How to create outlook signature

This video is a follow-up to our article  on the "Top Three Things to Look for when   Bidding a Project". This article will cover  where to look for projects to bid online.   The following websites will help you locate  projects to bid that might fit your target   market. Finding construction projects to  bid from online sources can be frustrating   as there are so many options. Determining which  one best fits your needs will take some effort,   so we have assembled a partial list of some of the  top construction bidding websites, which includes   some Government, Public Work Projects. Most  of these sites are for commercial construction   projects. If you're looking for residential work,  then you can use a site like Angie or HomeAdvisor.   The below websites are some of the best  construction websites for bidding private   or public, commercial construction projects.  The websites are listed in no special order.   The listing on these websites can provide notice  of projects in various states of development,   from Design, all the way through post bid award.   Most of these websites allow for  searching of a project by its location,   but others also allow for searching of an  owner, or an engineer, or a certain architect,   or others involved in the construction process.  So, the first one here we cover CMD, Construction   Market Data, they state that they have over  184,000 projects bidding, and another 85,000   in the planning stages, in addition to  five thousand project updates daily. Also,   ninety percent of all the projects bidding have  documents attached fourteen days before bid day,   which gives you plenty of time to put together  a price. You can search projects by location,   they have U.S. and Canada, building type, phase  of project, like Design, In construction, Post   construction award. They also allow you to search  the project documents, including the plans and the   specifications for targeted keywords. The second  one here is Dodge Data and Analytics. Dodge Data   and Analytics has been around in some form for  over a hundred years helping the construction   industry better understand the construction  market. Dodge is a widely known industry player,   and holds several assets in their portfolio,  including the Blue Book an industry source   for commercial construction, and the Sweet's  catalog for architects, designers, contractors,   and owners. They have a whole solution of products  for the construction industry, one of which is   construction leads. Dodge ConstructionLeads,  allows you to see who else has downloaded the   drawings for a particular project, allowing  you to gauge the competition and interest.   You can search North American projects for  access to plans and specifications from your   office or your mobile device, receive  email alerts based on project location,   stage of development, project value, or building  type. Dodge also allows you to track your results   and provide sales pipeline reports  that measure sales activity in ROI   that can be exported to Excel or PDF.  Number three is GovernmentBids.com,   this is a source for bidding Government projects.  The website allows you to search based on location   and the trade served for the State and  Local subscription you get access to bids,   RFP's, RFQ's from over 80,000 agencies, including  State governments, Cities, Municipalities,   and Counties, as well as special district  agencies, such as Police, Fire Protection,   and Correctional Departments, Hospital, and Health  Facilities, School Districts, and Libraries,   Water and Waste Management, Parks and Recreation,  Utilities, Airports, Public Transportation,   and Toll Roads. For adding the Federal agency  to your subscription you get access to bids,   RFP's, and RFI's from the Federal government  agencies, including the Department of Defense,   Homeland Security and GSA, General Services  Administration. Adding Advance to your   subscription gets you access to see upcoming  opportunities before they become bids, and adding   Awards to your subscription allows you to see the  winning bidder and the amounts on the bids. These   are all upgrades to the standard service prices,  for the service is as follows, and that's based   on the date of this recording. State and Local  projects is like $44 bucks a month, if you want   to add Federal to that, so you have Federal,  State and Local $73 a month, and then Advanced,   that's adding to seeing the upcoming opportunities  before they become bids, it's $87 a month, Awards   and Advance, that means you get to see who got,  who won the project, $131 a month. Now the fourth   website is iSqFt, so the site claims that you can  get promoted to over 1,500 GC's in their network,   which spans the U.S. and Canada, and includes  both Public and Private projects. They provide   access to projects in development, and that are  currently bidding, along with access to additional   General Contractors bidding on the project,  not just the GC that may have invited you.   They claim that they have a 91% attachment rate  for construction documents, and an average bid   window of three weeks, giving you three weeks  to have the documents and put together your bid.   They state that you will increase by 5x, five  times the amount of bid invitations you'll   receive by creating new GC relationships. They  provide a complete list of GC's for each project,   along with their contact information. Search by  location and type of installation. You can also   search for keywords in the documents. rReceive  alerts for project updates, new bidders added,   and Addenda's, and then they provide training.  It's free with the subscription. iSqFt also   has the added feature of allowing you to do  digital takeoffs for an additional service fee.   The 5th website is PlanHub. PlanHub allows you to  search projects by location, construction type,   project type, timeline, and more. You can submit  bids to multiple General Contractors on a project.   PlanHub has a centralized dashboard where you  can see all your project info in one view, bid   calendar, instant messaging, and more. Cloud-based  documentation that allows you to view or download   project blueprints, and project documents.  PlanHub's pricing plan is based on an annual   or a quarterly basis, and the distance or  mile radius you want included in your plan.   So, for instance, their premier  50 mile radius is $1,199 a year   and then it goes up in 50 mile increments  until you get to 200 miles, then the 500 miles,   and 500 miles is $1,999. So, now  whatever distance you're working in,   or how many office's you have, that may dictate  how far you want to go, or your radius to go. The   6th website is Construction Wire or Build Central,  they offer a seven day free trial for leads   on most private new construction projects, and  planning, bidding, and pre-construction stages.   You can search by location, stage of development,  project type, project value, company name,   company type, owner, developer, tenant, Architect,  Engineer, property manager, whatever, and people.   Price starts regional portal up  to three states is $250 a month,   National portal gives you all 50 states and the  price is based on your company's size. The 7th   website is Bidclerk. Bidclerk provides public and  private projects in the United States and Canada.   Information is available on projects  in the early design phase to post bid.   You can download project data from Bidclerk in  PDF or CSV format, and build your own database   of contacts for Architects, Engineers, and  Bidclerk is accessible on your mobile devices.   Automatic email notifications when any  of your projects receives an update The 8th website is Bidnet. Bidnet gathers Federal,  State, and Local Government RFP's from across   the United States, and delivers new contract  opportunities to you every day. Bidnet's advance   notification feature alerts you months before a  term contract in your industry expires, providing   an opportunity to influence the creation of the  next proposal. Bidnet allows you to search by   State industry, and your trade. Pricing is based  on 3 levels of service, State, Local is being one,   Federal, State and Local being another, and  then their Advance Plus Plan. All these plans   you have to request pricing, they don't publish  it. The 9th website Construction Bid Source,   one of the few websites that list their fees up  front. Prices range from free for limited access,   or full membership for $39.95 a month.  They have been in service since 1992.   Less fields to search for projects. Search seems  restricted to location, like State and County,   and bid date range. Not as robust as other  websites, but for the cost it may be worth a try.   Going to show you get a free membership, but of  course you're going to be limited on what you can   see or what you can do. The regular bid membership  is $39.95. Okay, this next few websites are based   in Canada. Number 10, Bid Central. Bid Central  is based out of British Columbia for all those   of you who want to chase work in Western Canada,  the Vancouver area. The database provides access   to private and public projects, with auto  notification when new projects are posted.   Their pricing is as follows; browse free, of  course it's nothing, premium monthly $79 a month.   The 11th website is Biddingo.com.  The Biddingo is an online portal that   connects suppliers providing various goods  and services to buyers from the provincial,   municipal, education, crown corporation,  housing, construction, and health care sectors,   and private companies from across Canada. Buyers  public and private alike throughout Canada   advertise RFP's, RFQ's, RFI's, etcetera,  and documents on bindingo.com daily.   They have access to detail reports such  as invitation list, document takers list,   mandatory site meetings, amendment notices, bid  results, awarded contracts, pending. Biddingo.com   assists buyers with fulfilling their purchasing  requirements, so it appears to have very limited   search features, basically by category.  Pricing is $250 year annual subscription,   30 day free trial. You'll have to research this  one a little better to get a better understanding.   The 12th website is MERX's out of Canada. Another  Canadian company providing public and private   projects, plus an option to join the U.S. bidding  opportunities list. They have the e-bid submission   secure bidding process made easier, more  efficient with electronic bid submission feature.   Searching criteria appears to be based on  location, Canada or U.S. entity type. You   can search Public, Federal, State and Local  or Private construction work region by state   type, open bids, close bids, and awards.  Pricing is as follows, and this is what's shown   in Canadian dollars. The basic plan is $60 per  solicitation if you want to do it one at a time,   or Local One Province is $25 a month,  Regional; One region is $40 a month,   National all of Canada $75 a month. We have put a  link to each of these websites in the description   below. If you like that video please give it a  thumbs up and Subscribe to our channel. Thank You.
