the said product or service fifth is close you try to obtain a purchase commitment from the prospect to create the customer finally follow-up is to ensure that the customer is satisfied with the set product or service at this point of the video you might be wondering wondering how does you need to end the retail industry relate to personal static and the personal selling process well aside from personal biases there's a study conducted by Haas in 2019 stating that these retail industry stores are always looking for ways to improve their customer service and customer interaction within their
