I'm going to show you the best online fitness coaching business model right here in this video and it comes from over 17 years of experience in the trenches hey guys what's going on Uriel came here CEO and founder of healthpreneur we help health professionals and coaches grow their coaching businesses online without the grinds and help you build your wealth in the process so I started off as a personal trainer working 12 hours a day making 20 bucks an hour in a gym did that for seven years and I knew that that wasn't the life I wanted to continue living so I built my first online business in the health and fitness space starting in 2005 and spent the first several years struggling with poverty line income then got some coaching and guidance and then now's the inflection point that allowed us to build a seven figure business that went on to help over half a million people to Better Health I eventually sold that business and sort of Health partner in 2017 2016 to help people like yourself health professionals Fitness professionals and coaches grow their business without the grind and if you're here it's because maybe a trainer maybe you're a fitness coach and you're you're sick and tired of the one-on-one as much as you love helping clients you know that that's not sustainable maybe you want some location and time freedom in your life maybe you want to be able to spend more time with your family be there for your kids and obviously create more financial Independence right and I get it because I was as I just mentioned I was in that situation but when you come online or if you've been online for any length of time there's a lot of stuff you could be doing and it doesn't mean you have to do all of it the big thing I want to understand that's different from running a gym or being a trainer in a gym is that building an online business is significantly harder and the reason for that is because of obscurity most people will never know who you are in your local Town people walk by the gym or they've kind of heard about it or seen about it and they're much more likely to do that and therefore you get this foot traffic in Word of Mouth because of the community but online that's never going to happen no one's going to see your website very few people are gonna even know you exist on social media and you could grind away and do all the stuff of posting organically and posting on social and try to get ahead doing that and what I'm going to share with you in this video is a smarter strategy that has allowed our clients to generate more than 217 million dollars in their businesses online without having to resort to all that stuff I'm gonna walk you through exactly what the business model looks like on the iPad in just a second but you have to understand there are two choices you have in business you have the free pass and the paid past and the free path is synonymous to your clients trying to get in shape on their own right we know that you will get them better results if they work with you and the paid pass online is very much like you working with your clients you're going to time compress their journey to results they're going to know what to do when things don't work out they're going to stay motivated blah blah blah blah blah now I'm not saying I'm not using that in the relationship like hiring a coach online what I'm suggesting to you is how to acquire clients and how to build a business I would strongly recommend that you put on the investor mindset of be able to invest in your business because what I'm about to share with you here is going to get you five to seven years of results in a few months and I assure this because it took me seven years to build my first business from zero to a million dollars and when we started healthpreneur obviously Having learned the lessons of running a business online for 13 years it took us just over seven weeks I believe to go from zero to a million dollars with what I'm about to share with you so the choice is yours you can grind away you can post all day and you can hope that people will find you you can slide into people's DMS waste time and Facebook groups and do all that stuff and that's fine right like you can certainly get to the top of the mountain proverbiably speaking doing that but you have to understand there's time involved and successful entrepreneurs understand that money is cheap and time is expensive as long as you're okay with that and you're like you know I agree I'm gonna do that cool awesome great all the best um what I'm going to share with you here is what I believe smarter business owners would consider more attractive because in business business is a collection of systems and this is the big mindset shift I had to make going from personal trainer to business owner as a personal trainer you're trading time for money even if you do group sessions it's one to many in a time for money type of fashion as soon as you come into a business especially online you have to think about how you remove yourself out of that because if you're just giving people workout plans for like 199 a month and you think you're going to scale that you're going to run into some major bottlenecks and if you are the Cog in the wheel well you're only going to get to 5 to 10K a month and if that's where you want to be cool but this video specifically for those of you who want to crush it who want to help a lot of people people make a lot of money and live a great quality of life without being you know chained to your business so I'm going to talk with you uh here about two things one is the acquisition model and the second is the delivery model okay so I'm gonna switch over to the iPad and I'm gonna walk you through exactly what this looks like so let's talk about how to get clients first and foremost so as I mentioned I'm not a huge fan of organic growth I that's all I did for my first business so I'm speaking from experience seven years okay it took me to go from zero to a million if you want to do that go for it I don't recommend you do it I must say it's not important obviously I produce a tremendous amount of content but please keep in mind for the first three years of healthpreneur we had no podcast no YouTube channel no Instagram following no Tick Tock nothing all right and I remind my clients of this you don't need to do any of that stuff if you want to build a very very successful business I want to build a massive billion dollar brand which is why we do this stuff I'm not saying you have to in order to achieve your goals so let me share with you the exact model we use in our business that accounts for more than 95 of our clients that come to us as of this current day and age current time and exactly how our clients do it as well so there's four steps we call this a perfect client Pipeline and there are four steps nice and simple so step number one is something we call predictable prospecting predictable prospecting means you have some type of automation or system that's when you prospect on your behalf and the way we do that is by running ads oh my God Jerry I gotta run ads yeah you have to run ads Welcome to the Real World of running a business make sure not okay with that just go back to training clients okay why would you want to run ads well here's the thing you can post all day long we post twice a day on Instagram two to three times a day on Tick Tock uh once twice a week on YouTube plus a daily short on YouTube two podcasts a week we send out five to six emails a week and all of that pales in comparison to one ad that we run on Facebook and Instagram at the click of a button I can blow up all of the content we're doing and it would have zero impact on our business in fact about a year and a half ago our Instagram account somehow got shut down for three months and guess how much of an impact that made on our business um is zero okay now you could also say well Yuri uh well what if your Facebook ad account gets shut down and that's happened to me six times in my business journey and yes it sucks but there are always ways of getting it backed up which is why we currently have a Facebook ad accounts again we spend north of six figures a month in Facebook advertising so here's the key is everyone you ever want to help is online right they're going to be on Instagram or Facebook Facebook owns Instagram it's called Meta Meta owns Facebook and Instagram it's the same thing so literally at the click of a button you put a message out that obviously connects with your ideal prospects and you tell Facebook here's 20 bucks a day here's 50 bucks a day here's 100 bucks a day go find these people and Facebook's like cool we'll go find them and then your message has now reached more people than any post you post on Instagram ever will okay so that's the first step is your stuff actually gets seen and you don't need to post every single day you could have one ad that just kills it for you like you don't have to do it you could have one ad that does everything for your business we have some clients that have been in like a year running one ad and they've built a six figure business it's pretty amazing I'm not saying that's always going to happen but that's possible so from the ad where do we go so we move to the Second Step which is called teach to sell and we do this through a webinar basically people don't know who you are right you're just some random dude and like oh my God here's another person average has in their stuff online I get this all the time hey here's another business coach promoting a off right like if you have something to help people with you should be able to promote it out there if they don't know you exist they're never gonna do business with fianos and if some people don't like it screw them don't let the naysayers and trolls hold you back so if you drive people from an ad into a webinar the webinar is going to be addressed from a single target market and a specific problem that you're helping them with so one of the things I forgot to mention here is the most important decision you have to make is who is your single target market not I help everyone like if you help everyone congratulations right but that doesn't mean you should and if you don't want to be tied to your business and have individual nutrition and workout plans for every single client you have to figure out a single target market and I'm going to show you in just a couple minutes how to streamline all that so you can work with dozens or hundreds of clients at the same time without any extra time on your part if you don't think that's possible keep watching I'll show you exactly the house so we move people from an ad into a webinar the webinar is going to educate them on your approach to solving this problem and think about a documentary a documentary's goal is not to give the how-to the documentary is about to shift your thinking around the topic and that's exactly what your webinar does so if you watch our webinar the perfect client pipeline it goes into depth of some of the stuff I'm walking through in this video right and my goal is not to show you how to build out the pipeline that's what our coaching program does and help you implement it how can I possibly show you all the nuances and every single detail in in 45 to 60 minutes it's impossible the goal is that people watch your webinar and they're like totally resonates with me I want to learn more about how I can work with you right and that's exactly what you do that's exactly what our clients do whether we're talking losing weight Hashimoto's skin issues IBS migraines all of our clients are following this process and but they're only focused on a single target market because in order for your marketing to be effective it has to speak to one person not everyone optimize your Wellness like it's like you might as well speak Arabic right and no one understands it my dad's is Moroccan so I don't understand Arabic but I'd just be French anyways so from the webinar we move people the right people to an application and we call this ask NSS so I started let me go back teach to sell the reason we call it teach the cells because they're teaching to sell you're not teaching to teach and the biggest mistake I see with people's webinars when they try to do it on their own is they try to give away all the how-to right now YouTube is full of how to and that's fine but in the in the mechanism of a conversion event conversion process you can't just give away the how-to because people leave the video or the master class or the webinar like oh thank you so much I've done all these notes I'm going to try this on my own and that's how people struggle and and listen like YouTube's awesome and quite honestly if you watched the hundreds of videos that I have on this channel you might piece together a lot of the stuff that we help our clients with but that's not what you're paying a coach for right that's not what people are going to pay you for they're paying for implementation accountability and doing the stuff they know they need to do that they're never going to do on their own like I can tell you exactly what to do here but you're not gonna do it and you're not going to be successful because here's the big thing is that what do you do what when things go wrong when they don't go the way you think they are you don't know right and that's for having expert guidance makes all the difference right and that's the same with your clients when they don't feel like working out that's why they're paying you get off the couch get in the gym get it done just do it even if you told them I just want to walk 30 minutes a day and do 50 push-ups a day that's the only thing you're gonna do for the next 12 weeks sounds too basic really well let's see what happens accountability like an implementation is really what's going to help your clients not information so anyways we're moving people from the webinar where we're shifting their belief system around the topic at hand the right people be like I'm interested so if they go to an application because we've got to filter people away from being able to speak with you the final step is what we call Coach to close and this is essentially a call where you're having a conversation with the prospect to see if they're a good fit to work with you if they want your help and if so talk about what the program looks like right so that's the four-step process it's called the perfect client Pipeline and the reason it works is because of this the goal of a funnel and it doesn't matter if we're talking about online or anything the goal of a funnel is to filter people out it's to weed people away your time is the most precious thing in your life other than your health and your family for instance right so when you have an ad if people don't want to read your ad or if it's not of Interest they're gone cool all right next webinar I don't want to watch a webinar it's too long too busy really we'll have fun watching three hours of Netflix tonight they're out of here uncommitted people or uncommitted clients Gonzo next I don't want to fill out these questions on an app I'm not committed you're out of here and finally call this so like this here you're protecting your time by getting people to go through the gauntlet if you want the most make it easy if you want the best make it hard it's the Marines right if you are somewhat interested in working with committed clients your marketing has to reflect that and one of the biggest problems I see people make with coaching online is let's just use an example of a schematic of a website and then you know you have like your header up here with some links and then right here it's like book a call or right here book a call get on my calendar I don't even know you but let's talk waste of time waste of time instead of this like if you go to our website healthfredgroup.com you're never going to speak with me um unless you're working with me so here it's watch the training go through the gauntlets and if guess what if you're not willing to do that it's not going to happen right you're not going to take the next step and that's why we have that in place we only want to speak with the most committed clients we're talking about working with clients at premium prices not 20 bucks a session not a couple hundred bucks a month I'm talking with transforming someone's life in the space of one two three months charging two three four five thousand dollars for that so you can separate yourself from all the other fit Pros online who are grinding away charging nothing sliding into people's DMS all day long and that's it like that's not a business right like that's the freaking grind your thumbs are going to get a workout more than anything else so that is how we get clients and that's the purpose behind this make sense hope it does alright so now how do I coach one too many because we want to get away from the one-on-one unless you love one-on-one you can do that that's your choice so first and foremost you have a single target market they have one problem okay so I help men over 40 get ripped or lose weight whatever it is I help new moms lose the baby weight that's it and if you're worried about alienating people well do you're going to alienate people but are you are you really going to help seven billion people on the planet anyways never and not even in 500 million lifetimes so you narrow down your single target market to One Core audience with one problem and therefore the messaging your marketing is much more dialed in and then very importantly is the delivery to them is streamlined and here's how we do this we call this the three C's so think of it as a take now the base of the cake is the foundation of everything you do with your clients and that is curriculum so you think of all right I can't even spell here whatever curriculum um if everyone's dealing with the same issue and they have the same outcome desired outcome then they should all follow the same path does that make sense so exactly what that looks like is built out in your curriculum step-by-step trainings step-by-step videos modularly laid out whatever you want you can use kajabi thinkific it doesn't matter what online platform you use you could use any of these online apps if you want for these you know training apps it doesn't matter what matters is you are able to extract your intellectual property into some type of step by by step process that every single one of your clients goes through now if you say Okay Yuri well some of my clients need some customization cool right let me ask you a question because I've had this conversation with many clients is you're the I'm not a bottleneck in my business and I can't take on more than let's say 10 clients a month so I'm like cool all right so acquisition you that's not the bottleneck the bottleneck is you can't serve more than 10 clients in life why is that it's because of the delivery I have to customize every program for every client okay so could you deliver results for those clients without having to do that yes possibly cool think about that how do you create curriculum that is self-directed that doesn't require customization that allows everyone to go through well you're I can't do that okay let's say you can't do that well there's definitely going to be 80 of it that you can systemize and then there's there's 20 customization for instance so then the second question is do you have to do all the customization could you hire another coach to work with you who takes on that role of the individual check-ins or you know customizing whatever the workout program program is based on someone's body type or their experience Etc because if you have to do all the training yourself or the customizing yourself that will become the whole bottleneck in this process with any within temp service business okay so the goal is to productize your service when I was training clients the first product I built online was called fitter you terrible man because it was like you instead of y o u but I don't know I didn't know what I was doing but what I did know what I was doing is at the time a client said to me like hey why don't you put your voice on tape I was like what does that look like and so essentially what I thought to myself is okay what if I created an audio guided workout program for my clients so when I'm not with them they can still work out with me on their headphones and that was my first like understanding of how to privatize a service I created a done without Yuri program that still had my voice on their headphones that guided them through 12 weeks of workouts I recorded all the workouts uh like basically from an art like on GarageBand on audio as if I was right there with them and that's really how it started for me online and that's when I started to see the power of productizing your service because if I had to be with all those clients all the time I would never be able to have an his sanity or freedom and then the same thing you know even Beyond those clients is as we started selling that product online you know it started transforming people's lives that I never even saw now albeit in this case the idea is similar but we're charging a much higher premium because it's not a product by itself this is the base of your coaching program which is the curriculum the second piece is community isolation kills Community heals no one no one especially in the fitness space no one is going to do better by themselves than with a group of other people I played pro soccer okay I can tell you this first and foremost you will always do better in a team you know if you're a fit Pro you kind of know that no one is that special to only have to have one-on-one coaching please like tell me in the comments sell me on why and who should have one-on-one coaching that's going to get more effective results than one to many if you've ever done any kind of small group training you know that it's more Dynamic it's more enjoyable it's more energizing for you and the clients you're sure they're surrounded by people that are you know pushing them even tennis players and individual sports they're surrounded by a team it's not them by themselves it's them with other people on their team who are constantly pushing them no one does better unless it's deep emotional trauma that has to be worked on with this like a therapist I have not seen a single instance where one on one is going to produce better results than group especially online because online you know you put people into a Facebook group or Whatsapp or whatever and now you have this like-minded group of people who are all going to the same destiny Edition all dealing with the same issue who are motivating each other inspiring each other pushing each other and people will come for the content initially or you're coaching they'll stay for the community though okay and you will you will have a much better time retaining clients in a community-based program if it's set up properly compared to one-on-one so Community is huge and it also creates a tremendous amount of Leverage for you and then the final piece on top of that is the coaching so you come in as the the master coach for instance you're providing accountability insights Etc and the key is that you want to build your coaching program so it's not the you show necessarily like people can get results even if you're not present so as an example in our health business accelerator we work with 200 plus clients at the same time I personally spend three hours a week coaching my clients so Monday Wednesdays and Fridays I have a live call Thumb in the mornings and we have to like in my calls typically we're from 15 to 25 people on the calls every single time I do these calls everyone's questions are answered so the benefit of a group of a group call it that is someone asks a question guess who benefits from the answer everyone else and so we have a lot of people that just come on the calls sometimes without even having a question because they want to see what everyone else is asking because there's going to be a lot of insight from that or they come in with a question and hey they're like someone else already asked the question I got the answer I'm good and so it provides a tremendous amount of Leverage on my time instead of doing let's say 20 people three times a week like if I had three different 20 people so Monday Wednesday Friday 20 people 20 people 20 people if I had to see 60 clients one-on-one during the week I would have jumped off a bridge a long time ago okay and here's the best part is that our clients get phenomenal results and it's because it's not just me we also have a coaching team so we provide up to five to six coaching calls per day for our clients so the whole thing doesn't just rely on me now I'm not saying you have to have that because when we started it didn't look like that it started off as one q a call a week and then we added on another and then we added on another coach to support our clients the biggest room for opportunity is on delivery like there's no one way of doing it it's like Disney World like you could do anything I mean you can bring people together in person you could have all sorts of coaches on your team you could have like you can build apps like not that you have to in a nation is the only limitation on delivery and so a lot of what I spend my time with my clients around is thinking through how do you develop this dream come true experience for your clients so that they don't have to rely on you for everything and when you are spending time with them you're doing the stuff you'd love to do right I love hanging out with my clients I absolutely love it it's the best part of my day but if I had to do it every hour of the day one-on-one again I would have been Gonzo a long time ago so you want to build a business around your strengths so what you enjoy doing and while you're building that you have to think of like am I compromising my clients results for my own personal fulfillment like I want to build a business that has Freedom so I don't do anything in my business no you have to build a business that provides the lifestyle you want but at the same time provides the results to your clients are looking for that are paying you for you can't compromise in your clients results it's the most important piece so three C's is how we build up the delivery obviously there's nuances to doing all the stuff and then the perfect client pipeline is how we acquire clients online the beautiful thing about the perfect client pipeline is you don't have to have a website you don't have social following no one even has to know you exist and in the space of a couple minutes of launching your pipeline and pressing go on your ads you will have leads coming into your into your business people opting into your email list people booking calls with you and we've had clients go from zero to several thousand dollars in the first week right we've had clients that take a little bit longer but nothing I have ever done online and I could promise you I've done every single thing you can think of okay everything from selling products to supplements to Affiliates to Summits to book launches to free plus shipping offers to Ecom to courses to Sliding to people's DMS to Facebook groups everything you could possibly think of or have done I have done since 2005 and I can tell you after all that time and having had a tremendous amount of success and making many mistakes along the way there is nothing I have seen that produces the speed of results you will get by running this type of business model and
