a single person but you have to understand this this is an auto dialer so every single phone call that you're making is going to be very quick but you are also going to get incoming calls right so if you are using a manual dial you can just like you know stop calling and you can pick up that phone call but if you're using an auto dialer you need someone on the line to pick up the phone call pick up these calls if someone is calling right because what happens if you are going to call them uh and if they're calling you back and you are not picking up so it's going to be marked as spam your phone number and that is also one of the most important thing that we are going to talk about you have to protect your numbers from getting marked as a Spam right so let's talk about text now softwares so you can make Unlimited phone calls for free and also again it's not an auto dialer so you'll have to dial manually you'll have to make one phone call at a time right and it's uh you can make unlimited call as as many callers you want uh can be used from anywhere but there is like you know one cache in here you just have to make sure that you have a US VPN you are using a VPN and your location is turned on for us because this only works in us right I'm not sure if it's working in any other country because this does not work from India uh the place where I live but if you are lucky in any other country if you want to test it out for yourself you can do it but if you just use a VPN and you change your location to United States I think it's going to work perfectly fine uh so there is one con that you have to watch out you have to pay a subscription off not a subscription you have to pay a one-time fee of 9.99 which is ten dollars and it will give you a SIM card activation uh kit and you have to just like you just have to spend money on that activation kit once you get that it's going to be absolutely free for you you can make phone calls Unlimited phone calls anywhere in the US you can call anyone and if you want to avoid these ads because I think they are going to show you a lot of ads for making these phone calls but if you're okay with the ads that's fine if you're starting out I would say just like you know watch few ads and keep on with the keep on with your calling and I think if you want to avoid these ads you have to pay ten dollars something like that per month to not get these ads but I'd say still it's better than uh paying for credit or paying or recharging your dialer or what not to make these phone calls so for ten dollars a month you can just like in avoid all the ads and you can make these cold calls you can make these calls from without any Interruption and there is also one other thing that you have to pay for uh data storage in this calling software so the data show is not free you cannot record any conversations I think so you have to pay for it you have to pay to get the data stored and if you're okay with that not recording the call that's fine uh if you want to keep it minimum just have to pay 99.99 just to get started and if you're making few cold calls if you get some success I suggest get the ads free and you can like you know pay for the story so these are the entire list of my softwares uh that I think are the best to make cold calls in us if you are someone who is out of the US or even if you're someone who is uh from us and you want to avoid not getting your phone number marked as spam I'll suggest like you know use these softwares and you can just like you know keep calling
