How to create outlook signature
when you set up a pipeline for one of your work processes you will need to add any team members who will also be working on it in the pipeline settings page you need to click on the available to field and add everyone who needs access to this pipeline if you don't put your team members in the available to field then your team members won't see the pipeline regardless of whether they have access to the client accounts that have jobs inside of it let me switch to the team member's perspective as you can see on their workflow page they cannot see the pipeline I was just in on the firm owner account I'll add them now to the pipelines available to field and refresh this page now the pipeline is here and they can open it they'll also be able to add edit and move jobs for the client accounts they have access to lastly they will also be able to view that pipeline in the client's workflow tab make sure to add any new team members you add at a later point to your pipelines as well you will have to do this for every pipeline individually since not everyone that works on tax returns needs to have access to your bookkeeping pipeline the only team members that do not have to be added to the available to field are the team members to whom you gave the admin role
