How to create outlook signature
welcome to the new pipeline reporting experience thank you so much for being here and for trying out our new and improved reporting functionality we're excited to have the opportunity to run a beta period for this feature release for those of you who are not familiar with the beta launch it's primarily a test period for users like yourself to jump into the new feature try it out and provide honest feedback on your experience we're so happy that you're here so let's take a couple of minutes to dive into what's new how the opt-in experience works and how you can provide your feedback over the next few weeks so first off you'll notice that there's a new look and feel to the reports we've streamlined the default reports to only show you the most meaningful pre-built reports and not clutter the view for your personal saved reports we have a number of default reports here so let's take a look at one and also run through how you can customize the default reports to make your own personal reports the one deals report is an overview of all of your one deals in pipeline we've introduced this concept of segments within reports segments are either your saved deals list view searches or pre-built system segments that we've added to your account one deals is an example of a system segment that's all deals in the one deal stage or 100 probability to close within the system to make changes to default reports you'll want to visit the report editor modal the report editor is your one stop for all report customizations you can apply new segments you'll see all of your saved list view searches here you can set the y and x axises apply date ranges if applicable you can choose your specific chart types from line bar stacked bars or pie charts you can choose to apply forecasting based on the deal's expected closing date and then also apply secondary groupings as well secondary groupings apply another layer of reporting on the chart and introduce a helpful analysis table below the chart to help you draw comparisons between different cohorts in your data set for example i can apply a secondary grouping of owner to the report and then i can choose specifically which owners i'd like to see reflected in the data so if we choose annie and brad and chad all right now let's make some additional customizations we'll keep the y and x axis the same but let's drill down and just look at data in the last 30 days i also want to choose to view this in the stacked bar chart format which allows me to quickly draw comparisons across these different users now let's choose to view the report if we scroll down we can see that the end of july was a little bit slow in terms of sales as the end of the month came closer sales began to begin to ramp up and then the beginning of august also proved to be a strong month for strong start for sales if you hover you can see the specific deals that were won so we can see chad with one deal of ten thousand dollars and annie with one deal of twenty five hundred dollars on august ninth scrolling down we have the analysis table which we can see is viewing the data by owner so we can see that by dollar value annie contributed 47.95 to the total one deals with brad at 38.2 and chad at 18 13.85 you can also view the data by pure count and then by average deal deal value if you want to save the report to view it in the future you just want to choose to save as a new report you'd give the report a name so in this case we could say this is our outbound team last 30 days and choose save so now that report is visible here from the my report section you can also choose to add new personal reports and this will automatically open the report editor model for you to make those customizations and create a new report from scratch let's quickly talk about the test period and how you can provide your feedback on the new reporting over the next few weeks clicking the button in the lower left corner allows you to view this intro content again via the tell me more button you can also leave the enhanced reporting if you want to opt out and go back to the old reporting options you can also choose to submit feedback right here within the app you would just need to rate your experience choose the category of your feedback and then apply some context here for our team all of this feedback will make it directly into the hands of our product and engineering teams to um to action upon over the next few weeks um we really hope that you're enjoying enjoy using the new reporting functionality um but if you have any questions while you're in the new experience you can feel free to reach out to a member of our customer care team by phone email or chat you can also view information in our knowledge base about the new reporting functionality by going to the knowledge base and just searching for enhanced reporting we really look forward to hearing your feedback over the next few weeks and hope that you enjoy the new and improved reporting functionality hope you have a great day
