[Music] welcome to snap force this short help video is going to be about pipelines in snap force play plans let you manage your deals projects cases that type of thing from start to finish you can easily move your deals from one stage to the next so for example we could take this deal here move it to the demo schedule stage then the proposal made stage etc all the way to the closed one stage which is the goal obviously now talking about stages we can also easily change the name of the stage so let's go ahead and change for example contact to be called contacted very easy to do so all the deals that are in that stage are now updated right away as soon as you save that new stage name you can also create as many other pipelines as you need to so we have this one here called pipeline but you could also switch to your other pipeline which we have here called the onboarding pipeline but if you did want to create additional ones for each sales process or possibly for your customer success process that type of thing you could do that there's no limit let's go back to our pipeline here our default pipeline and again when you move these stages from one to the next all the information will update in real time here so you can see that the dollar amount and the total deal number changes as well so that's pretty much a quick overview of pipelines i hope you enjoyed the video and it was helpful like and subscribe
