[Music] pipeline CRM is a sales CRM for your Logistics business that can help you track and close more deals today I'm going to show you how you can organize your sales pipeline automate recurring deals and track product interest to support Business Development so let's Dive Right In you can sort and filter using various parameters depending on The View uh that you're trying to get to with your data one thing I'd like to call out is the ability to have different sales pipelines so right now we're looking at the default sales pipeline I also have one for recurring deals just so I can easily see where all of my repeat business is in my sales pipeline one really cool feature in pipeline is the Smart agenda so it will automatically populate various tasks and to-dos based on um the deals that you have in the works what stage they're in and what your next item is to follow up uh next we have list views pipeline is really cool because it's modeled after Excel so it's extremely easy to use and it's really easy to learn and you'll see all of the deals in this list view have a status of yellow we have three statuses in pipeline um red yellow and green obviously for good okay and pretty bad so I have saved a list for deals in yellow and this is a dynamic list which means it'll automatically popul at every single day so if I came in here and I changed this to Green um this would ultimately drop off of this list because it doesn't meet the parameters anymore another cool thing is you can share this list and uh the person you've shared it with will get the dynamically updated list as well uh let's go back to the dashboard the last thing that I wanted to review is um these deals that are slipping away so the system will automate deals that um it thinks that needs some attention which is really helpful so you don't let anything fall through the cracks so number two pipeline can help you automate recurring business and recurring deals so um in your Logistics business it's very likely that you have a lot of repeat business so let's take a look at our recurring deals pipeline so I have an automation setup where uh when I click into this deal which is recurring right it's a it's a monthly refer to D Hardy uh Incorporated when I change this pipeline stage to uh invoice paid or one pipeline will automatically create a new deal using the same payment details cargo tracking any of the other details you have here in this deal um so here I have the mode uh the rate per mile the origin the destination Etc it'll automate that for you so that you don't have to do it every single time so I want to know which deals of mine have an interest in a different product or service my business offers so I'm going to come to this column and I'm going to select has value it's going to filter um all of the deals that have a value here and then what I'm going to do is save this list as product interest and I'm going to start it right here so that when I'm on my dashboard I can easily see see this list right here and again this list will dynamically update as more um salese track the interest of their clients uh and information is added or removed sign up for a free 14-day trial today no credit card needed and of course always chat or email us if you have any issues we typically respond within the hour or the [Music] day
